The cashier would rather chat with the other staff and have them do her job than her do it herself. She didn't know the menu. Had no idea what drinks they offered. Thought it was funny that she couldn't do her job and had to have someone else perform it. Refused to do the basic task of reading back our order, because she was too tired. Then she had to get a manager because she couldn't even ring us out. The play area didn't have any sort of working HVAC, it's suffocating and smells like a garbage pit.

Would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Avoid this restaurant,unless u want to be treated like crap by managers due to them not doing their jobs properly in the first place and also they shouldn't be managers if they are going to treat their customers(regulars like me) like crap and be rude and don't even know all that they sell

Seriously, they have the best drive-thru experience! Even with the rush of breakfast customers, we literally paid for our food, and it was ready when we pulled up to the window, just a smooth flow of traffic, and the food was perfect too!! I want to say thank you for also catering to my need for no cheese on my breastfast burrito! I have been to several McDonald’s locations that are not able to remove the cheese, so this is an added plus to why I love your location! Keep up the good work! We have been loyal customers for years, and you have somehow maintained excellent service and food throughout the years!! Highly recommended 👌

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a mcchicken last night it was so bad. Bad enough to make me never want to eat here again. Even my son who loves McDonald's said he doesn't want to eat again. I'm not sure how it was so bad I mean disgusting but you should embarrassed of serving food like that and wasting customers money. I think a health inspector or someone needs to come and investigate this McDonald's after this experience

I ordered online using my mobile app, and selected the option to carry out #7 which was on my receipt. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food to be brought out to my car only to have to go inside and be told that I didn't confirm that I was there however the order doesn't place if you are not at the location. So I sat for 15 minutes waiting and watching cars go through the drive-thru and got told that I didn't confirm I was there so they didn't bring my food out to me. Never have I had that issue prior with ordering food through the mobile app. My food was cold by the time I got to eating it because they let it sit up by the counter waiting for me

I went through the drive through this morning and I got a shock to my system!!!! I couldn’t believe what I heard from the employees!!! They said that the regular ( mrs. McDonald ) At the cash window has retired and moved away !!!!! I’m so so sad !!!!! She was so nice and great at her job. At the #4231 store. Most of the time I went there to say hi and got a tea. I know she was from Illinois but I was told she moved to Tennessee… oh so sad !!! They should’ve put a notice in the paper so we could all come by and say goodbye ….

When our order was taken incorrectly the young man who brought out or food shoved the food at me insisting it was correct. " You ordered this . That's what the receipt says" The more I explained that she got it wrong the ruder he got. Another Employee was literally screaming out the drive through window behind us telling him I was wrong. I asked.. if it was put in wrong can we correct it? He said no. Finally got the manager but she said her teen staff had all been sent home already due to bad behavior. Sorry but send them all home and retrain them. Horrible service!

Ordered on the app and waited for 20 minutes at curbside watching numerous cars come and leave while we waited. When the food was finally brought out our food it was not only cold but wrong. My wife has a dairy allergy and got the double hamburger it came out with 2 pieces of cheese in it. My double quarter that is supposed to be made fresh when ordered wasn't even warm. Went inside to correct the situation and was accused of lying about how long we waited which obviously upset me further. When we finally got our corrected order my quarter pounder was raw as shown in the picture.
I managed at McDonald's for over 15 years including the one that used to stand where this one currently stands. We would have been fired by the previous owner Don Palmer for providing consistently wrong orders and bad service. This is a common occurrence at all of the franchises of the current owner. They obviously care nothing about their customers or they would fix these issues.

Both teas were 5 hours PAST their expiration time, the tray that catches the ketchup overflow was nasty with dried ketchup on it, floors by the bathroom were very slippery like they had mopped with a kitchen mop and left grease all over the floor. I'll echo what you'll find in other reviews - service was slow, food was subpar (the fries especially), and the inside was dirty. There must have been a dozen flies at the front counter alone.
But what grinded my gears was seeing that the lady in charge (shift supervisor/manager), who must have been in her 30s or 40s, was outright abusing the employees. Bullying teenagers and calling it management is pathetic.

It was horrible. The beef patty wasn't even 1/8" thick, overcooked and burned. This Monroe McDonald's has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Unbelievably bad. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered at the drive-thru only to have the order wrong, no napkins, no straw for drinks, etc. Inside, tables are dirty.

My usual order isn’t too complicated. I get a Deluxe Quarter Poinder (the one with lettuce and tomatoes), and nine times out of ten I end up with a plain regular Quarter Pounder. They really need to start checking the orders twice before they go out because it’s getting ridiculous.

This McDonald’s continuously looks like they employ people who do not want to work here. They are goofing off behind the counter look absolutely depressed.
Drive through orders are constantly wrong-make sure you check your order before leaving the window. One time I had an employee get angry with me because I pulled forward after being told to do so as I had an app order, and he snipped at me “who told you to pull forward??” I told him I was told at the drive through screen, to which he opened a door and screamed at a co-worker for telling me to pull forward.
Service is incredibly slow. Simple special requests (like hold the ketchup, add Mayo) are routinely missed. The kids area is routinely unclean, especially the bathroom.

The tables were all dirty in the play area. The drink counter was a mess, an most of the other tables were not cleaned. Are fries were way past serving am sure there 7 minutes were up!!! You ask why didn't you take your food back. You could tell the help really didn't give a ratsa--. This was about 7pm. Really I would not care to go back. Stopped 1 morning for coffee it was so strong I didn't even drink it. You have to let the whole pot of coffee fill. Am sure that didnot happen. Best coffee in town once upon a time!

Went in to get breakfast to go on Saturday 7/15. Nothing complicated. No special requests. Three steak muffin meals, a sausage biscuit and some burritos. $31 bucks.
31. That's the interesting number. Because that's also how long the order took to be made in its entirety. The order processed at 9: 26am and I received it at 9:57am. All sandwiches and hash browns were cold, poorly constructed soppy messes with two bagels being so overly bagel sauced that the ingredients slid apart. Those two were also missing the egg they were supposed to have. One piece of steak was also not fully cooked. The iced mocha coffee was also made wrong.
In fairness I did receive a couple coupons for free meals. But this was by far my worst Monroe McDs experience.

Bathrooms were dirty, and the floors in the lobby were nasty looked and felt like they were mopped with soda water. Half the chairs were missing, so seating was limited. One sandwich was shimmy with grease and condiments everywhere, and the other was so dry our fries were ok but super salty. This store has gone south quickly within the last 6 months. It's horrible to say a few years ago this store was so much better.

Hmmm, it was very gross inside. Food mess on the floors, counters, and tables. The ketchup dispenser was caked with yuck. On top of that charged me more and got my kid's happy meal wrong. Marshall was great though. Only employee that helped. He was wearing a safety vest as well. He needs a raise.
