Picked up my Grandson from school and was able to spend some time with him at this location. The play area for kids is clean, has a bathroom right inside the area, and no matter where you sit in the room you can see the children clearly as they climb and play. Used my mobile app and the staff delivered the food right to the table. Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and warm. Will stop again.

Ordered 2 Egg McMuffins. Neither had ANY meat. Only found out once i got home.
After calling so they could check on, what i hoped was a new person, i was told they would remake. I was not about to travel back with fuel costs what they are. However, I imagine if I had ordered egg, cheese muffins, it would have cost quite a bit LESS.
Now, if i walked in, ordered an $8 order and only gave them $5 and left...I would get it for theft. Well, that's how I felt upon opening that order. But, can I call them in for theft? Nope.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but today's experience at the McDonald’s in Neenah was disappointing and frustrating. I decided to stop by to pick up lunch for my husband, along with a chocolate milkshake as a little Halloween treat. However, when I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I was given a vanilla milkshake instead of the chocolate one I had ordered.

When I pointed this out to the employee, she mentioned that it did contain some chocolate and speculated that the machine might be low on the mix. I requested a replacement, and she kindly agreed, asking me to pull forward to wait for a new shake and the rest of my order. After a considerable wait, a different employee brought out my food, but the milkshake still appeared to be vanilla, with no clear indication of chocolate flavoring. Given the delay, I chose to accept it, but I felt quite frustrated by the lack of quality control.

I’ve attached a photo of the shake for reference. If you're visiting the Neenah, WI McDonald's and looking forward to a milkshake, you may want to reconsider, as this location seems to have an issue with ensuring consistency in their products.

Last 3 times I've called because they have missed food not once have I gotten a coupon in the mail like they said would happen. Fries are always cold and screw something up every other time I come there. Worked at this exact location for 4 years and let me tell you something, it's really not that hard to fix your screw ups instead of pretending to take my address to "send me a coupon" definitely going to bell street for now on. I travel between Neenah and Oshkosh a lot and usually stop to get my food in Oshkosh. Recently I have been stopping in Neenah at this particular location because the order accuracy for me so far has been 100% as opposed to the Oshkosh locations who have messed up my order multiple times in a row at each location. I can confidently leave this location without checking my bag before leaving the parking lot. Its also got a pretty nice and cozy interior and a play area for your kids.

3 young kids(10-13?) who came to mcds on their bikes 1:20pm just know your kids remained respectful when the lady at the register sadly turned them away for trying to pay with their coins. They definitely did have enough the lady just didn’t want to count today. We were so disappointed to see how the lady treated them. They were very grateful an adult paid for their meal! So don’t worry they still got it 🙂

I usually don't do these kind of things however, I felt extremely disrespected. The Manager on shift, Tanya, was very rude to me. I asked the woman at the window was it possible for me to have my hot fudge sundae while waiting for my food & she walked away & two minutes later, Tanya came to the window raising her voice saying I needed to "pull up or she'll run bags around me."
