I came in at 8:18/19pm on sep 27th 2025 and a black young lady by the name of jasmine was amaziiinngg I was actually dashing she said it was bit of a wait. Was very apologetic and offered me a small beverage while I waited.. Not to mention my sugar was low and I needed a drink but this is my last dash and I’m a little discombobulated. So it slipped my mind she saved me in a way! She’s the bomb so different from what I’m use to coming inside of here because everybody acts as though they don’t want to be there but she showed me different! AWESOME

Swung by for fries and ice cream after a beach day at Bradford. One word: heavenly. We went through the drive through and had professional service. Pulled up to pay and again, I could tell these folks were trained. We needed to switch a part of the order and they made it happen. Pulled ahead once more and they had our fries, cones, and the McFlurry we had swapped out 10 seconds previously. This was by far the fastest, most professional, best tasting McDonalds I’ve eaten in a long time. Thank you all!

I did not have a great experience here. No one took my order for several minutes while I was the only one in the drive through lane, and two cars went through the second lane and got their order taken immediately while I was still waiting.

The customer service was also disappointing. I had asked for four honey packets in my order and only got one sauce that was completely different. When I went inside to ask for different sauces, I saw one of the employees just standing there on their phone texting before they eventually put it away and started to work on another order.

It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful because customers can see that and it comes off like they don’t care.

The food is always great but the parking lot is always full of people just hanging out and taking up space, most seem to be there for nefarious purposes like late night deals if you know what I mean. Probably because it's one of the few locations that are actually open 24hrs. When I do doordash, I usually stop there to eat since it's the only thing open.

I’ve been coming to this location for so long, and I’m honestly not sure why when I can go to the other McDonald’s that’s actually closer to me than this one. The last 5 times I’ve been here my orders have been pretty simple with clear instructions and they have never delivered on the correct order. Today I asked for a #5 in a large meal, and was charged for one, and I got it in a medium. Could’ve I asked for the large after I paid for it? Yes. Did I want to deal with the cashier’s attitude? Not really. Somehow 3rd shift is always on top of their game but the other shifts can’t.

I just went through the drive thru and spent nearly $50. I got 1/3 the nuggets I ordered, no sauce, and had an incorrect sandwich. I used to work at McDonald's, so I completely understand that mistakes happen... but 3 in one order is annoying. Like, if I had missed a few of the packets of nuggets and had no sauces, fine. I can get over it, but, please: If someone asks for an item without a topping (like cheese), just assume it's an allergy. It makes it so much easier. It's inconsiderate and irresponsible to treat it otherwise. Do better.

Edit: SECOND TIME COMING THROUGH. I got a order for pick up. It was late. I get it. The line was long and it was almost 4 am when we finally got to the window. I GET IT. So it's been about 40+ min in line. Dude says we have to wait and he can't do the OG order bc it's almost 4 and they're doing breakfast now. No sweat. We waited 30 mins and finally put our order in. IT'S WRONG. We're the second car. So we call and ask if we can go to the pick up window to grab it. They're like no. Okay, no worries. So we wait in line...... FOR AN HOUR. FOR 4 MISSING ITEMS. This was an hour and 40+ minute McDonald's run. Like, Can I apply???? Bc y'all need management or at least ONE person in there who gives a rip.

The whole time didn’t say you’re welcome or thank you or any of that. I’ve been in customer service before so my advice is smile cause that’s part of the reason I was upset / want to write a bad review. Idc if you’re young, your attitude is a whole reason you can lose customers. On top of it forgot my food/gave me the wrong order. I had to drive all of the way back. The manager came in and remade all of it fresh & gave me an extra McFlurry and made my experience better, def props to her so thank you for being awesome!

I've gotten food via the drive through here a handful of time when I was in a hurry or too tired to deal at home. They have managed to get something wrong with my order every single time. Usually it's too minor for me to bother going back, like forgetting sauce for my chicken nuggets, using the wrong flavor syrup in my coffee, even forgetting to add syrup. Most recently I ordered a hot chocolate and got a cup of hot steamed milk with no flavoring. I feel bad for the employees because they always seem stressed, exhausted and understaffed.

This is the most unprofessional location I have ever doordashed from..I ordered Doordarshan from this location. The first mistake they made was when I received my food I SPECIFICALLY asked for it to be handed to me. But the food was placed on the stairs in my building, like who tf does that? Then when I picked the bag up I noticed it felt a little light for the amount of food that I had ordered. Upon opening this bag of food or trash I should say, I was missing 2 fries and the food that was in the bag was the wrong size and cold. When I contacted Doordarshan they told me it would take 3 to 5 business days to refund the MISSING food...not the cold nasty wrong food in my bag. I then decided to call the store Manger who then told me in so many words " o well, take that up with doordash". BEST BELIEVE THIS AINT OVER AND ILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

I ordered a shamrock shake, 2 small fries, 20 piece nuggets, 2 hamburgers, 3 cookies, and 2 straws for the shake. Again.. ORDER RECEIVED ALL THE WAY WRONG! I received 4 iced COLD large fries, 1 large Coca-Cola, and whatever this medium cup of blue juice (NOT EVEN HALFWAY full cup). It's just a failure of a restaurant.
