Ordered table service on the app and some old lady yelled my number while looking at me and said I needed to grab a number when I order online? I said that’s not how that works then she continued to argue that she didn’t know where I was when she was clearly yelling my table number. Then I notice I was missing a drink and another older lady came to help me with another attitude. And had me repeat myself 3 times before I yelled it and was asking, well what about it? I then had to yell it was missing and she had attitude right back. NOT FRIENDLY at all!!!

It's great if you're on the go n need a Kwik snack they have a drive though as well check it out sometime, There's so much negativity with this restaurant if people would take the time to talk to there manager in a nice way you will be really surprised how that works try it once you'll see other wise it can't get fixed no one is perfect in this world things do happen, iam going to keep coming back not a problem

Best MacDaddys on I-94. Stopped twice in the last couple weeks while road tripping, and both times we were surprised how nice they were and how good/hot/fresh the food was. Only added 4 minutes to our ETA, but added immensely to the road tripping mood.

Husband went in to order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was charged an initial dollar for the half size slice of cheese that they usually put on the sandwiches upon leaving already on the road and driving away open the sandwich to find out they did not even put the egg on the sandwich. I don't know what their wage level is at, but I'm thinking they don't need a raise anytime soon until they can learn how to complete the order. I never thought I'd say this but maybe a robot is the answer if these are the people we have to choose from.

I ordered ice cream in the drive thru. The people were unfriendly. It was overpriced compared to other McDonald’s. The line and workers were really slow. There was a bad smell outside the building. The cones were not straight. It is difficult to give anything more than one or two stars for botching such a simple order.

08/26/24.Ask for your food to be made to order. It won't matter you will be lied to.Would prefer anything but MCD'S, burger king, arby's, subway, hardees, Casey's! 3 out of 5 times that I stop here my order is wrong. I now pull into a parking spot before leaving and check my order.
Update if you go before 8am or after 6pm call before going because more often then not they aren't open

I always ask for my food to be made fresh. Last few times the employee's have lied about it being made fresh. The management just tries to throw free food at you "I'll put you in the book", except when you go to claim it you can't be found. Besides I don't want more cold dried out free food, I'm just asking it to be fresh when I ask. So always check your food before leaving.

Always drive through. It's Micky D's what more needs to be said. The people working there do their jobs, none of them love it., but the food is filling. Went with two other people. We ordered chicken nuggets as a meal and two chicken sandwiches, regular and spicy. Regular with only lettuce and tomato, spicy with only sauce and as a meal. The nuggets were fresh and tasted good. However, both sandwiches were rubbery, old, and tasted and looked as though they'd been sitting for half an hour. The lettuce and tomato was old, and there was a tiny bit of sauce. Both tastes slightly like pickles, meaning they were pre-prepared. Our food was ready within a minute of ordering. We were missing a fry, and the fries we got were old and gross, and there were very few. The guy taking our order seemed pretty clueless. The restaurant was dirty with spills and trash laying around. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger. They asked me 3 times to repeat it. Then they asked me at the pay window if it was a plain cheeseburger with nothing else on it and I said correct. When I opened it down the highway it had ketchup on it, lots of ketchup. The order receipt printout attached to it said Amer cheese only. Maybe the order filler needs to be re-trained?

Tried to use the app this morning for Breakfast but the app was crashing and stated to make the order "in-store". I go into the lobby and got refused by a worker with a blonde ponytail and glasses stating "if you're ordering you need to go through the drive-thru. We are only accepting truck drivers in the lobby, it's posted on the door." I tried to explain my issue in the app and she interrupted me by saying "I cant help you with that, if you're going to order use the drive-thru"... There was one customer in the lobby. And the sign on the door was not large enough to bring any attention to other customers. I'm just appalled by the service I received.

I have never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life and lucky me it’s the one closest to my house. I have never got a single order completely correct in the few years it’s been open (granted I do try to avoid any McDonald’s). Also the past 3 years for sure I’ve tried to get the seasonal shamrock shakes there and the shake machine is ALWAYS down. I’m starting to think they just don’t want to make shakes. Plus they now charge for every sauce cup you get which is pathetic for a billion dollar company yet the employees act like that sauce cup comes right out of their paycheck. Atmosphere is a 1 star because the shell station and Chinese place it’s connected to are disgusting.
