Used to love going to this McDonalds. But the past few months, this McDonalds hasn't been up to par in the few months. Man, I usually don’t have many issues at this McDonalds- they’re usually fast, efficient and friendly. But this morning was different. I rushed out the door to get there by 10:30 (official, breakfast end time) but got held up in a bit of traffic- no big deal since I still got there at 10:30 exactly! Just in a nick of time! Apparently that’s too late even if they took 2-3 minutes to get to my order- which I had already paid for on the app. Honestly, wouldn’t have been so bothered by it if the drive thru girl wasn’t more friendly about it. She did not say sorry, or express any emotion at all. I had been just a minute or two late, not 10-15 minutes. In the past I feel as though my order has been taken in this situation but the drive thru girl bluntly blamed me solely and said “Because you came at the wrong time.” In a rude and disrespectful tone. Like there was some significant difference between 10:30 and 10:31. She kept talking over me to tell me I could still have the frappes (didn’t care tbh) so I canceled the order. Overall a really unpleasant way to start my day. Who is teaching these people customer service? I’ve had my fair share of shitty good jobs and I would never use that tone or be that rude to customers. This sours this McDonalds for me.

I had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the food was fresh and hot. What really stood out was the management—professional, courteous, and clearly dedicated to keeping things running smoothly. They were attentive, made sure customers were taken care of, and you could tell they truly care about both the staff and the guests. It’s great to see a well-managed location where everything runs efficiently and with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Ordered $40 worth of food, I asked for my quarter pounder to only have mayo, ketchup, and onions, I ordered 220 pieces two value meals, Which were 4 B’s Only to get parked for 20 minutes, They gave my food to someone else….. then brought my food out, reassured me that all of my food was in the bag. No need to check. I got home. I was missing a large fry a 10 piece nugget not to mention. The other nuggets were soggy not fresh at all, and I asked specifically for a fresh batch of nuggets. That’s why I thought we were sitting so long.
I called to speak to a manager. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I kept my composure. She hung up on my face.
I called back and I hear her mumbling in the background. Why does she keep calling here? What does she want me to do to another employee?
I’m going to take this all the way to corporate, because there are people out here who really would love to have her position making money as a manager.

Shout out to Jubran he does a great job at the window. It’s a shame that the kitchen will just give you whatever they want. I have received the wrong Item as well as the wrong size of items that’s theft. Please train your staff to give the right order they are clearly the ones making the mistake if I ordered it correctly and it was charged correctly shown on my recipe correctly and then I am given the wrong order. I hope that you guys are able to find where the miscommunication is happening. Shame

I ordered today June 8th 2025 at 6:01pm our order consists of 4 cones 1 fudge sundae and a large fry when we got to the 2nd window we wouldn’t think we would have to be parked because we mostly got a ice cream and 1 large fry. The lady at the window gave us our fries then parked us, we were confused because the car ahead of us got their 2 cones from the window, I worked at McDonalds before but this location hadn’t been great at all we had waited 15 MINUTES for 4 Cones that were in cups and we told them not to put them in CUPS I’ve been in the customer food service for over 6 years and this place has the worst customer service

Waited at curbside for almost 10 minutes (nothing on the menu should take that long), my order was two breakfast biscuit sandwiches and a coke. As I was sitting there numerous other curbside cars came and went, one had a few of the big breakfast meals, not to mention several drive thru cars that weren't in line when I got there got their order and left. I finally go in and my order is sitting on the counter, no one is actually worried about taking orders at the front so I grabbed it myself and left. The ice was melted in the drink so it's not like it was just placed there. I get being busy and I understand when the shift is heavy high school kids, but experiences like this should be unacceptable. Also, no one stopped me or said anything when I just walked in and took an order from the counter. With so many other McDonald's in the close area, this one is hands down the worst or at least second worst (27th & Ramsey is pretty bad too).

