The middle aged older woman running the cash register this morning in the store was unexpectedly rude, we tried to get her to scan our phone for the buy one breakfast sandwich get one for 50 cents, she ignored us and kept asking us what we wanted off the menu. After trying to let her know that we had the deal on the phone she still kept insisting that we order off the menu…so we did and kept getting annoyed when we told her what we wanted for our drinks and had gotten annoyed when she got the two orders wrong getting them mixed up and then proceeding to tell us that one of the item menus cant be a meal without the egg (I don’t like the eggs cause it doesn’t taste good me being pregnant but wanted a meal so I was forced to get the egg.) (even though I have gotten meals with out the egg for the breakfast sandwiches with out egg before and it wasn’t a big problem but this time it was…)
After we ordered and she was reading back our orders and after them being wrong she doesn’t say anything and just walks off…so we just left

Came here not even during a rush, placed my order before I came and waited 10 minutes before anyone would communicate with me that their mobile ordering was down, and then another 10 minutes before anyone would answer where my order was or if it even got placed. If the app would've let me get a refund I would've just left, but instead I wasted 30 extra minutes of my life waiting for food I didnt even want anymore by the time I got it. I wont be back to this location.
Update: spoke too soon, after waiting almost 20 more minutes and after the manager having placed the order through the register, they still managed to lose the order and could not update me on where it was. I walked out, not willing to waste another second of my life in this mismanaged "fast food" establishment. They can certainly count on me never visiting again. Also was robbed of $17.42 because I never got a refund because they wouldn't give me one or wouldn't tell me how to get my money back.

It was about 9:00 p.m. when I cruised through the drive-thru and ordered two simple meals. There were no cars in the parking lot and there were no people inside but there was one car ahead of me. I gave them my order and when I got to the window I grabbed the bags and pulled ahead a little bit to check and see if they got my order right like I always do and they totally messed it up. The harder they tried to get the order correct the more they messed up. I ended up with two bags of cold food. My burgers were smashed and put together like crap, they forgot to put the cheese on the fish sandwiches that I asked for, they gave me chicken McNuggets which I did not order, the fries were cold, and they gave me no napkins. They suck. I will never go to any McDonald's again!!!!!!!

So 7 years later, and still hit or miss
But I'm just done here.
Today they called out or order and it wasn't ready. I ordered an iced caramel latte, but the gal asked her coworker to make an iced coffee.
Then we looked at the McFlurry we ordered for $3.79 and it was so small. I asked if it was a regular or mini (because that was an option on the screen where we ordered inside the restaurant) and the gal insisted that was a regular "We don't sell it in mini".
Then we got home and realized we were missing a Big Mac.
I'm just done, I'd rather give my business to places that actually do their job and act like they care.
The food we got tasted fine, even my coffee, which i firmly believe they claim to have different ways to make it but at the end of the day its all the same per flavor at all McDonald's.
2018:
This location is hit or miss. Tends to be very slow in drive through. We have had so many mistakes on our orders here, always check your order is complete. (More than once we've had mistakes like the nuggets missing in a nugget happy meal..) day seems better than night, we don't go at night anymore.

Drive thru order. 2 drive thru lanes, east, and west. Both empty, but cars waiting for their orders to be filled are waiting beyond the spot where you place your order. I pulled up to order in the west, lane and was asked to wait. I said ok. Then a vehicle pulls up in the east lane, and they are able to order right away. They pull up and a second car moves up in the east lane. Their order is also taken immediately. I left, and gave the woman at the payment window a 1 star ⭐ review.

I ordered a BOGO Sausage Egg McMuffin through Uber Eats. They only gave me one. I called, spoke with a employee who told me to call Uber, even though they’re the one who screwed up because they didn’t make the correct order. Uber doesn’t have a phone number; only an app. This could have easily been settled by the employee by just agreeing to make me another one. I would have gone there and picked it up. Disgraceful

I ordered food from the kiosk and when I finally got my food I didn't get my soda, so I asked about my soda from a worker who told me that I have to ask for it at the counter which doesn't make sense. I have always ordered food from the

I ordered online and when it was delivered, I was missing the large fries and my burger was NOT cooked at all. I called and was basically told there's nothing they can do about it and that I should deal with Doordash about any complaints. After going back and forth with the "manager" and telling him that Doordash has NOTHING to do with my missing fries OR my burger being raw. I was told to bring back the burger so they can see it and replace it (I Doordash my food what makes him think I can just go and take a burger 🤔) I told him that I had pictures and that I can send or email it then I'm told that a coupon is going to be mailed which I never received.

