I watched the guy making food whose hands looks like he just got done working on his car walk food out to another customer while eating fries out of the bag then go running back into the kitchen to prepare more food. Attitude of all the employees sucks as well-avoid at all costs

It was 15 they were pretty busy and it was only like two people there and one person was leaving so it was kind of all on one person to get the food out and take orders and take . So I was trying to give the manager lady the benefit of the doubt when she didn't say anything to me after I said thank you after she handed me my food. But then I noticed when I looked in the bag that the fries were laying down on their side and there was plenty of room to stand them up while they don't spill all over the place. I know it's a small complaints but it's very irritating to me in the fries are everywhere in the bag. Furthermore the fries were mixed with brand new freeze and you could tell that they were old and new and it was kind of gross. So make sure I do not go there around 2nd shift and 3rd shift starting..

The best coffee, I am not a coffee drinker, but sometimes when I feel like it, I go to McDonald's. I always get small, with 4 and 4. Perfect blend, the coffee smell is very refreshing here, better than coffee shops

I ordered 2 hashbrowns and a sausage with a breakfast platter, at the window i was told they couldnt do steak for the breakfast platter, no problem. When i got home the hashbrown and sausage replaced with 3 small fries, which they never said anything about nor did i order three small fries. couldve said something at the window.

Was there Aug. 8. We could not believe how horrible the food was. I can't even find a word to describe how thin the burgers were. So thin they were over cooked to a point of being burnt. We have never seen such a pathetic excuse for hamburgers. We had 1 Big Mac and 1 Bacon McDouble. Both were shocking. Is this what McDonald's has become? Restaurant was not clean. Food on the floors (even a receipt no one would bother to pick up) and tables. People are tired of hearing excuses about lack of employee. Managers need to step up and step in when needed. Not sure we would chose this location again. Will try another location and if the food is the same, then it's time to find another fast food option. There are plenty to chose from.

I ate here often as its on the way to work. They used to have decent staff, however it has sharply declined recently. There is a lady who works in the evenings who is terrible. Does not greet you and has an attitude when you ask about literally anything, like if you are not cut out for talking to people, do something else. no one is going to miss you, bye! She is awful to deal with and makes the entire experience unpleasant, not returning to this location.

Honestly I never really had a big issue with this location until today. I went in to get my daughter some food. The kiosk was not cooperating so we went to the counter. The cashier (an older dark skin lady with super long nails) pulled up our order. Which was incorrect. She immediately got an attitude and told us that whatever we put in the kiosk is what they pull up. I explained that the kiosk was malfunctioning. So she took our order again. I had to do a split payment and when I told her how much to take off of each card she said the system does that automatically. Which it wasn't splitting the payment. So as I'm trying to figure it out myself (cause she surely wasn't helping) the lady was tapping her nails impatiently and huffing and puffing. She said the kiosk would refund what it took and imI still haven't received the money back. Finally a good a good Samaritan paid for my daughter's food. I am coming from a DV situation and don't need the smaddes stress of rude or impatient customer service workers. My advice- she needs to be retrained. You never know who is coming through those doors or what they're going through. Assistance, patience and compassion goes a long way

Went in for lunch today. First thing I noticed was many employees were cleaning the lobby and how clean the lobby and the area where soda machine is were exceptionally clean and stocked. Women's bathroom was clean also.
The order was for two separate orders both using a coupon from the app. The black female employee at the register did not know how to use the app, kept punching stuff in that was not working. Had to call a manager over(Hispanic female). She fixed the first order up in the register and also took our second order that was using an app coupon as well. I'm not knocking the employee for not knowing how to use the coupons, maybe she was new. What I did not like was she had the attitude of a wet mop. No greeting, no thank you, wasn't pleasant in any way shape or form. She just had the look & and attitude of she didn't want to be there and it showed.
Hispanic female manager & Jess(manager) were great. They had the attitude that you want to see when you walk in, inviting, happy, pleasant.

I was at the drive through tonight and asked the guy if I could have my receipt. He was standing right there and he ignored me

I’m writing to share a concern regarding our recent experiences at drive thru. We’ve been regular customers for a long time and have never had any issues in the past. However, there is now a staff member who consistently misunderstands our order, even when we repeat it multiple times.