Zulaika an employee there is amazing. I had only gotten BBQ sauce even though I ordered sweet chili she went back to get it for me with no hesitation. My friend who ordered 13 cookies never got her cookies, we were eating and waited for it for almost an hour and nothing and we brought it up to her and she didn’t take any hesitation to go back and fix it right away.

I frequent this location often and all the staff are very friendly. I have to admit though, some employees working the drive thru should slow down a bit and just take 5 seconds to check the bags to make sure all items are in the bag before passing it onto the customer. Today was my 3rd visit in the past 10 days that I've asked for strawberry jam, which even reflects on the receipt and yet, no jam in the bag. Guess I will be checking the bag before I pull away from the drive up window from now on. In advance, sorry to hold up the line for customers waiting behind me.

My suggestion:
This time it didn't matter because I knew exactly what I was going to order but other times, I don't order fast food enough to know exactly what I want when I drive up to the menu/speaker window.
I think you should offer a menu while people are in line so they can start deciding what they want before they get to the speaker/order menu. It would give them time to think about it and not feel so rushed once they have to place their order at the speaker. Thank you.

When they get the order wrong I should have to go out of my way and embarrass myself for there mistakes. They get it right alot of the time but the Jeff Drasch whoever is the franchise owner will not just send a coupon or redeem on the app like wendys and burger king does when they screw up.
I just feel so disrespected and then he complained for how many times I complained to me.
I didn't know know there was a limit and I order frequently. Does that mean I should just ignore when they cheat my order or give me low quality food. Not in my area sorry.
Just really makes me wanna cook at home or order somewhere else.
Idk what the big deal.is about refunding a small mcflurry or a large fry. Ridiculous, greedy, disrespectful, and unappreciative I really hope someone way better gets this location because we need better in our communities.

I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up they said they didn’t have 3 of the items in my order. I ordered 2 Steak Egg McMuffins and I did not receive any of them. Instead of got an Egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin with just cheese. Typical ride thru the drive-thru for breakfast. This location is on 26th & Morgan, in Milwaukee. I like this store! Great group of hard-working kids. This store is always willing to make it the way you want it! Sometimes, it may cost you a little more, but they definitely aim to please! Now, it is a very popular location so it may be busy! If you're in a major hurry, then you might want to leave for McDonald's just a little earlier! I always find it well worth the wait! I'm loving it!

I never come to this McDonald's because the last time I was here 3 years ago it was a disaster. I decided to order through the mobile app I thought it would be easy because it was just one drink. I ordered through the mobile app like I said went through the drive-thru then went around thinking I would get my drink. They did not have my drink ready so they told me to park curbside where they forgot about me. I had to go in and get my own drink after waiting for 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru then 15 minutes curbside for one drink. On the way out they were all laughing at this whole thing.

I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 filet of fish, crispy chicken, and French fries with 6 packets of ketchup to take to my wife, who's in the hospital. Waited 17 minutes for my order. I stopped here after I spent several hours in St. Luke's ER. I was craving fries but I decided to get a burger as well. I should know better than to leave before checking my order but I was slightly concussed so I didn't second guess it. I ordered a double hamburger only ketchup, they confirmed this, the tag on the burger was correct, everything seemed fine.
Upon returning home I see that the top burger is only ketchup, but between the two burger patties and on the bottom bun it's all onions. Honestly the most onions I've seen on a McDs burger before.
The fries were cooked well, not too salty, no complaints there. So the food was pretty good, but I wasn't able to eat the burger so I can't comment on the quality there. I wish the people in the kitchen would just read the tickets they're given, the person taking the orders did things properly on their end, at least.

The girl taking the orders swore at me with my 87-year-old client in the car so I decided to just go in and order in the manager told me at least she only said damn and not m*********** or s*** or b****. I just thought it was unprofessional overall for the manager to cuss while I'm complaining about somebody cussing at me and then turn around and make the girl come apologize to me after I said I didn't want to apology over and over I'm just letting her know what's going on in her drive through window. So I told her I won't be back and I don't need anything from her.
