This location has really gone downhill. Was handed missing food and melted milkshakes during the last three visits. It's extra frustrating considering the same two meals cost $12 a year ago, and now cost $18.50.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We've always had good luck at this location. The employees are nice, it's quick and the order is almost always correct. We've been stopping to get the kids happy meals & milkshakes here every other week or so since Covid started... It's something exciting for them, since not much else is happening these days. Thanks guys for helping make our kid's days a little brighter!

I came to McDonald today and I was at the first windows paying the lady the lady was about to hand me my card back but a wasp was flying by the window and she decided to smack it with my card and the bee flew onto my face and I smacked it and it kept flying at me inside my car mind you I’m highly allergic and I had my 1 month old baby in the back in the moment of freaking out trying to get it out but couldn’t my foot came off the break and I hit the car in front of me the lady stood there not saying anything didn’t apologize and had her manager hand me my card poor service and rudeness to not even apologize and to sit there and hear my baby screaming in the back of my car luckily the guy I hit I didn’t do any damage to his car but mine has a dent and the guy was so kind and understanding that he said to he just wanted to make sure me and my daughter were ok but the lady couldn’t even do that when it was her fault for smacking a bee into my face into my car with my 1 month old baby!!!!

Manager is a rude person. Never says “you’re welcome” and always seem to rush the person ordering. I ordered a quarter pounder and he said “a 2a” in a way like I should have said that instead of “quarter pounder”. This is not the only time he came off as being rude. I feel bad for whoever has to encounter this slow big guy. But have more manners my guy and try be polite, it doesn’t hurt you to try.

My experience here wasn't bad, coming from a McDonald’s, I did had low expectations. The food was okay. I loved their nuggets, as they were crispy and crunchy, but on the other hand , the fries came out cold and soggy. I always ask for sauce but again, they never give it, no big deal. I would come here again, but there are better options out there for fast food.

Find myself stopping here when i’m in the area and I will no longer be coming in. It’s always super loud and filled with annoying college kids that make it impossible to have a peaceful meal. First off the drive thru here is fast and efficient. But dinning in os not so great it's pretty obvious it's way understaffed to have the dinning room open. It's not clean you don't get trays.

Apparently, it's a crime to order water in the drive-through unless it's in a bottle. When they're out of water bottles, they still won't give you water in a cup. However, if you go inside, they have water in the soda machine that you can fill a cup with. They're charging the same for water or soda unless it's in a bottle, and then there is an upcharge. This is ridiculous and should change.

Usually I don't have an issue ordering from McDonald's aside from things being forgotten every now and then but I just placed an order for the breakfast,I unfortunately had to show up to the McDonald's location to pick it up 5 minutes after breakfast hours had ended and when I showed up, they were still serving breakfast orders but refused to give me my food I had ordered. Normally when we go here we have great service (morning staff are very friendly) however when we went through the drive through tonight it was a different experience. All we got was 4 drinks. When we asked the drive through person for a drink carrier for our FOUR drinks you would have thought we asked him to fly to the moon to get it. Then when we politely asked him to double the carrier up he scoffed at us. You could tell by his attitude towards the request that he was clearly bothered by it. Only reason we ask for two is because the drink carrier is flimsy especially with four drinks. Wish I got the young man's name. Only distinguishing feature was his red hair. Definitely needs to work on his manners.

absolute worst service. The fries always taste stale. Always. We’ve been here more than 10 times now and it’s just disappointing. Another thing, people need to open their eyes because it’s easy to tell the difference between a Fanta orange versus an orange Hi-C. Constantly get high C juice instead of Fanta orange! Wake up. Pay attention. Fanta is carbonated... Has bubbles. Hi-C, no. It's pretty easy to tell the difference. I guess that's what you get when kids run the show. Careless.

