Place has gone down hill everytime I order on the McDonald's app and I hate that it picks this location and not greenbay rd which is better. But this place has always gave me cold food i just made a purchase at 9pm 9/5/2025 the chicken nuggets were not fresh and tasted like they been sitting for sometime. I took one bite tossed them also bough a Mc Double buns dryer then heck wasted about 25 dollers on a meal I cant even eat. I wish I could choose a location to have delivery drivers go to vs it constantly picking this location.

As soon as I was walking in on July 30 just before 3 someone was carrying their baby right behind the counter and into the back towards the kitchen. The person carrying the child was dressed in pajamas and looked like they need to work on their hygiene. I left without ordering food because that's nasty.

I’ve gotta say. Never thought I would be leaving a review on a McDonald’s. But the staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever seen! When I placed an order for pickup at the counter, the lady greeted me by name when I walked in the door. Never have had that wonderful service! This is our local McDonald's since we live very close to it.

Food is always very hot and the orders are always accurate. Friendly employees and Managers willing to assist in any way they can. Don't usually dine in, but they times we have the restaurant is very clean and cashiers are attentive and polite.

If the food isn't old, it's cold. The iced tea is always flat old or mostly water. The people for the most part have been wonderful. The food just isn't worth the atmosphere. Totally laughable, $23 meal for my self and wife. She orders a 6 piece chicken nuggets and get 3. Box even shows 6 piece. They can't even count. Missing fries also and the place was slow at the time.
Employees want big pay but can't even perform their job. Let's go back to school 3 plus 3 equal 6.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 10 piece nugget, large Fry and 3 large sodas through the drive thru. Was told to pull ahead and the food would be brought out. After about 10 minutes of waiting went inside and order was not ready, when I finally was out together, items in the bag were wrong. Also had to ask for fresh fries and that took another 3 minutes while waiting in the lobby, I had to ask where the fries were and once again didn’t remember to give me fresh fries. After arriving home, one of the sandwiches was wrong so I attempted to call and talk to a manager 2 times but no one answered the phone. Horrible experience!

I am a regular at this McDonald’s and love the customer service, but when I walk in I see a new employee. As I walk in he smiles at me and acts very polite. As he takes my order I read his name badge, Matt, my sons name was Matt and was just like my son. You can tell he is very passionate about his job and loves the working environment.

Lobby not open till 9?!?!? What about the people who wear business attire and don’t wanna eat in their car also having to be at work at a decent time.
