There was a "new" girl at the driveway intercom who couldn't hear me even though I was practically yelling. Got to the window and the order was completely wrong. They were already busy so we took what they had made and asked them to add another burger. They acted as if they did us a favor, when I was the one to compromise and eat something I hadn't even wanted in the first place. They blamed our bad experience on the "new" girl and a "bad, slow cook". Won't come here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for quite a bit now. I’ve noticed that there seems to always be some sort of issue there with customers orders or how long does it take? I had an experience today where I guess she was new. Some younger cashier messed up my order a little bit, but the manager Amanda Torres was phenomenal fixing. It was very professional on how she dealt with the whole problem and every time I see her there she’s probably the only bright spot in that place cause she does everything that she can and make it run efficiently and help customers so I just want to say kudos to her and thank you for the help.

The food over time has gotten terrible and of course, the higher ups don't even look at reviews like because the same compaints like this one never gets resolved. Let this chain die. They make people fat high blood pressure diabetes. This chain had its time,know let it die. I used to love their burgers. What's worse is the people who work there. Went to this restaurant in Mt Pleasent Wi, couldn't get waited on. Waited 11 minutes at the cash register. Manager looked at me 4 times and didn't wait on me . Then walked within two feet of me and walked away. Two other employees walked past me and no one would wait on me. I then walked over to an employee sweeping behind the counter. And asked if anyone is going to wait on me. The employee just smiled. I walked out. Very poor service.

I generally don’t leave these reviews, but judging by some of the negative a low review is well warranted.
Waited in the drive thru for well over 20 min and in that time multiple cars left and the ones that made it past the menu were still sitting waiting for their food when we left.
Had we stayed and actually had the chance to order we would’ve likely waited another 15 minutes as it seemed none of the cars that were there when we arrived had yet gotten their food.

Understood if understaffed, but it was radio silence and very inefficient.

This morning I stopped around 4:30am to get breakfast on the way to work. Got a Diet Coke with my meal. The food was hot which was nice. But with getting into my car after work which now it’s light out I looked down to the drink cup and saw something in the cup with shouldn’t be there. How does paper of some kind get into the cup like that. And it’s not straw paper either. Super grossed out. Will make me think again about stopping

Horrible service, the lady at the drive up window yelled at me for pulling up to the pay window, I told her to stop arguing and that I simply couldn’t hear the speaker very well. She told me to leave and closed her window not realizing that I had a mobile order that was prepaid. So I parked and went inside to receive my refund and move on, she decides to walk back and tell her manager to “give this whining man his money back”. I just stood there in disbelief. The manager has nothing but attitude. Feel like pretty soon they will start charging for ketchup packets. That is no way to treat paying customers. Happened last visit thought maybe bad day, but happened second time in a row. You can pee in the bathroom here. The kiosks in the lobby are weird and I'm not sure why a person can't take my order. Also the drive through having 2 speakers makes no sense when only one person is taking orders, and then that person keeps taking orders from one speaker and not the other. But as multiple people are getting their orders taken at the other speaker you can question your sanity as the speakers are so loud, you won't be sure when the voice keeps asking to take your order if they are talking to you or not.

It’s McDonald’s. I’m not sure why one would need a review for a McDonald’s but here goes. I ordered on the mobile app and due to many previous experiences as well as having previously worked in fast food myself, I opted for in store pick up. Never drive thru. Usually something is missing or not right. Walk in for breakfast, head over to the pick up counter and I’m promptly handed my 2 sandwiches and told my iced tea would be ready shortly. I take my 2 egg McMuffins to a table, slather on a healthy amount of catsup and black pepper (as one does) and I proceed to devour my McMuffins. After approximately 7 minutes (having consumed both of my sandwiches) I proceed back to the counter to inquire as to the status of my iced tea. The employee seemed completely baffled. I reminded her that she had recently informed me that my tea would be ready shortly. She turned around, seeming completely confused and wondered off. About 45 seconds later she popped up from the counter and asked what I was missing. I again, told her and unsweetened iced tea with lemon. 30 seconds more passed and she reappeared, informing me that they did not prepare my tea because they ran out of lemons. It was frustrating to eat my meal with no beverage and then wait several minutes after I finished my meal to be told that they did not have ingredients to make what I had ordered. Also the entire time I waited for my tea, I could not help but count the number of flies that were circling the establishment. The sandwiches were fine, and I got a decent deal using the app. But I wish they figured out my beverage situation in less than 10 minutes.
