My fries may as well have been potato chips with how over done they were, and the employee that brought the order to my table was talking about how he wanted to rob the place.... not sure what to make of him other then creepy and it took about 45 min with a minimal amount of customers 2 or 3 inside and a car every now and again in the drive thru. Mine you my order was just a large fry and a sprite.

Worst McDonald’s in the area…. Food constantly served cold and they consistently get orders wrong …. I’ve ordered the new Golden Mcrispy Deluxe twice since its come out the first time they gave me a dang chicken wrap and now the second not a piece of lettuce was on the sandwich just scattered around in the box and my 3 half strips of bacon were missing…. Idk who’s working the line at this location but they need to find a new job

I was overcharged. I ordered 2 numbers 4’s and asked for orange juice as the drink. The screen showed the total as $11.98. She said the total was $16.58. I asked where did the extra $3.60 come from. The manager stated that orange juice was considered a specialty drink and that the meals only come with a fountain drink. Who gets a soda with breakfast? The options are usually orange juice and milk. After tasting the food I was even more upset because the biscuits were hard and the hash browns weren’t salted at all. I threw it away. Waste of money. Would not recommend this location.

The restaurant is great! They have some really good food items, and the food tastes fantastic. The only thing I would suggest they change is get some nice furniture and try to keep the door closed. There were a lot of bugs all over the place, and I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I literally had to throw away my food because there were bugs flying around it, which is super annoying. I would just say that if you guys could come exterminator and do a deep cleaning of the place, that would be really nice. Otherwise, it’s really good. Just download the app, and you get some really nice deals.

Went through the drive thru. Was handed a bag of food, I checked the bag, I handed the bag to my child in the backseat, as I am doing this the employee was trying to hand me our drinks, and rudely telling me I need to take them right away. I take the drinks and she says have a goodnight. Not thinking I did not habe the happy meal, it was Friday night and a long week. I realized the issue and went and parked and went in to get my happy meal. Lady working in the drive thru saw me and brought me the happy meal, and says you drove away with out your food. She was so pushy in the drive thru and said good night, I thought I had everything. She really did not hand me the food kind of tossed it on the counter. Service is horrible there, no one even at the counter when you walk in.

Have noticed the prices are coming down. Also the people arnt going as much. I have 6 McDonald's within my area. Always been there but because of the prices the poorest among us who would eat there regularly are or not able to eat there. Seemed like the big wigs in corprate tried to clean house and try to become a upscale burger bar.They will never in my estimation be an upscale burger bar. McDonald's started as a cheap feed your family for an reasonable price. The dollar menu was their demise. However it was a killer move. Not only the dollar burger but dollar soda made an impact on how to make billions and billions of dollars. They pulled away from the core of what made them so big. Never said the food was bad. Never said I'd stop eating there because of the taste of the food. What I said was big wigs and their suits and boards of people making decisions on what and how we eat is my beef(ha). Those people are Hippocrates. Ty to the people who get up and go to these jobs that really are the backbone of this great country. I did it when I was younger. I learned to never listen to the suit. They are the problem. Listen to the people who work in the trenches. Happy workers make the company not the boards or the people who invest. Check back in and enjoy sumthing we've had since our childhood.

Bryanna took mine and my daughters order and was polite and took care of us and even gave my daughter a free large water. Simran was also there cleaning and maintaining the place and looked very invested into doing an amazing job. Both employees from my perspective appear to be very valuable assets to this location. Took my my granddaughters to play and have lunch on Sunday. Play place was so dirty, bathroom dirty, floors dirty and garbage was falling out of garbage 🗑️. It looks like it was there all day. I went once before and it wasn't this bad. Had to wait 10 minutes to order food all were working in the back. No happy greeters, maybe not a good day. I'll keep you posted.

If you can't make certain food items after 10:30am, maybe you should cut off the online orders at 10:15. Or maybe you can call your customers to let them know that an order they placed cannot be made, so that I wouldn't have to sit in the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting for an employee to be told by their manager to tell me that they don't have breakfast anymore and that I would need to cancel the order. I had placed my order online, roughly 5-10 min before the time they would have stopped serving breakfast normally. Again, just change the time in the app for when breakfast can stop being ordered. There's no reason I should have to go out of my way to drive to this McDonald's, only to be told I have to refund my order because the management lacks common knowledge. If you're listed as a place that serves breakfast until a certain time, you should honor that :/

The staff is very nice. I had issues with my card and the young man behind the counter told me not to worry about it and that our lunch was on them. I got my card working and tried to pay and he wouldn't let me. Very nice workers.

9 out of 10 times your order is wrong. Constantly forget items, wrong items, etc. This location needs some serious quality control attention. Went this morning to get breakfast for the family at the 13th St. location because of these issues at this location, but the place was a zoo. Decided to give this location another try. Pulled in, and the place was a ghost town. Made an order in the drive. Coffee was 3/4 full. No napkins. Forgot the "fixings" that go with the big breakfast with hotcakes. Missing an entire sandwich. Then get home, and after opening the wrapper, they didn't even put the sausage on a SAUSAGE, egg, and cheese McGriddle. I am baffled by how this location can be this horrible. Next time, I'll wait in line at the other location like I knew I should have in the first place. At least there, I know my order will be correct.

