The kiosk didnt give us a receipt you were just to remember your number. They forgot our 4 PC nuggets, milk and cups, we got someone else's special mcchicken. Food was cold after 20+ minute wait after ordering. Had to wave someone down for counter help. Doesn't call out your number, just walks around the lobby with it. If you're not found, They will just leave your food on the counter.

Up until recently, this place has been ok. They never really pay attention to the counter, so if you are waiting there, they tend to ignore you. The whole place is laid out in such a way to prevent the employees from seeing or dealing with customers who actually show up and dine in. Today they were busy and really were messing up everything. Good luck if you have an issue with your order. My bacon burger was missing bacon. After waiting for 5 minutes with not so much as a glance, I went to finish my food before it could get cold. They also never seem to have the correct happy meal toys. You select some toy from a movie that is out in theaters and you get a toy from last year.

Specifically requested certain items done to order with some items removed and some others some with extra. Three different times these people couldn't get it right! My husband even went inside and spoke with a HUMAN telling them EXACTLY what needed to be done and yet they still could not get it correct! My order was set for curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting I walked in to see my order bagged and sitting on top of the assembly counter in the kitchen while 3 young men were carrying on a conversation, just laughing and ignoring my order, as well as, one in the drive through. My fries were cold so it must have been sitting there most of the 10 minutes.

The only reason we come to this one is because the next closest one is 15 minutes away and our daughter loves McDonald's. If the food isn't over seasoned then it is cold or the burger patty has somehow entirely missed the bun then being prepared. The morning staff is excellent. The afternoon and evening crew could probably have food safety training along with hospitality training.

5 stars to the lady at the first drive thru window. She made sure that an order that didn't want onions if it was an allery or a preference. The staff was very apologetic for the wait at both windows but it was a 5 minute wait that I did not mind waiting!! Keep up the great work guys!!

When a person asks for no onion, that's what they mean. I could understand it being missed if a person didn't mark it on the order screen for the person making it. But it was on there. On the receipt too. Can't even eat my food now because it's not that I don't like them, I have a severe allergic reaction to them. So thanks. Love wasting money.

Several days ago, my family and I decided to patron this restaurant, hoping for a wonderful experience. We had gotten approximately 1/3 of the way through our desired order before being abruptly interrupted by the voice behind the microphone, being told to pull forward. At the window, we were able to communicate the rest of our order without any trouble. We then were told that the “kitchen was fighting” by the kind gentleman at the window and that we would need to pull forward to wait for our order. During that time, I pondered the unspeakable commotion that could’ve prevented our food from being prepared in an orderly fashion. In my opinion, the concept of fast food was quite poorly executed in this instance, as we waited for approximately 15 minutes. The saving grace of this experience was that the food, although delayed in delivery, was absolutely delicious. The burger was well-seasoned and the flavors of ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickle came together in a beautiful, harmonized manner. The fries were crispy, being pulled from the clutches of the hot oil at the perfect moment. Will I be back to this McDonald’s? How did life originate on Earth? The answers to both questions are unclear.

Went inside to order. No one at the register. Several workers looked at me. Several walked past me. Hate using the kiosk but no one was going to help me. Ordered food to go. Took a good amount of time to make it. Had to ask for my drink cups. Got in the car, divided out food. Chicken nuggets were room temp. Didn't eat them. Fries were soggy and barely warm.

Ridiculous how long it took to get a mobile order. 50 minutes and then spoken very rudely to by Reese when I had to call on the phone to remind them we were still waiting. It seems they do not pay attention of complains from customers. We were at first lane, noted slow compare to 2nd line. 7cars passed us because the staff consistantly had order from 2nd line. We finally had a chance to talk and let them know about 1st line sensor did not work. They said it is no problem but I noticed it is all the time happen from other customers. Not today's problem and they did not fixed their service for improve customer satisfaction.

I travel for work. Everytime I go to this location it is dirty and slower then a sit down restaurant where you order from a waitress. If you try to even talk to an employee they treat you like garbage. This is my last visit. 25 min wait for chicken nugget meal.

