Ordered breakfast for my family through the app, paid in full, and picked it up at the drive-thru like usual. When I checked the bag, two of the four sandwiches were missing. My girlfriend went inside to ask about it, and instead of even looking at the food, the employee just rudely read down the receipt and said what she did and didn’t have meaning they already knew what they shorted us without saying a word.

So not only did they knowingly leave items out, but instead of fixing it, they just handed her a cash refund like it was no big deal. Why didn’t they say anything at the window? Why not refund us right there, or at least tell us they weren’t going to give us what we ordered? Instead, they waited until we came inside and asked — which feels shady. To make matters worse, by then breakfast service was over, so we couldn’t even replace the sandwiches we were shorted.

This location is a complete joke. Rude, unprofessional, and zero concern for the customer experience. If you want McDonald’s, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Absolutely terrible service.

I’ve let this slide for a while because I thought whatever no big deal even though it upset me a bit. I love getting ice cream cones and McDonalds is the closest to me. I typically order a large cone because I want a bit more ice cream than what the regular is. I order through the mobile app when I do and I go frequently for ice cream. When I order a large 3/4 of the time they give me the regular size cone of ice cream. The only way I get the actual size is if I order regular with it and most the time they are the same size regardless. I am paying like 1.41 cents more to get a large just to get a regular size one. You can get a little less than 4 regular for the size of a large so why can’t I just get the same size every time. I’ve worked there before and it does show on the screen if it’s a large or not. So please start having them make the larges bigger than the regular cones.

Went thru drive thru and the burger's were wrong. I ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders cheese and pickles only. The receipt and the stickers on boxes of the burger said that but when I checked them they had ketchup on. I went inside gave them and receipt to the manager. Ordered one large fry and they had us park at the drive thru reserved spot next to the drive thru. So we did. Gentlemen comes up and says "next time part in front of the building around the corner" where there is no sign (?) clearly annoyed w us. The first time I came through drive-thru in the morning I ordered a hot chocolate mocha. I waited about 5 minutes and when I got it, it was ice cold as was my food. It was so cold that the whipped cream did not melt and I took it to the McDonald's in Greenville where the manager had made a comment. Oh my goodness, the whipped cream has not even melted. That's about a 30-minute ride. On top of that, the guy who was working drive-thru was extremely rude and screamed out the window. "Have a nice day" as I was driving off because he could see that I was upset that I had to wait so long. Now this morning I decided to give them another shot. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit tasted literally like it had melted plastic in it and my French vanilla iced coffee has so much french vanilla that it's almost too sweet to drink. I don't know what they have going on in the morning at that McDonald's but it sucks and it was the same rude guy that was working this morning. And when I didn't take my receipt from him, he copped an attitude once again. If you're looking for a horrible McDonald's experience, please go to this McDonald's first thing in the morning. That's what you'll get.

I don’t understand why it is so hard for the workers to get anyone’s order correct. They truly do not care about their customers and what they ordered. The food was the best part of the visit, and it was close to awful. Cold, tasteless and the frys seemed like they were made last week. Embarrassing for my wife and granddaughter. Like I said the food was the better part of the experience. Cleanliness was awful and disgusting. The table tops had layers of grease on them. The floors in the dining room were worse. The grease filled the grout joints to the point it overlapped the undlevel tile flooring. My granddaughter walked in and out and her shoes were disgusting. Floors were streaked with grease. Came here to grab something to eat because I’m not from around here and they got the whole order wrong at first(not busy, it was me and one other person) when I told the girl my order was wrong she gave me a snotty attitude. 1st review: I literally hate this McDonald's. The one in New London sucks. I hate it I have a bad experience literally every time I go there. They just gave me a frappe that was half full. I asked for no whip cream because i'm allergic to the dairy and asked him not to just shave it off the top which he did anyways.

The frappes have been as consistently full recently, as they used to be an inch or two from the top of the cup. Which is 100%. Every single time! Thanks guys!

I remember when McDonald's employees made min. Wage and did a good job. Unfortunately that has changed. The reason you go here is so you don't have to wait. So after watching 4 cars behind me pay and get there food and drink I got irritated and went inside the first kid just stared at me. The female behind the counter asked what I ordered and then blamed it on the hashbrowns not being done. She then went to the fries warming area and grabbed a hashbrown and a sandwich. No apology infact she was snippy. As I walked out I realized I never did get my coffee. Then after leaving I realized that the hasbrown was cold and the sandwich the wrong one the English muffin was burnt and the sandwich was barely warm. The egg didn't seem to be done. Through it out!
