I generally don’t leave negative reviews even on the occasion of terrible service because sometimes you just don’t know what might be going on in one’s life that may cause them to have an off day.
With that being said, I do feel this needs to be shared/addressed. I was recently in drive thru and was absolutely appalled by watching 2 employees groping one another behind the counter. The girl had black hair with shaved sides and I didn’t get a good look at the boy, but he was wearing black glasses. I have no idea if they knew I was still there or if they just didn’t care but WOW. I won’t get into details but I do think that for Anyone in ANY profession should keep their personal relations/lives at home or at least behind closed doors and not in plain sight for all customers to see!
While at your place of work employees should to have self respect/dignity. It also wouldn’t take an extreme amount of effort to at least pretend to act professional!
Not sure where members of Management stands on this behavior, but what I do know is if I were to act in this same manner as these two individuals at my place of employment, I would be walked out the door on the spot.

It seems all too common to be disappointed by McDonald's these days. There's a few good ones out there but for the most part I'm always disappointed in my choice. In this case, I should have just went across the street to KwikTrip for a hot sandwich. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles. I had to wait which was unusual considering it's buy one get one for a dollar. As usual, one of the patties on each of the burgers was only about 25% on the bun itself. The cheese was unmelted, all the pickles stacked up in one place, and both burgers were ice cold. When the gal gave me my bag, she just said "here". I think I'm just done with McDonald's. I'm not "lovin' it" these days.

Came through Mosinee McDonald’s tonight and sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Ended up going in with no one coming to the counter. Ordered on the kiosk-out of paper and unsure which order is mine. Finally got my food and shared that the drive through wasn’t working. He replied that the headset died. I shared the kiosk is out of paper, “yeah we know”. Going to get our drinks-counter was filthy with soda spills. Again sharing to let them know, the response “we’ll get to it. We’re busy.” Asked to talk to the manager-that was the manager. He then shared, “we’re busy getting ready for the owners coming tomorrow.” Wonder how the owner would feel knowing what today was like for customers.

SKIP THIS RESTAURANT!!! This McDonald's just needs to close. They can get your food right on occasion. But not regularly. They also don't know how to use the order app. I constantly get whatever they decide to put in the bag instead of what I order & pay for. The last time I got charged from the app & IN STORE (they said they couldn't find my online order & rang it up at the counter as well) so I wound up paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches one medium soda & a medium order of fries. After all that they didn't even give me the right food & when we took it back for a refund they had an attitude because they had also finally made my online order (they said they never got) & now had to throw everything out AND give me my double charged money back.

The weekend crew sucks. I wanted to get a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and l have an egg allergy so l tried to order no egg on the machine, and add bacon but apparently you can't that do the on the machine, so l ordered in person, and since l have an eeg allergy l wanted to substitute the egg for bacon, so l order, and l get no sausage just cheese and bacon, so l go up to fix it and they try to put on the sauce (which has egg) and even when l said no they still tried to put it on, once l finally got it fixed right it tasted fine, but then l had to use the bathroom, and it did not smell very nice, and l had to hit the soap to make it work.

This McDonald's was the cleanest darn McD I have seen north of Wausau, not only inside but outside as well. No cigarette butts or garbage anywhere, not even pieces of leftover winter garbage in the bushes. Inside I was amazed how clean the place was. No scraps of tissues, no staws or staw wrappers, even the corners I saw were clean. For me the big test is the bathroom. Again, I was impressed with how clean everything wad. This couldn't be McDonald's?! Kitchen area that I could see was also clean. No smashed fries in the ground. Even the flurry station was clean. The stainless steal seemed polished. The staff was friendly. It's refreshing to me to see a fast food restaurant that actually cares about standards and the importance of keeping it clean. Maybe it was a spoof. But bravo for being darn clean the day I showed up. I always appreciate a clean toilet to sit on.

No, all McDonald's are not equal. I stopped in at 11:30 AM. I noted three cars in the drive-through and two groups of customers sitting and one group ahead of me. Not overly busy. I was not greeted by an employee, so I used the kiosk to have an order put in fast.

Pro: Food was hot and made to order.

Cons: Food took 15 minutes to prepare, and then they shouted out my table number instead of bringing it to me. I go to many different McDonald's, and they bring the meals to the customers with today's new McDonald's policy of serving.

2nd, I had requested to dine in, but they brown bagged my meal instead. Gave me the impression that they don't want people eating in!

3rd con, was the tables, trash, and restroom were all well behind being kept up. I had to look for a clean seating and there wasn't any! Trash cans were at the fill points. The bathroom was a mess.

Considering the fast food cost of a Mcdouble, small fries and drink (nearly $8) I still, IMHO, believe this place could have had better service and upkeep. I only had a thirty minute lunch break. But, you must decide what this review means to you.

There are no real changes from above. Still brown bagged my table meal. They did bring it to my table! But it was not what I ordered!! Had to wait while they remade the order, but again, they brought it out, and it was a hot meal. This time, it took twenty minutes just to get the meal. I understand it is mostly inexperienced that work here. Still. Many McDonald's are better.

This is the worst mcdonald's ever. If you want your order wrong and pay for it this is the place to be. If you live in mosinee and are craving McDonald's drive to rib mountain the 20 or 30 min drive will be cheaper then the product you get shorted on. Keep driving. Stevens Point is the next McDonald's if you're headed South, Rib Mountain if you're going North. If you will be leaving 51 to take 29 East, there's one on Business 51 in Schofield. I feel bad to some degree because the manager really is trying his best but he is surrounded by bad attitudes and (perhaps wilful) incompetence. This has become the worst location in Central Wisconsin by far. The franchise owner should be ashamed. McDonald's as a company should be ashamed of this location. I implore you, keep driving. Never come here. They can't even serve you iced coffee properly. They never mix it. Drive thru breakfast at 9am. There was a McDonald's courtesy van in the parking lot(laughable). Terrible service!!! It took almost 10 minutes to get our food. Sausage burritos were luke warm at best. Steak egg and cheese bagel had no seasoning or sauce! Reach into the bag and no hashbrown OR napkins! Top it off, no straw with the drink!
