The lady taking orders is super rude. She never lets me add things to my food order and says that this is a privately run McDonald’s so they can make their own decisions. She never gives me the discounts from the food App either when it malfunctions. Ironically, it only breaks down whenever I come to this location.

I was going to do a survey but I couldn’t because for some reason looks like they did something to the printer to have the printer cut off the survey receipt codes to do the survey. Food was actually hot and good but couldn’t do the survey online for that purpose. Maybe a tape or something preventing it from printing out the receipt correctly since it starts at the top straight to the bottom.

I ran in, fully intending on buying lunch, but needed to wash my hands first and an employee ran into the bathroom after me and YELLED AT ME. She did not ask for an explanation or explain that restrooms were for customers only, she ran in after me as if I were abducting her child and treated me like I was a criminal. I tried explaining that I had just touched garbage and needed to wash my hands and she just kept repeating that I needed to "place an order first" so I kept repeating that I had just touched garbage and there was no way I was going to wait in line whilst germs overtook my extremities.... AND IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, she did NOT apologize for that when she took my order.

ordered 2 deluxe quarter pounders and was given singles, upon returning, I was laughed at and given a remade order. The remake wasn't even what is advertised on the menu and was a poorly constructed version of what was supposed to be given in the beginning. The location is 2520 W National Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53204.

I've visited this store on multiple occasions and the morning staff are very nice and respectful but on the date of February 27th 2025, the staff at approximately 8:12 the time of ordering, and 8:30 the time I returned to have them remake the order was a very abusive and further more I had a very forboding experience and Investigation needs to be done, because the care to customers at this period was very childish and unprofessional. For a location I visit VERY often and am known on a first name basis and typically have my order done and ready before even setting foot in the restaurant, I'm very disappointed in the manner of treatment I received.

Went through drive thru on a mobile order. Staff wD nice, quick and got the order right. The next time i was using the mobile app and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. The burger was overcooked to the point where edges were black and it was like chewing rubber. And it wasnt even slow. I was 3rd car in line.

It has been a while since I stopped in here. I would grab a coffee here and sit in a work truck doing quotes. I would see a lot of crazy action. Inside was old and ran down. How ever!! It's been redone. I'm not sure how long ago, but it looks so much better. And while I was inside, a sketchy lady came in to use the washroom. They clamped down on that, too!! Staff made the lady leave her bag at the counter area. So it seems they are trying to help curve the cycle of drug use at this location. In the past, I saw a lot here. Keep up the good job, staff!! I gave it 4 because of the improvements. I did just get a coffee so hard to report on food.

Would not recommend. This spot used to be my savior to the location on the West side of Marquette University. However they have since fallen in consistency.
With ordering, they don’t take the order correctly and of course I I could double check the order, but most of the time I never have this issue.
With food quality, the chocolate shake they handed me was 80% filled compared to what it should have been, when I addressed this, the response was “Yea sorry it is hot in here and they are melting…”. It was surprising that this was the response to begin with as if that is an acceptable excuse for passing on poor quality product. They were agreeable to pouring a new shake but with a surprising amount of attitude!
Finally the fries were surprisingly bland tasting. Normally McD’s delivers on that perfect amount of salty taste that makes you come back for more but I couldn’t even finish their bag.

I go there a lot after work around 10 pm and every time I go there I talk to a short woman with a mask, and she acts like she hates her job, and I feel like she kinda takes it out the customer and even the staff. Every time I go there I dread seeing her at the window or even in the restaurant. There were times when I circled around the restaurant to see if she was there, and if she was I went somewhere else. One time I called first to see if the restaurant was open for 24 hour service, I saw her and the staff there but no one answered the phone and I could clearly see the staff there in the restaurant and if it looked like she was instructing the team not to answer the phone. Then she answered the phone, and said " we are only taking orders for breakfast" then hung up in my face!!! I was like unreal 🙀🙀🙀🙀.

Stop by Mcdonald about 1:45 pm 11/26/23 25th national coming from indiana ,my son and I went inside to order and use the restroom I ask to use the rest room and the manager, told me rest room where for paying customers ,I told him my son was in line to order , he refuse to buzz me in the restroom , he said he just didn't let anyone use the restroom he blamd about him paying thousand of dollars for new system on door locks ,i asked my son what did he say ,my son responded we can't use the restroom unless we where going to order ,so he left me standing, right by all open area where I could see him taking orders ,I asked again ,me almost ready to wet my pants , I felt embarrassed just standing there,then he turned and said are you ready to go ,you can go in now , I don't know who this Manager is ,but if he treats all he's customers like this , it's a shame , I will never stop there again , my son order ,I refuse to buy anything he treated me very disrespectful .

There were two young ladies hugging on each other sitting on the counter one had blue braids in her hair, and the other girl had black braids, and brown or tan braids, and I don't know which girl had braces but that would give you an idea of who I'm speaking of. It was very unprofessional it was a look that no one should endure while ordering their food. I went here yesterday. They changed up the inside from how I remembered it. It was still a great experience, but this is prob one of the few McDonald's with a kiosk where you can't customize a sandwich, which is sad. Another thing to note is that this is also one of the few that has a kiosk which allows you to order from it, then ask for the order receipt, And pay at the cashier. Other than that it was a good experience.