I purchased two quarter pounders from here, the aftertaste was so bad that it was stuck In my mouth for 12 hours, I had to use mouthwash and brush really good. The after taste I never experienced with McDonald’s, it tastes like bad oil or burnt oil. To confirm my suspicion I purchased the next day from McDonald’s on Layton and same bad after taste. Whatever you guys are doing, it’s making you lose customers. I been a customer for 17 years. I will never come back

Today's McDonald's visit was terrible at this location. Three of the four orders were wrong. Instead of two cheese burger Happy Meals we got two hamburger Happy Meals. My husband ordered a #3 Double Quarter Pounder but got a Deluxe Quarter Pounder instead. The manager apologized then remade the order but it was getting busy so it took at least 10 minutes to get the correct order. By that time the rest of the food was cold. The manager gave a few coupons for free items one of which expired 5 months ago. Kids wanted ice cream so we got two vanilla cones and a Mcflurry. Second bite of Mcflurry had piece of plastic mixed in. Managers response was "Oh that it came off the lid." Apparently shards of plastic in a Mcflurry is ok to serve. She offered to remake or refund and at this point refund was the best option with this terrible McDonald's experience.

This McFlurry ruined my second marriage.
They couldn't have been bothered to even fill it up 75% of the way. Don't get me started on how it wasn't even stirred properly. Though, it's not like you could've stirred it anyways, given that the medium it was supposed to be stirred into is barely present.
Plus, this isn't even a one time occurence. It's been consistently bad and get this - one of the times we asked to get it properly filled up, and you know what they did? They filled up only one of the two we ordered. When we asked for them to fill up the other, they told us: "we're not allowed to give you more ice cream". Like excuse me?
I get shrinkflation is a thing, but at least change your packaging so I'm made to believe that I received a full order of modified milk ingredient frozen dessert.
The rift was only growing in our marriage after consistent failures to receive a proper McFlurry, and it looks like today was the breaking point.

Constantly mess up orders, especially drinks. Train your staff better. Replacing what I already paid for doesn't make up for the inconvenience and ruining my meal. Food is usually cold. Has become extremely overpriced especially since their service has gone down a ton. Get rid of the new drink lids. They are unsanitary, spill, and an excuse to raise your drink prices. You aren't helping the environment like you claim with these lids that use extra plastic and still need straws.

Went this morning at around 645 ish older lady taking order through the drive thru was extremely rude, corrected my husband who was ordering because he didn't say it the way she wanted him to then when he changed the meal to no meal so no drink she got upset huffing and puffing I could hear her she then shouted at him when he ordered something else shouting that it was a meal then getting an attitude I shouted back at her telling her she was wrong I know what a meal is and I'd dont want a drink so it's not a meal saying she didn't hear that I said u did bc u got mad took it off. We've had this lady before I remember bc she always corrects if u say something wrong plus I just remember her attitude didn't say anything before wasn't a big deal until she was yelling. Called the manager talked to her about it she was super nice I hope she gets talked to like just because you're old doesn't mean u can talk to people anyway u want gtfo.

This location consistently serves dry burnt burgers that seem to have been sitting in the warmer for far too long. This is usually a guarantee at night, but even during peak hours the quality is still significantly worse than other locations. I would avoid this location if you can. It's never made me sick but I'm pretty sure they serve old burgers that are way past an acceptable window of time. Occasionally the fries are ice cold but that's more rare. On a positive note I have been eating less McDonald's, and that's better for my health lol.

Sue, in the drive through was extremely rude. My father is old and a super picky eater. The drive through screen stated his sandwich still had cheese on it, so when I got to the window I tried to verify again it was just an all plain sandwich. Sue let me know the screen said what I ordered already(which is was stated incorrectly) and said she already told me it was plain. All Sue had to do was say,” Thanks for wanting to verify that information and yes, we do have it listed as an all plain sandwich.” When I asked for her name, she asked for mine, so publicly would like to let Sue know my name is Susie. Thanks for making this month feel less and less like Christmas than it already does. You did a bang out job on that today.
I WILL say, Tim, the owner of the store did follow up with a call to apologize for this situation which I GREATLY appreciate. A lot of people don’t, and he took the time to do so. Now THAT’S customer service at its best. Thanks again, Tim.

It was outside and on the drive. Therefore it’s public property. And obviously not in the mcd money box which is reserved “for the children.” It was a dime on the ground! And the only amount short I was. I didn’t have a dime! I had 3 pennies and gave her that. She yelled at me and said, and I quote, “ Don’t come back here again unless you have money!!!” The guy behind me I know heard her. Probably the person in front too. I’ve never received such poor and rude service ever in my life!! And for a dime!! To quote Stephanie from Full House, “ how rude!!”

I don’t even want to give them a star. But I do want to leave a complaint. They were being really rude during my order. Claiming they could hear me, understand me. Then they didn’t even give me the free promotions I was supposed to get. On top of that, they had this attitude as if I’m the one being the trouble maker. They rolled their eyes, scoffed at me and gave me a attitude that was disrespectful. I want to pretend they were having a bad day but they just kept on being mean. Makes me think they were being racist, which I really hope is not true. And the cherry on top? They didn’t give me a straw after all that and still charged me extra for the “free promotions”. That’s when I decided, ok I’m leaving a complaint.
