The app said if the order has been prepared and Ive been charged already, then call the store to cancel the order. I kept calling until I reached someone. The woman who answered said she couldn’t cancel my order and I’ll have to do it. I politely explained what the app told me to do and that she needs to cancel it. She laughed and said she can’t cancel it and I have to do it. I asked for her name and she hung up. Little did she know I’m recording this entire convo via dash cam in my car so I called back and asked to speak with the manager. She said she’s the assistant manager and still can’t cancel it. I asked for her name and she hesitantly said Marta. I repeated the name for clarity and she confirmed. I said I’m recording this convo and need her name for corporate and then I said thank you as I hung up.

Placed an online order. Waited in curbside for 10 min then went in. Another person placed order on kiosk while I was in there. I was watching them make the food and this lady uses her bare hands to wipe the sweat off her face with her hand and wipe on dirty shirt then continues to touch food then she continues to take her phone out multiple times to text then goes right back to making peoples food with her bare hands WITHOUT washing her hands. Disgusting!!!!! I tried to cancel order but it didn’t let me so when the guy working came to give the person who placed on kiosk I went up to him and he asked me what was I picking up. (Note my food still wasn’t ready either!!) and I said I want to cancel and I told him what I witnessed and he didn’t see to care as her was standing there also touching his hair (however I didn’t care as much as he wasn’t touching food). I asked for the managers number. I left without the food- as don’t want to get sick. He gave me someone’s number- I called it and she was like who dis? And I’m like is this the manager for McDonald’s and she said she was the assistant manager. She seemed to be busy as it was loud with kids in background and she couldn’t understand me so I hung up. The health department needs to go clean up this location as clearly none of them have gone through food safety. I will avoid this location at all cost now & spread the word.

Stopped by for breakfast today. Went to order. What appeared to be a manager…20s, reddish hair with gel in it, had his back to us, but saw we were there. Continued to keep his back to use for at least 3 minutes while completing a drink for another drive thru customer. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you….” Nothing. Finally a guy from the back came to take our order. Clearly struggled with English. Placed order. “Manager” starts bagging our order. No hello, no how you doing, no thank you. Of course order was incorrect but ate it anyhow. Won’t come here again. Be aware.

Monday 4/29/24 6:05am place was not busy. Wonder why I received my order so fast. This is what I got. The one time I decide in a blue moon to go to Mc Donald’s. Soggy hash brown. Another update 10/23/23
Giving 1 start because employees continue to use cell phones while taking orders. Checking social media not texting the manager. If you're texting the manager that much(every time I come in) there must be some extra curricular activities going on with management and that employee.
I will be taking pictures the next time I enter to show what I'm talking about and the employee's. That sh!t is so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Customer service needs work. I have come into this location multiple times since I work down the street. Several times I left standing at the register while employees look at me turn their back and continue to talk or eat while supposed to be working. Maybe since they're speaking in Spanish they feel they get to get away with it since I don't understand the language but I can clearly tell from the laughter that it's not work related. Also... of course you can't get my order correct if your to busy texting or on your phone while trying to take my order which was the case today. It wasn't the first time this has happened. Her.... (after about a min of me waiting) is that all... me... no I was waiting for you to be done and off your phone. Rude and unprofessional. Lowered my stars to 2 because it is a practice of them doing it at this point.

Clean and food was good.

Update.... a Little over a hour later....

Costumer service needs work. You don't tell a costumer to wait in the middle of them giving their order to take the order of someone in drive through. That's very rude. Because of that I lowered my review to 3 stars.

The early morning crew gets a thumbs down. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Only solution is for me to leave work and come back for a new sandwich. Employees in the kitchen are careless. The employees who hand you the order are rude and try to rush you out without even checking if you have everything you need. Manager doesn’t get that it’s inconvenient to have to come back for them to fix their mistakes. Luckily, there’s multiple locations in the New Berlin area so I can skip this one from now on.

Literally the least friendly staff I’ve ever experienced. I’ve worked in customer service for 9 years and literally your only job is to greet the customer and tell them their total. That’s it. And the workers here don’t even do that. They never tell you your total when you’re ordering and when you pull up to the window they just glare at you. I understand working in customer service isn’t fun and everyone has bad days, but the service here and the attitude of the employees is consistently terrible every time I get food here. If you hate your job so much, just quit. Don’t take it out on customers that are trying to be friendly to you.

I've been in New Berlin for over 47 years and have never seen such a rip-off. Thought since it's Lent we would buy fish sandwiches for dinner. I've seen adds for a competitive restaurant ( Arby's) at 2 fish sandwiches for seven dollars. Never did I expect to pay more than eight dollars per sandwich or $17.00 for two small sandwiches at the McDonald's in New Berlin. I realize things have increased in the past 3 or 4 years, but for a price like that, I'll no longer be visiting a McDonald's anywhere!

The shift manager working at 16:30 on 29th July seemed more interested in his phone than running the place.

I sent back an order twice as it came with extra (unwanted and not on menu) ingredients. There were zero other customers in at the time but the manager needed reminding a few times what I was waiting for, personally checked, then handed over the wrong order again.

Went through the drive thru and asked for a Large Iced Vanilla Latte and the worker confirmed that it was iced before giving the total. Got to pay and recieved a Large Hot Vanilla Latte. We gave it back right away and said it should've been cold so they opened the cover and poured it into a cup with ice. The staff at this McDonald's has messed up my order too many times! Even if I repeat my order at the window, they omit items!

Example: an Egg McMuffin meal missing the hash brown.
Even when I tell them that the order is missing the hash brown, the staff person responds "Egg McMuffin" and does nothing.
