Worst service ever!!! They get your order wrong and the manager wants you to drive across town to bring the food back. they want the food back after I threw it in the garbage because the order was incorrect and with all the extra salt the food was inedible and instead of them taking your name and letting you come back when you can because I have a receipt!!! instead they want me, drive back across town..and asked for no salt... they give you extra salt!!!! This is my second morning coming to this McDonald’s and they are very rude. I pay for extra caramel in my caramel frappe but yet I don’t get the extra caramel and I get attitude whenever I ask about it instead of them fixing it for the customer they proceed to tell me they’re going to charge me extra again mind you they already add on the extra $.30 when you apply the extra caramel I am very disappointed at this point they’re just getting the food and getting the customers out the way instead of making sure the customers have a great experience and want to come back to spend the money with this business and I am not

I ordered breakfast on the app to be delivered, however they cancelled my order! No reason was given, and said my refund of $48 will be refunded 3-5 business days. If they didn’t have the food items, a simple text or call would’ve been nice. Plus I tip the 15-20% always and if delivery goes great, I also will give a cash tip on top of that. I doubt it was due to DoorDash, it was to do with McDonald’s seeming I order DD all the time and never receive a cancellation. This McDonald’s failed.

Just when you think McDonald’s can’t get any worse, this one is one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. How do you order a quarter pounder with cheese and get a barbecue bacon quarter pounder with cheese. And the place is filthy. Where is the Health inspector when it comes to McDonalds?

I mentioned it to the manager as I left and he just had a silly grin. Probably not a library card holder.

You’d be safer going to the Mobil station across the street and getting food off the shelf than stopping at this McDonald’s

This place is absolute trash and has been for many years now. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to recognize that he/she couldn’t mange their way out of a paper bag and it’s time to just give up. The only time I order from here is when it’s a mistake and the app changes the pickup location on me without me remembering to change it lol. I would 100% never, ever, order from this location on purpose. I will drive the extra distance to the 13th and College location for excellent service that doesn’t make customers wait 10-15 minutes for their food and then still get the order wrong haha. They always get our order wrong, take a long time, and always forget the chicken nuggets. I got 20 pc chicken nuggets for my children and they only gave us 10 pc chicken nuggets. The Latin American manager tried to set my coffee lid so that it would spill hot coffee on me. This after McDonald’s has had several hot beverage lawsuits. It’s part of training how to properly place and secure a coffee lid. Unfortunately, this city keeps you on guard for these types of miserable people. Corporate has been notified and should be clearing the establishment of those with such low-class mentality.

This is a -5 Star & the worse experience I have ever had @ any McDonald’s in my 45yrs!!! The elderly lady behind the contour Charge me for the wrong meal & I didn’t not until I was on the freeway, so I call & was told to bring back the receipt & manager read off my name to me so when I return in the future, I could receive my STEAK BAGEL WITH 2 Hashbrowns that I originally double back from the beginning and had to go in for a second time to receive the second hash brown, before I left & got on the freeway!!!! I would like to share a disappointing experience at this particular McDonald's location. Unfortunately, their customer service falls short, and their communication skills are lacking. My sister and I visited for breakfast and informed them we had two separate orders, but the staff insisted they could only process one order per person or vehicle, which contradicts the policies of other McDonald's locations. I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal, but they incorrectly prepared a biscuit with egg, cheese, and bacon. When I returned to correct the mistake, I was required to pay for an entirely new sandwich, which seems unreasonable. Furthermore, when we contacted the location to report the issue, they refused to offer a complimentary meal. This experience has led me to decide against patronizing this establishment in the future.

Younger darker lady was completely disrespectful and would even speak a single word to me when I asked about an order that was visibility on the screen as being prepared. I pull up to the speaker, girl says hold on a second then two cars in the other lane proceed to get helped. I order a #2 with a sprite which I thought was a meal.. I order two slushy drinks, I pull up to the window give my payment, I pull up to the second window to get my order they tell me they don't have the flavor of slushy drink I ordered so I asked why didn't you tell me that before I paid she proceeds to get the manager who gives me attitude and some excuse that made no sense to me they asked If I want the other flavor slushy drink I ask my 3 kids they said fine so we get the other flavor. I get home and have no hashbrown in my bag. I ordered a number 2 with a sprite I thought that means I get a meal, either way just a terrible experience I was calm and collected the whole time they weren't even busy. As a costumer I feel like I was not taken care of fairly. I don't even think I received an apology like I said some lame excuse that me as a costumer wouldn't understand. As far as costumer service goes if this thing would let me I would put zero stars, even my kids were like that was rude. Ages 6,4, and 1. I still can't even believe the service I just got. Completely unacceptable in my opinion and I used to work at McDonald's in high-school. I never do these reviews but I felt it was my duty to let others know about this particular experience.