Have order from this McDonald’s multiple times and they just seem to consistently get things wrong just about every time. Ordered a 20 piece McNuggets to only receive a 10 piece, Fries cold and soggy, and a McDubble that looked like it was put together by a dog. When I came in to ask about my other 10 McNuggets they asked for a receipt which they did not put on my bag after handing it to me through the drive through window. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it but I used my app code and I just got shooed away. Just go to your next nearest McDonald’s. The manager/owner of this one doesn’t care anymore. Place is pretty gross too.

The regulars are (for the most part) pleasant. The food has a trademark McDonald’s consistency; I appreciate the staff for often bending over backwards to provide a quality, trademark & branded experience, even if a mistake is made - They are happy to replace food that has been prepared incorrectly. Something you must remember when ordering here is that these people are working for a wage that cannot usually support a family alone; they are often expected to work multiple positions at once, and are switched around as other people enter and exit the store without warning. They oftentimes have so many customers in front of them that they couldn’t tell who has been served already, and customers do not help the situation by standing in front of the register with their arms crossed like they’ve already been approached when they haven’t even ordered yet. Only so much can be blamed on these overworked employees. If you point out your needs without being rude to the staff and work with them to get your needs met, you will have an extremely pleasant visit to this location.
The only two requests I have made regularly are:
1. Separate the ordering area from the waiting area more distinctly. The flow of traffic from entry to completion of order is completely backwards, and the people who have made orders commonly stand right in the way of elderly and disabled people trying to start orders.
OTHERWISE, Removing the one wall behind the registers, then moving the registers to the opposite side of the front of house would likely fix the employee-to-customer flow of service.
Also, encouraging use of the driveway side door would temporarily fix the flow of traffic’s issue inside the store if moving the registers was not something to be pursued.
2. I would LOVE to have paper towel brought back to the bathrooms and to be allowed a garbage bin in this space as well. Simply putting a recessed space in the wall or a hanging garbage bin in these restroom spaces would fix this issue and very likely eliminate clutter - the Dyson Airblades do not dry your hands, blow cold air for their first ten seconds of operation, and they encourage customers to not wash their hands - I wipe the water from washing my hands on my pant legs, and it is something I have simply grown to accept over time, though it is not ideal. I understand that McDonald’s saves a minuscule amount of money operating this way, but it lowers the quality of your eating experience dramatically.
Overall, I appreciate this location for providing me quality meals daily and provides jobs to myself and several wonderful people that work harder than most customers will give them credit for.
My complaints are centered mostly around design and corporate choices, not the workers. I appreciate these folks so much.

The 2 people at the drive-thru were telling me the happy meals only come with 1 side. They are wrong. It says on the app it comes with fries then you choose your 2nd side. I've been ordering happy meals for years. They need to be retrained!!!!

I daily go to this place couple of times to get coffee, morning and evening. Every time I go in the evening, staff make me wait for atleast 6-8 mins at the counter, they see me and ignore, no one attends a customer, around 6 of them will be working for drive thru orders, why not just close the store and open just drive thru. Morning staff is excellent, there will be someone at the counter always attending to customers. Janet is awesome. She is an older lady with outstanding work ethic, she runs outside to deliver food to customers, and she is always there to attend at counter. I was there at 6:30 PM on tuesday.

Edit: I dined in on 6/10/24 and everything was amazing. The employees went above and beyond. The food was excellent too. I will absolutely come back to this location. I changed my rating from 1 star to 5!
My previous review:
HORRIBLE!!! This sounds like an exaggeration but I ordered my breakfast on the app at 10:44am. At 10:50am I gave them the drive thu code at the ordering speaker. It then took 20min to get to the 1st window. When I got to the window at 11:10am they said they didn't have breakfast anymore. Didn't even offer a refund! Asked if I wanted lunch. Not really but I'm out $10 might as well get an $8 meal out of it and save it for lunch. And then of course had to be parked to wait for my lunch. I asked why they didn't just tell me at 10:50am when I ordered it at the speaker. Then I wouldn't have had to wait for 20min to lose money and not get breakfast.

I ordered my food. Drive thru attendant says “anything else?” I ask for a hot fudge sundae. She probably didn’t hear me or was going through the motions. I thought “fine. I’ll just ask for it to be added when I go to the next window.” I approach her about it and she says “I can’t add back here.” First time I’ve ever encountered someone saying that at a drive thru. Milwaukee fast food restaurants are something else lol. This was today.
