The employees here deserve a raise. When I came in the girl working in the front was super nice and seemed super optimistic. Although this is true, the manager named Mason was nothing alike. The whole time he was there, he did not help out and was on his phone. He seems careless and lazy, not having a care in the world for both his employees and customers.

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Ordered breakfast and went to pick it up all before 10:30 (when breakfast ends). We told them our code the first time we went through the line and said we were good to go. Then we got to the window and the girl working told us our order wasn’t in the system. She then told us to pull back around. After waiting in line a second time, the man told us we were “late” and there was nothing they could do now that breakfast is over. Of course it was over because we had to wait 10 more minutes in line the second time. They offered no solutions to a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

Today March 30, I went to buy a small coffee with 3 creams 3 sugars I received my coffee drove back home took a drink it taste horrible what is this after another drink or sip it’s salt ! So I drive back go to the drive thru ask for manager the gentleman says Iam the manager I said I would like a refund for driving back and new coffee he said (Nathan) you can’t have both and walks away Iam like where did he go so I drive up to second window the manager is changing a machine I spoke to a younger gentleman he gave me a new coffee I said the manager should give a refund for me coming back which would be $1.25 ! Yeah so I left . I called the McDonald’s I just left to ask for the managers name for he didn’t say his name he got on the phone I told him as a manager you need not to be rude and just walk away I wasn’t rude i told him I was calling corporate. when I was at second window I showed the young gentleman and manger was behind him changing a machine that I can’t have salt because of certain chemicals and showed him my lower lip I have blisters and now my mouth and throat will be messed up for the rest of the day I just hope it was salt and not a worse chemicals. Thanks for nothing teach your managers how to deal with the public in a polite manner. And do right for the customers. When he heard me say it broke my mouth out a report should have been written up no skills !I have a fragrance and chemical allergy.

Horrible food. The McRibs were awfully composed and horribly tasting. Barely any toppings or dressing, all of which was pushed-off to one side of the sandwich. What is going on with these places???!? The food in New Berlin and Muskego, fast food..... is simply horrible. Cousins, McDonalds, Taco Bell... Wendys is starting to go down hill, Both Subways are horrible, and even Cousins! Muskego food and customer service is the worst in my 40+ years of living in some shady cities in Cali, Ohio, Texas, and down south.... why can't we get good food? Some bars serve better quality and service than the darn fast foods that we get. I'd almost rather eat at Kwik Trip. They do great....

**Updating my previous 5-star review to 1-star** This location used to be so good. Whoever is managing the store for the past few years has really messed up the entire business. The fries are always overcooked, stale, and have no salt. Sodas don't have the proper carbonation. I have had multiple instances of my order being made wrong. Once, I showed up and two 14 year old boys seem to be the only people working the entire store. The soda machines were broken, and they were clearly struggling. They didn't know what to do, or how to deal with the customers who had already ordered sodas. Don't get it wrong - it was absolutely not their fault that the store was in such disarray. Another instance, I was told to pull forward and that my order would be brought to me. We sat in the car for over 20 minutes, after already having been waiting in line for a solid 10 minutes. My kids had to go to the bathroom, so we parked and walked in. While they were in the bathroom, I asked about my order. They had no idea what my order was, and I had to completely re-order the food and then wait even longer for it to be made. The young man was apologetic, and it seemed like he, once again, was the only person in the store actually hustling. I wholly blame lack of management and appropriate staffing.

Disappointing, because we moved to New Berlin from Milwaukee and this is the McDonald's closest to our house. We are often in a hurry and need a quick dinner. We have been actively avoiding this location.

Sat in my car for 20 minutes after they asked me to pull forward. After 20 minutes I went inside and was told they had no order for me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was busy. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I finally received my food. No apology was given for having to wait 30 minutes for my food. Sadly the service has been doing downhill each time we've visited the past few months. Came into the lobby and waited at least 15 to 20 minutes. Horrible experience. Placed my order then waited 45 minutes for part of it to be ready...the stuff you want to eat while it is still warm. That part of the order sat on the counter for another 12 minutes until the rest of it was completed. Then, I had to remind them I hadn't gotten the drinks that were ordered yet. I stop here from time to time. The food is just McDonald's level quality - just okay. My only real gripe has to do with the drive through. Almost without fail, whoever uses the intercom doesn't know how to enunciate and talks at warp speed. They are very difficult to understand most of the time. TALK MORE SLOWLY!! And back off from the microphone a bit. Maybe give employees a bit of training..........

And "thank you" is almost never part of the vocabulary of whoever takes payment and then delivers the order - either in store or at the drive through. Is just a bit of common courtesy in a retail business that tough?

They never get your order right and then act like you’re lying when you tell them they made a mistake, despite having the receipt and the bag they just gave you as proof. I had one of the older women there tell me she’s not going to “give away all that food for free” when I told her two items weren’t in the bag. Me paying and expecting my full order isn’t you giving it away for free. The staff was very friendly but equally misguided, they seem to have no idea what they're doing in there, I went in for the 2 for 6 deal with 2 caramel frappes and 10 piece meal, and tote of cookies. I had to wait for the frappe and cookies which I didn't mind but then they only came out with a frappe, so I went back around and waited and once I got to the window I asked about the cookies and said it wasn't on the order ok fine I did confirm with person at the window about them before I waited but I'll just forget about them and head home. Once I got home and unpacked turns out there was only one sandwich. Looking back when he asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no it's all good but I sure do regret that decision very disappointed but again nice people
