Food took forever to actually come out. When I got my food and came home the sauces that I payed for wasn't in my bags, it wouldn't be such a big deal if it was really busy or the first time they forgot my sauces or one of the items that I bought. I am very disappointed

McDonald's seems to improve every time I come I ordered two double cheeseburgers no cheese no onions. I forgot to ask for extra pickles and extra mustard They were hot they were well done and very low calorie... Their chicken sandwiches on the value meal are not great but the hamburgers have improved.. along with their accuracy.. their pop is marginal but better than most.. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to sodapop.. if you order french fries they almost always come hot

This is the sole McDonald's (Fast food place in general) that I've never seen out of stock of anything. Never had an issue with the Ice Cream Machines when I've been, the spot I prefer sitting is almost always open, and the servers are super friendly. I've had only one mistake on an order, being that a mini treat was delivered to the wrong table, but it was sorted in just a couple minutes.

I went to McDonald at this beautiful morning , and I was so exited to have a great meal that was not gonna be messed up by any thing, I asked politely if they could change the apple slices to fries for my big back and the lady said sure but there were only one small fry in the bag not two, on top of all of that she didn’t even give me apples. This was a very traumatizing experience that I hope not even my worst enemy will have to experience. Just put the god damn fries in the bag lady 🍟😭

Placed an order at 10:01 AM. Arrived at the drive thru-speaker point and everything is going as expected. Busy, so understandably it was gonna take a moment to cash out and get my food. 10:08 AM I’m cashed out and told to wait because the sausage egg mcmuffin I ordered still had to have the sausage be cooked.

So I wait and wait. It isn’t until 10:18 AM that I get my order-of which many people in line were already getting their order. It shouldn’t have to take that long-or at all-to drop a sausage on the grill and assemble it from 10:08 AM, let alone when I had placed the drive thru order at 10:01 AM.

The food was alright, but the whole time having to wait and causing me issues was embarrassing.

Clean and updated playplace with big kid and toddler areas. Very spacious with two pay crane machines and a free arcade machine. The restaurant was spotless and the decor was amazing for a McDonald's. However, my spicy McCrispy didn't have the spicy sauce. Kinda annoyed that I paid 40¢ extra for that.

The food was great! Burger was nice and neat, chicken nuggets were toasty, and the fries were fresh, perfectly crispy and filled full. Big play area, clean tables and great service! This mcdonald's is awfull. Employees don't even know what's on their own menu and they are always out of something. I have Come back three different times in the last couple of months thinking it would be better but, it gets worse every time. This was the best McDonald's I ever been to hands down. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted and welcomed with a smile. Everyone was so nice and friendly always appreciated. I travel a lot and I wish every place I go to is represented this way. The place was very clean and appealing. Got my food in a fast and convenient amount of time. All my food was fresh and hot. And my fries didn't have a lot of salt on it like most McDonald's. I definitely give this place two thumbs up. Keep up the great work you guys!!!!

The staff is usually very friendly and understanding when I place my order. I usually order an iced coffee with an excessive amount of sugar, and they make it correctly every time. I also decided to order a cheeseburger. Could have been better, but it tasted decently. The beverage tower was not clean at all, and the nozzles have not been inspected or cleaned for some time. The dining room seemed to be very clean and smelled good.

I should have taken pics!!! While the food you order is delivered fast, the play area is one big mess!!! The tables are not cleaned frequently, there for, you have to clean it yourself or try to find someone to clean it.
My husband reported to one of the servers that there was a huge spilage of water or some sort of a drink, so it should get

Incredibly friendly to the point of over the top. I do mind being misidentified in gender and wonder...if staff should be trained not to say sir and madam. Please just be an anonymous fast food joint like you are supposed to. I don't need doors opened and offers to help at kiosk or drop off my food, or add me how I'm doing sir, when I am a woman. Maybe this is to justify charging $7.58 for a substandard egg biscuit and coffee . I'm not sure. If it takes over 7 minutes just to a large fry to complete my order. When there's only one other customer waiting in the inside at 10:45 A.M. While hearing the manager say, "we need that large fry now, don't delay." These guys need help when working for a "fast food" company. If a lot of people drive as fast as they do in this area.