This is probably the 3rd bad experience I’ve had here every time the person on the microphone seems unhappy that we are there paying money to get food. Today the cashier was hanging out the window and didn’t even bother to stop talking with his employees. Then we pull forward and the same thing happens with a worker not even wearing a uniform mid conversation with us he turns around and starts arguing with his fellow employees. I ordered a QPC with no onion extra pickle. I received a QPC with extra onion and no pickle. I drove back to the Mack shack after realizing the mistake, and I asked for them to fix it. They took my sandwich back to the kitchen, placed one pickle on it, didn’t take any onions off, and handed it back to me. After that, I just requested they make a whole new sandwich with extra pickles and no onion. It took three tries, but eventually they figured it out.

Three times in the last 2 months I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte. They give me a mc griddle . On 4/6 I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte and got another mc griddle and a cold vanilla flavored coffee. This food isn't cheap anymore this is getting hard to dismiss. The people at the windows are not listening to what is being ordered. I try giving them the# of my order, or I tell them exactly what I want and it still gets mixed up. Terrible Drive-Through experience. The initial person who took my order was snappy and rude with a demining attitude. After ordering I was handed a fudge sundae which the lid wasn't attached. Half the fudge sundae spilt onto the jacket due to this. The kid who just handed it to me didn't apologize at all and just looked at me blankly, who had a mixture of ice cream and choclate on themselves due to his mistake, and said "would you like napkins". Very displeased with the service and wasn't even offered a remake on the sundae.

When I pulled into the lot this evening the place was swarmed with customers. I knew I’d be waiting a while. And while it took 25 minutes for my order, the young kiddo that brought it out to me was super friendly and despite the chaos still had great customer service!
I have never had a bad interaction at this location. I have been here at all times of the day, early mornings, midday, evening and late evening. No issues.
The food was okay, but who goes to McDonald’s for a gourmet meal? It fed my family and no one is going to bed hungry. In this economy I call that a win.

I usually go through the drive thru here, and the past 3 times i’ve gone they messed up my order. this last time for example, i was waiting by the pay window for about 10 minutes (there was no line at all). nobody came to get my money until a manager showed up and tried confirming my order, which was wrong so i told him what it actually was, then he leaves and im waiting another 5 minutes. then a hand pops out of the pickup window telling us to come forward, when i did the order was wrong, didn’t want to sit there for another 10-15 minutes waiting so i just decided to deal with it. the other 2 times were similar to this, they take forever even though there’s no line or anything going on and somehow manage to mess up the order every time. very disappointed and will be trying to order inside from now on.

Stopped this morning with my Grandson to get some breakfast. Must have been a new person in training. There was a couple ahead of us and the young man in training was having difficulty with getting their order entered and to get the right items to collect for. Then finally a gal came up and helped him. Well we were up next and he had trouble ringing up our order. Again the gal had to help him get it right. My Grandson ordered a hot chocolate and we waited way too long to get that. First of all why do they call it fast food, I could get served faster 90 percent of the time in a regular restaurant. I appreciate anyone who is in training what I don’t appreciate is someone leaving them unattended until they are competent enough to function on their own. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This morning I went through drive thru and was verbally attacked by the stores general manager. (Anna) she definitely doesn’t represent McDonald’s slogan I’m loving it! Then when I tried calling back she became more irritate telling me to go get the phone # from my cup. I hung up in the middle of her yelling at me (customer), I called the # on the cup too, and decided to go back after I got off work. “I am definitely loving it now!”because the young manager Name tag said (Nick) who assisted me deserves a raise and to be promoted to General Manager or higher. He Smiles, held high customer satisfaction, listened to my concerns, apologized for her inappropriate behavior and responded with a polite solution. “I definitely advise walking out if you come across” (Anna). Seriously Thank you! Nick for just being nice and understanding! It only takes 2 seconds to appreciate someone, and they will appreciate you back.

Horrible service, rude employees, watched the staff ignore everyone at the counter for several minutes while they argued with each other in the kitchen. Order took 15 minutes, for FRIES. Staff then argued with me when I told them how long I had been waiting. Pull it together McDonald's, your staff is a joke.

The drive up window employees had too many cups of cola products, both diet and regular, at the window to distribute. We received a diet coke (which we don't like 🤨) instead of regular coke. We were already down the road when we took a sip.
