Would’ve given 0 if I could. Ordered breakfast through the app which allowed me to do so. Then I get to the drive through and I’m told they can’t make it after driving all the way there. I said it let me order and I already paid. The lady at the drive through said she can’t make it after 10:30. It was 10:31 and It was ordered on the app maybe 5 minutes before that. Horrible customer service! Horrible policy McDonald’s! Just horrendous! Stop being idiotic and bring back all day breakfast! Not everyone has breakfast at the same time. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the repeated experiences I’ve had at this location, specifically involving one employee. I stop here regularly during the week, and instead of receiving consistent service, I’ve dealt with the same ongoing problems time and time again.

My orders are frequently made incorrectly, and when I ask politely for them to be corrected, I am met with attitude, refusal, and outright disrespect. On more than one occasion, this employee has openly stated she would not remake my drink, handed me the wrong size, or refused to give me the product I had already paid for. Most recently, she slammed the window on me, made my order incorrectly despite clear instructions, and then shoved the drink at me when I asked for it to be fixed.

What makes this situation worse is the management’s response. When I raised my concerns, one manager actually told me, “She makes them how she wants.” That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. It reflects not only a lack of accountability but also a lack of respect for paying customers.

I expect far better from McDonald’s. It is frustrating and disheartening to feel like my concerns were dismissed instead of properly addressed. I have already reported my experiences to corporate, yet nothing has changed. To make matters even more troubling, I witnessed other customers—who were not people of color—receive respectful service and accommodation, while I was repeatedly met with hostility and disrespect. That is unacceptable, and I will be pursuing this further through formal channels.

Put in an order on the app at 10:20 for pickup and paid in app. app said they have breakfast until 10:30, awesome. Drove to the restaurant and parked, app said my order was canceled. I tried to call to verify I wouldn’t be leaving a paid bag of food behind. Called several times with no answer. Had to walk in and ask. The guy working couldn’t say what or why and just kind of stared with no response. Had to get breakfast from kwik tip across the street. This debacle made me 30min late for my appointment out of town.

Absolutely worst experience. Ordered 2 meals by their number, had to tell the staff that I wanted a meal not just a single cheeseburger, 3 times. After I ordered by number for a meal. I come through practically religiously every Saturday and Sunday morning if I don’t have to work to pick up my mobile order through the drive thru. I always order a really complicated fancy coffee drink, and Lindy makes it PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME! Never once has she made a mistake, and in the beginning if she didn’t know she wasn’t embarrassed to ask me what I wanted. Now I come not only for the drink but for Lindy as well specifically. It’s early when I get there, 5-6am, and she is ALWAYS bright, smiling, happy and bubbly. Almost excited to be at work. Lindy makes my quick stop special. And makes me feel important and special. She always takes care of me and even remembers my name!!! She is McDonald’s Westowne.

The McDonald's in Oshkosh are the only ones in America that say welcome back when you come through the drive-thru. I don't know if they say it inside or not because I've never been inside but it is so irritating because they stole it from Kwik Trip and it's so cheesy because everyone around here knows that's what the people from KwikTrip say. If you're going to say something different than every other McDonald's in the country, which you shouldn't because they should all be uniform, at least come up with your own saying.

I am not a fan of McDonalds. However, my 2 year old loves bees, and they are her favorite thing in the world. When Minecraft came out with their toys, I stopped at 4 facilities that did not have the toy available. This site went above and beyond to help me and give it to her. She now goes around everywhere with it. The staff were patient, kind, and amazing. I recommend coming here for great service.

Horrible location. Stood in line inside for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Employees would look at me but not say anything. Then girl that took order seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Waited almost 20 minutes for food while they focused on drive through orders first. I was here for dinner on a Saturday night, and there was no one at the restaurant. I got there, put my order in at the kiosk, which said they were only taking to go orders. I planned on still eating in and just getting my food at the counter, so that was fine. I sat down and waited forever for them to have my food ready. When I picked it up at the counter, my drink cup wasn’t there. So, I waited for someone to come to the counter so I could get a cup, but no one ever came and purposely avoided looking at the counter. Truly the best McDonald’s my family has ever eaten at. They were slammed since it was dinner time, I went inside instead of going through the drive thru and could tell they were busy from the orders that were going out in the drive thru. This is the worst McDonalds location in all of Oshkosh and should be avoided. Drive-through orders are delivered at around 50% accuracy and the quality is short of average. Wait times are out of control. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a breakfast sandwich and watched several vehicles behind me get serviced and leave while I waited for a simple order. I got out of my car to ask about it and I got attitude in return. I got a refund and left, as I was now late for my planned engagment.

Ordered just a coffee. Instead of putting 3 packets of sugar in it they put salt in it. I came back later and told them it had salt in it not sugar. They gave me another coffee. I visited this location last Thursday morning to pick up breakfast. Unfortunately, they were having multiple staffing issues and were unable to fulfill orders without an explanation. They didn’t place a sign on the drive through speaker notifying customers of their issues. I walked inside and I could hear the fake manager Angelica yelling, having a temper tantrum, rudely cursing/yelling at Krissy and refusing to help her. What kind of manager yells at staff, refuses to provide assistance and disrespects customers?! The real manager was not present and Krissy was drowning trying to help customers to the best of her ability. I will not visit this location again. Angelica should not have her position, I witnessed her yelling and cursing at Krissy in my presence and she needs serous training or termination.