Despite our patience and kindness, especially my boyfriend’s the staff member has been unprofessional and even raised his voice. This isn’t a one-time incident; it has happened around four times now, which is why I feel compelled to report it.

We genuinely enjoy visiting McDonald's, especially for the mocha coffee, but due to this repeated unpleasant experience, we’re now hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location.

Don't know about the food. Never was able to get any. They have parking spots for truck drivers, but will not serve a hungry trucker. My money is green but they won't take it. She actually said if I can drive my semi truck up to the window, she won't serve me. She then shut the window on me and walked away. McDonald's, a great American company?........

We are gone months at a time bringing loads to businesses, and without us, this great country would crumble. But I guess we have to do it hungry as more and more businesses like the McDonald's refuse to serve us.

This place sucks I went through drive-through and order two fries and they will not give me ketchup in the window when I receive my food. What is that you give me fries you can’t give me no ketchup and then close that area really inside the area too close to the ear so we couldn’t get nothing inside Getting better maintenance or managers here and new workers. Your job is literally customer service. That should remain your number one priority and when I put gas in my vehicle and come all the way to your store to deliver food to one of your customers and you refuse to remake it because somebody stole it.... We have a problem. Our prerogative should be getting the food to the customer and getting paid. When I come in and you tell me somebody else grabbed the food, I call the customer, they say they have not received their order ...then guess what???....... Somebody stole that food. I politely ask the service woman to remake the food, she responds by saying "I already made it". This no longer becomes about serving the customer, this became about you not wanting to work hard for that customer. You still got paid to tell me that but the customer did not receive their order and I lost out dollar for Mile and the orders I refused to take because I wanted to take this one as my priority. Way to go, maybe hire people who take pride in their work and America.
UPDATE:THE SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE MCDONALD'S IN CUDAHY ON PACKARD AVE. AND THE WORKERS REMADE THE ORDER.THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE YOU EXPERIENCE WHEN WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND THE COMPANY.

Never had a prob with this store and they can't pay the people enough to do the grunt of the work. However the quarter pounder has shrunken the meat just isn't what it use to be. Come on you are a trillion dollar company. If your stock holders are more important than your product then you need to close and market yourself as a restaurant not as fast food. I went through the drive thru tonight at 9:12pm. When I arrived home with my order, I opened my 6 piece nuggets to find a nugget with a bite taken out of it.

It's one thing to mess up an order or forget something, which they did. But to take a bite out of a customers food is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I've worked in the food industry for over 16 years and I am shocked that an employee was able to get away with this type of behavior without anyone noticing. Regardless of your age, or the shift you work, a certain standard needs to be held, even when it's fast food.

Grossest McDonalds I've been too. We watched from the drive-thru as the employees chased a bug around the floor while throwing ketchup packets at it. Then switched to throwing garbage that was already on the floor at it. Then served the food with no clean up in between. Doesn't really matter- order taker barely spoke. 1st window worker said nothing, didn't look up and barely put hand out the window. And the final dirty server never said a single word either.
Do not go here!
No chance to cancel order or speak to anyone. We threw food away rather than deal with anyone here for refund.

Poor customer service, great management you guys have. Customer service is very important and lacks at most fast food, grocery stores, etc. The Customer service here was what I expect: courteous, greeting and salutation, and prompt service.

They are really scraping the bottom of the barrel finding people to work here. Especially the manager who was extremely rude to a customer yelling at her for no apparent reason. It’s a good thing that I don’t live in this area or I would never go to this McDonalds ever again!

Usually a decent McDonald’s, but last night was very mediocre. No one greeted me til I said something first in the drive thru. Had to repeat my order multiple times.
When made it to 2nd window, was a decent wait for lukewarm fries & a drink that wasn’t filled to the top.

Customer service not great! Didn't want to change an order. I received a sandwich meal with no lettuce no tomatoe mo mayo or anything just a plain chicken sandwich and no sauce for nuggets. When I called to let them know they didn't know what kind of crispy sandwich I was talking about. Apparently it depends what sandwich it is for them to add any condiments or lettuce and tomatoes

Way too much sauce on the sandwich. (Slip sliding away.) Drive-thru girls more focused on each other than the customer. Ie: Delay in taking order, no smile or come again, etc...
