Not a great experience. I ordered 2 quarter pounder cheese meals with nothing on them except Mac sauce, and everything came on them. No Mac sauce either. I asked for 2 Large drinks to go in the meals and got 2 mediums instead. I was also charged for 2 large meals. One of the drinks was completely the wrong soda as well. This stuff has happened to me several times in the past few months at this location. The employees were nice, but I was almost charged for a 3rd sandwich I didn’t even ask for.

We will not be returning to this McDonalds. We have been there 4 times now. Every time there has been some food or soda they were out of and we received our mobile order no less than 15 minutes after we had checked in. We also only get substitutes that ate less wxpensive than what we paid and never an offer of a refund. Also, there are employees that vape while they deliver food. When I went to discuss it with the manager today, I did not receive an apology, or even a genuine care that I was a customer. Instead, I received a snarky comment about how it wasn't her problem that people don't show up for work and then she walked away. We will not be returning to this McDonald's.

Just drove through drive thru, no orange cones, got to place order with a trailer on truck, once at window employee said drive thru was closed as they placed cones. I told em now that I was at window it would be easier to drive thru versus backing up truck with trailer. Employee agreed and said drive up to window to place order. The employee with lazy attitude would not take order through drive thru and said I had to come inside. I asked if she could place order at walk in because she said drive thru was closed cuz of semi. I had to walk in and went to first door I saw and didn’t realize it said employee entrance, once again employee didn’t wanna take order as walked in wrong door. Unreal so where is common sense to customer service

Went thru drive thru for a $5 meal deal. Sat at window for 10 minutes then told to drive forward because it was going to take a bit because we ordered the double with mo pickles. Pulled forward...Sat 10 minutes more... Finally, I got out of the car and went in as now I was running late for a doctor's appointment. The two people filling orders were both working on four large bags of orders for one person. They apologized and told me they had my food and just needed to bag it after this huge order. It was the lunch hour, so I felt one person should work on the big walking order and the other keep the drive thru moving.

I've been to this McDonald's quite a bit and a majority of the time I get everything that I ordered. Unfortunately however, when I have a large order I am always missing items. This time I was missing my 20 piece nugget and 8 BBQ sauces. Fortuently when I called, the manager on the phone was very nice about it and offered coupons for the inconvenience. I hope in the future they will have a better system for making sure we get everything that we order.

Atmosphere? Dirty tables & floors, with cramped seating. One table had someone's laptop and cell phone taking up one of the few tables available. It appears to be a manager's, but they never return for it the time I was present.
Service/staff were excellent. Provided table service, rare at most McDonald's.
Food was hot and served at an acceptable time, considering how many customers were waiting inside and at the drive-thru.

My experiences with this McDonald’s has always been a hit or miss. There have been many times where I arrive home and am either missing items or have the wrong order, and then sometimes everything is right and it comes hot and ready. Best advise would be to check the bag before leaving the parking lot. Also to I never seem to receive a receipt so if want one ask ahead!

The service here was much faster than most of my McDonalds experiences. Mariah was professional and had a great attitude. Store was clean and food was fresh with the exception of fries that seemed like they had sat a bit and distinctly taste like fish. It was not the expectation I had of fries at any McDonald's. Minus the delema with the fires, this visit made my day. I was very pleased to be in and out with fresh food within minutes. Keep up the good work