I am diabetic and came thru for a large diet coke because I absolutely cannot have regular. I even verified w the girl at the window that it was diet coke and she looked at it, said um yeah and handed me it. I should have trusted my gut instinct. I don't typically write negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my concerns. I worked in fast food for five years and even managed a restaurant similar to McDonald's, so I understand the pressures of the job. That said, this location has left me frustrated more times than I can count.
Let me start with the positives: the breakfast staff here is great. They’re efficient and get the job done right. However, the night shift is a different story entirely. Specifically, when the white, skinny manager with long brown hair in a ponytail is working, it’s a constant issue. Missing or incorrect items, delays of 30 minutes for simple orders, and a general lack of attention to detail have become the norm. On top of that, the cleanliness in the restaurant is appalling. On several occasions, there’s been food on the floor for days. It’s frustrating to see the same pieces of food there day after day without anyone bothering to clean them up. I’ve also had two separate occasions where I had to turn down ice cream cones due to hygiene concerns. The first time, the employee had long, dirty nails while making the cones, which was incredibly off-putting. The second time, I watched an employee take out the trash with his bare hands and then immediately go back to making ice cream cones. I know there’s a small piece of paper around the cone they’re supposed to touch, but it’s hard to trust that level of specificity when the hygiene practices I’ve seen are so questionable. Unfortunately, we don’t have many other affordable options, so we end up at this location more than we’d like, but the consistent lack of quality is making it harder to continue to give them our business. It’s disappointing to see a place that could be doing so much better, especially when so many of these issues seem avoidable.

My main complaint is how they handle app orders. I would never order online again for this location. The person who brought me my food told me all this info, which brought me to my rating. I had ordered on the app about 25 min prior while still at an event bc at every other McDonald's I've ordered online through, they start the food once you tell them you're there in the app. When I got to the restaurant, the food was immediately brought out, so I worried about the freshness and asked the employee. They told me they make the food from a mobile order whenever it comes through, which takes on average 15-20 min...? This seems odd and definitely inefficient. They basically let me know not to order on the app in the future for their location. While the food was warm, it wasn't hot/fresh and the sauce was incorrect. I have been through the regular drive thru and not had any issues. It's not a bad location, but don't order online for this store.

Commonly forgotten items! Make sure your entire order is there if you use the drive-thru! Especially dipping sauces. I don't know which McDonald's it was only that it was one in Oshkosh due to my husband's having made the order but even the recept we have says exactly what he ordered. however the Manager asked if we wanted no salt or no patties on our order when we got it it had no patties and what we ordered where two meals one with no pickles and one with no sauce. We got no salt and no patties when the order was gotten the items we did not want where still on the sandwiches. If I could I would give no stars at all due to incompetence on the managements part. He ordered delivery.

This mcdonalds has gone down hill. Mostly staffed by high-schoolers who are extremely disrespectful. After being told at window 1 that it was a little slow (not a problem) we got to window 2 and were asked to pull forwards to the holding area. We waited for almost 30 minutes, got our sandwiches, were told they would be back with the fries, 6 cars left the drive thru and we sat. We go to this McDonald’s very often, And I just want to give a huge compliment to one of the employees. We use the app and he always remembers our order, He always is super friendly and goes above and beyond to get our order correct and we are a little bit difficult honestly!

When we pulled in we ordered and the woman taking our order had wonderful service, the car in front of us pulled off so when we pulled up to the window to pay she read us the wrong order no worries ofc because we have EARS and can listen and make sure we’re paying for the correct order and informed her of the drive off. At the second window we were handed the drive off food, no worries I’m assuming the info wasn’t relayed quick enough. Instead of waiting in line I went into lobby to correct the mistake and the man running was very prompt on assessing the situation and trying to fix it. So quick our food hadn’t been handed out yet, on of our burgers was made wrong and he also had that fixed no questions asked and apologized profusely and presented no annoyance that I was in the lobby “complaining” . This is exactly how I would expect this type of mix up to be handled!

Absolutely disgusted by the service here. I had pulled up to get dinner and order simple food but to find out the ice cream machine was shut down early this evening to make closing up quicker. So I had them remove my coupon for the $1.29 fries. Went to the next location to find out my fries coupon was never credited back to me even though I never used it in the first place. Went without dinner as they didn’t want to honor me at the following location as well.
