You can get refills for soft drinks and sweet tea but not for unsweetened tea. I’ve been to many McDonald’s and have always been able to get refills, but not this one. So if you’re a tea lover like me don’t go to this McDonald’s!
I came back to this location and they said that they do offer refills on unsweetened tea.

Terrible. Took 25 mins for a curbside order. App didn't let me upload a # for my vehicle. No one came and looked for a car. I was the only one parked at curbside for over 20 minutes. Walked inside. They didn't care. Drove back home. Missing 10 piece and apple pie. Horrible. And they want $15/hr.

Quite possibly the best and most consistent McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I go here maybe once a week for breakfast when I’m traveling for work. I don’t even have to stop my car fully to get my food- after I pay, the worker is holding my food out the drive through window and I just roll through while grabbing it. Absolutely fantastic. Don’t change a thing.

First thing is I waited 10 minutes to get my food which was made fresh but I asked for no cheese on my double quarter pounder. When I received it the box had a receipt on that said no american cheese but when I opened it it had 2 slices of cheese. Ruined my whole meal.

Maybe if the manager did the window and let everybody else do the drinks and the food things would run smoother cuz it seems like every time she's running the coffee machine I have to pull up and wait for a coffee with two espresso shots in it while they serve five people behind me when I ordered first and I believe it's being done deliberately but I'm not going to stop going there to get my coffee just cuz you don't want to make it.

Deliberate or not I'm still going to go lady.

So I just went there again posting a picture of what they just gave me a large coffee... like why don't you fill it up why is McDonald's hiring all these really young people that don't know what they're doing the other McDonald's I get a frappe they don't even put the cream all the way to the top they put it halfway.

But this one I must say it is the worst especially in the afternoons I'm sitting there for 12 minutes on the inside and they're taking the outside orders another car drive by another car drive by another car drive by I'm sitting there saying hello are you going to take my order give me a minute and then they take another order from the outside four cars went by well I'm sitting there waiting to place my order and the other day it was vice versa I'm on the outside and they're taking all the inside orders like teach your employees what they're supposed to be doing if they don't know their job get out of the position... also it was supposed to be eight creams and they gave me seven creams. I don't taste any espresso I want my money back

I would like to extend my thanks to the entire team the morning of 05/13/25.
We placed a large order twice on the same day for 150 Hot cakes and the staff was friendly and accommodating during the entire process.

We had tried to use the code to obtain $1.29 fries and the person taking the order had it on screen like that then deleted it saying sorry what’s the code again and by that time the code had left from our app it didn’t let us redeem another and the manager didn’t wanna accommodate the price to match the app which is not like we hit two McDonalds up for the deal normally we’ve had this happen only one other time and the other McDonalds was understanding and accommodated the price since it wasn’t our fault and here they did not they refused to believe that we had the code it wasn’t our fault the code disappeared if they’re having technical difficulties that’s not my fault but they could’ve been a bit accommodating I’m not one to try and make a scene but I’ve worked fast food and know to not blame the customer for something out of both of our controls. I’m not one to ever leave a bad review but it was an easy accommodation that could’ve been given I wasn’t asking for anything free or something out of reach.

Apr 18 2025 7:30pm Missing food in drive through, called back and promised mail ticket to make up the missing food. Never received the make up food ticket. Check back on May 03 2025, the India manager refused to help or do anything, show credit card charging record and phone call record. Persist in seeing receipt in order to help. I ordered a cheeseburger, she entered it as plain, I asked her to fix it, she said she would at the window. I got to the window and asked her to fix it. She said it was fixed. I get to the second window they hand me a plain cheeseburger. I Said it wasn't right. They took another full 5 minutes to bring g me the correct one. It was all I had ordered.

Frequently missing things on my orders. No easy way to give feedback/complain once you've left the store. To give feedback on the app, it wants the store code, which isn't listed in the app or on my emailed receipt. It should be very easy to report issues on an order thru the app while viewing the order. Because of this I called into customer service who told me to me the store # is on the back of my receipt (that they just told was emailed to me). Not sure how I can look at the back of a receipt in my email...

The experience was quite disappointing, and I do not intend to return. We entered the establishment and ordered two straightforward items: an ice cream cone and a larger cup of half-and-half ice tea. After placing our order, we were given an empty large cup to fill ourselves, but the tea available for self-service was depleted. The entire area was disorganized, lacking supplies, and unclean. When we attempted to inform the manager, her response was merely an acknowledgment followed by her departure, which hardly reflects the professionalism expected from a manager. We then sought assistance from other staff members for essential items such as napkins and lids before leaving. What should have been a simple visit turned into a significant inconvenience.

This location has been my go-to for years because of how fast and friendly the staff was and how perfect the food was every time. Now sometimes I sit in the drive thru at the speaker for 5-8+ min and eventually just have to give up. If I do finally get to place an order, they get it wrong about 50% of the time.

I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese. I got a biscuit with a folded egg in the middle and nothing else….

Placed a mobile order at 5:55, walked in shortly after 6, and did not get it until after 6:20. No acknowledgement whatsoever from any staff until I pulled up a chair in the middle of the lobby.

After my long wait for food there was no apology ir explanation for the wait. I started driving home and dug in the bag to find cold food and an incomplete order.

Not sure what’s going on with this place within the last week, but curbside pick ups are now taking 10 minutes plus. I’m currently sitting in curbside and been sitting here for over 10 minutes.

Updating for 3.10.24. Generally have decent service here. However, today was mostly a disaster. Thankfully the manager on duty was kind when I had to go in to get my order replaced.

Today, I used app to order ahead a LG mocha frappe w/extra espresso. At this location, it comes in a larger cup. Girl at DT window, handed me a smaller one with caramel. No worries, it happens. I usually just take it & go. Except, I paid more for the espresso & for some reason, the caramel frappes make me ill. So, I said, No, sorry, I ordered the large mocha w/extra espresso.

She rolled her eyes & walked away. Came back 90 seconds later & handed me the same size, but with chocolate drizzle.

I took it & thought maybe they changed their larger cup practice.

One sip told me that there was not the extra espresso AND that she scraped off the whip, added new & chocolate on top. Upon closer inspection, I could see the leftover caramel on the cup & cover.

I parked & went inside. Again, it wasn't a huge deal, but not a fan of paying extra $, to not get what I want & get sick.

Explained to the manager (who greeted me, I didn't ask for her) what I ordered. She immediately apologized & took it back.

That's when I heard the girl complain loudly about me & customers in general. Not acceptable. Also, there's no solid wall, so either the girl wasn't thinking about that, her volume, & her words. Or she just didn't care. Do not be in the service industry, if that's the attitude you're going to have. Especially since I was never cross, didn't yell, or say anything untrue, I didn't even point out the person!
