So she immediately greeted us for the order we pull ahead Ordered breakfast and waited 15 minutes while being the only car at the time. The employee couldn’t keep up with the task of making the coffees and having the food ready. Long story short we witnessed this employee full on having a mental breakdown balling her eyes out. Food was cold and the drinks were also poorly made. Absolutely horrible experience I’ll make sure to avoid this one on future road trips.

We order Large meals yet somehow always get a medium drink or fry and all the workers say is well you need to pay to buy a new one. Excuse me a Large meals yet comes with a Large unless stated drink common sense. Waited 15 minutes for fries, I have worked here it does not take that long. Workers do not wear name tags so cannot say who does what. Why talk to us rude when you messed up. Many of other fast food restaurants will correct their mistake and apologize. Not spending any more money here. Shame on you Oconto Mcdonald’s.

Just went through the drive-through around 9:30pm on a Tuesday and no one said anything. We waited there for around 5 minutes then we drove away. When we drove away (through the drive-through) and we only saw 1 person in the restaurant, which was an employee. Then we saw a large group of kids talking very loud and obnoxiously in the parking lot and pretty much all of them were wearing McDonald’s uniforms. Apparently store doesn’t close until 11pm.

Drive thru was moving slow, when getting to the intercom we asked for 2 ice cream cones and didn't even get a chance to finish our order we were told to pull forward to the second window rudely when we got to the second window we asked to add to our order and the young girl was very snobby and rude and told us we will need to pull back around. Well we didnt after receiving these absurdly poorly made ice cream cones. And the restaurants cleanliness outside and inside was absolutely unacceptable.. when was the last time your owner and franchises did a walk through

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I ordered a few different meals today with just some simple instructions as follows and some how wires got crossed so bad that my son didn’t even get a HAMBURGER for his burger. Just cheese and ketchup on a bun?? As for my boyfriend’s meal I specifically stated to remove the lettuce and pickles, add extra cheese and onions yet they did not follow it. Paying close to $30 for meals that we can’t even consume?? Annoying!!

Yesterday I ordered a 20 piece order of chicken mcnuggets from the drive through. I was very disappointed to find that the nuggets were cold, chewy, and tough. It seemed as though they were old, and had been made hours earlier. They were by far the worst chicken mcnuggets that I have received, and I will never oder them again from this location.

I am actually sad about making this bad review because I like this McDonald’s but it made me really upset that when I ordered pancakes and sausage I didn't get butter and syrup I also received a single spoon instead of a fork and knife.. Also paid for a hash brown I wanted a MEAL didn’t get a hash brown. Normally I would have went in cleared all of this up no problem but I had to be somewhere and wasn’t able to look at my bag until I got to my destination.

Not my favorite McDonald's to go to. But, it's about all there is in Oconto. Back when they was a Hardee's a Taco Bell, I hardly went to this McDonald's. The service is just ok and you have a 50/50 shot of either getting things right out getting our of there fast. It's like one of those places that knows they're the only game in town so they don't really care. They may not be the case, maybe just poor staffing, idk.

I think this McD’s is the place where we “locals” like to visit and chat with each other—like a community-family “hang-out.” The workers are extremely kind and accommodating. I have horrible internet at my home, and often times I’ve had to do my “schoolwork” (college degree work) there for hours on end. Yes, I kept ordering food and drink, and the employees treated me like they were mother hens, proud to dote on me—I’m 57 years old!!! I love this place! Yes, they may forget a pack of black pepper in your bag at the drive-though once, or something minor like that (we’re human), but overall the workers there have BIG, CARING ❤️ HEARTS!!! ~Tina Driscoll

I'm a senior and a veteran... However, back to the senior coffee order I wanted a medium coffee and the reply to that was no discount except for the small coffee and the order went through as I wanted without the senior discount. Moral of the McDonald's rules for seniors is degrading the very desires of the customers order. I order what I want and McDonald's management orders fake coffee discounts.
I make a 1000.00 a month income and I prefer to pay full price than have someone tell me what amount of coffee I can have.

The guy working at around 10pm this Thursday night was THE BEST. He was so personable and kind, my friend and i were backing up a trailer for the first time in a drive thru and he told her what a good job she did and offered very nice encouragement, gave us extra napkins and a LARGE FRY WHEN WE ORDED A MEDIUM. all that to say the absolute best experience i’ve ever had at any mcdonald’s ever. I would highly recommend, also the guy working tonight needs a raise he was awesome.