By far the worst macdonalds in the entire country. Always an issue, always wrong items or missing items but today was the last straw for me. Waited for over 5 minutes in the drive through with no one else in line. Received my Frozen Sprite Lemonade promptly at the window. Problem was it was one that had been poured quite some time ago. Pulled up to drive thru and gave them my order which included some alterations. Service drive girl was very helpful, kind, patient and personable. Pulled up to pay and pick up order and was helped quickly and politely. The food was even already ready by the time she handed back my card for payment.

Based on prior reviews I was skeptical and thought surely the food must be wrong or sloppy, but it was NOT. The order was accurate, Placed neatly in the bag, and the Double Big Mac was the most surprisingly symmetrical sandwich I've seen from a fast food drive thru.

This was the first time I've been to this location but it definitely did not disappoint.

20 min wait for the drive-through. The lady who works at the window just told me to go park somewhere and the food will come out when it does. Completly disorganized. I ended up going inside and demanding my food that was sitting on the ledge. Turns out no one wanted to carry food out cause the shift change was going to take place. Just a joke!

forgot half my food for my 90 year old grandma… when i called to ask for a refund they said i’d have to come back and i said well can i just come back for the food you forgot and they told me no because breakfast was over. so rude and ruined our breakfast together.

Ordered food and a mill shake paid at one window, got to the next and was told the ice cream machine was down. So asked for a refund on the shake. Food was sitting there as were we for about 10- 15 minutes until someone eventually got us a refund...I told the person that the wait time to find someone to refund had resulted in the food getting cold....I got an eye roll and was asked if I wanted a drink. I did not...I was just trying to say that it was ridiculous that we didn't get the refund sooner. I work in retail...eye rolls are never an option.

Bad service! Went to get some food at the drive trhu and first they gave me the chicken nuggets in a Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich box, without letting me know they had ran out of boxes for the nuggets!!🤦‍♀️
Then I get home and find the rest of the food turned into a mess!!!😒😠Please see pictures below!!

We (my son & I) decided to go in as the drive through line was very long. We ordered that went fine. Place was clean. We got our food & that was correct. I went back to get our drinks. It took FOREVER!! Then my son ordered a strawberry banana smoothie medium in size. We had finished eating out food before it was ready. Took a total of 30 minutes to get our smoothie which was a small (paid for a medium) and the cup was only filled 3/4 full. I said to the employee I paid for a medium & this cup isn't even full!! She handed it to me & walked away! There was not explanation, no apology no nothing. I'll NEVER go to this mcdonald's again! Poor poor customer service. There was no adult around it seemed like all younger people! Two other ladies behind me where also having trouble with food & drink orders

Food was fine. I would like everything I paid for though. I even pulled forward to wait for my order. Do teenagers have any manners these days? They don't say hi or thank you at McDonald's! Thankfully, I almost never frequent the place!

I had a order got home and someone put a bunch of seasoning between the Patty's on the sandwiches my kids spit it out and no one would answer the phone. The current manager is mean and physical with the younger employees screaming at them in front of customers. Grabbing things out of their hands.

I’ve been here three times, the first two times I waited almost 20 minutes in the carry out part using drive-thru. I get it, my order can be pretty large. But today, I was there for 45 minutes, the staff was rude, playing around, ignored me and even gaslit me. Until other people started complaining too. It was only until the day manager walked in that everyone seemed to start working. They couldn’t even find my order. I’m never coming back to this one. Don’t use the drive-thru.

Arrived at McDonald's at 9:24 AM placed An order for 2 bagel Sandwich meals with extra onions. I got home and realized that they forgot one of my sandwiches. So I went back and they replaced it. Upon getting home for the second time and about to eat my new bagel. I realized that there was a slip on it that said no onions. I open the bagel and see that somebody have put ketchup on it. I also realized that the grill slip said 9:21 AM. How are you gonna give me a bagel Sandwich made at 9:21 AM when I got there at 9:24 AM. That means I got somebody else's sandwich and they got it wrong, again? Ridiculous!
