I went to this mcdonald’s with my friends and we all ordered off the kiosk. First, took forever to get our food. Our orders were wrong and did not taste right. Second every single table was actually disgusting. Stuff on the tables, stuff all over the floor and crumbs on all the seats. Also unenjoyable having fly, fly around my food and my face as I try to eat. Finally, the service was horrible, they all were rude, and two employees went on break, while we were still waiting on our food, with a full restaurant. Usually I have a bad experience but this is beyond the worst.

This McDonald's is consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. Last time I complained about extreme wait times and the employees inability to follow directions, and got two free meals so I decided to come back to use the coupons. You would think, omg hey, this woman complained and got these free meals so let's make sure we do a decent job this time... Nope. My filet o fish came out with over half of my tartar on the outside of the bun, and even though they told me they would bring me my food to the table and gave me a table number thing, I guess they put my order in a to-go bag and yelled my number to come pick up (which I was not listening for because I was told they were going to bring it to the table). I saw some food sitting up there and walked up to the counter and 4 people were just standing around the end of the line.

It took 20+ minutes in the drive thru and I used the mobile app to order. I was missing my free Friday fries that I had ordered, plus I didn't get the ranch packets I ordered. The whole experience was agonizing. I live in Neenah, the one on Green Bay Rd. Is amazing. They should teach this Oshkosh one how to run properly.

Difficult to communicate order at the drive through. Lady at the window was not fluent English. When we got to the window finally she didn't give us a receipt. Cold fries and old chicken. She didn't comprehend English at all, when we said thank you she just turned around and walked away. This location has been failing since new ownership.

went to mcdonald’s on jackson st tonight. waited in the drive thru line, seriously, for about 25 minutes before my order was taken (there was one car in front of me and that’s it). i ordered 2 happy meals and 2 regular “adult” meals. the happy meals were fine, i got the bag for the rest of our food. literally half of my order was missing. i grabbed my receipt and went back into the store. it took another 8 ish minutes until someone “helped” me. the manager was VERY rude, uncooperative and in the end, i ended up leaving without my food… that i had paid almost $35 for… save your time. go to a different location. such a shame….

Update: I was contacted by corporate who forwarded everything to the stores upper management as they called it and was told they would reach out to me. A week and a half later I’ve heard nothing. I will just dispute the charges with my bank.
I sat at curbside pickup for 25 minutes today. No food. So I went inside to find out what was going on and there was no one at the counter. So I stood there around 10 minutes and no one came. So I decided that was enough and headed back to my car to cancel my order. When I opened my app it showed the order completed. As in the food was picked up. I never received my food. But I could no longer cancel my order and I couldn’t get a refund because no one would come to the counter so now I paid $25 and got nothing. I tried calling 2 times today and it just rings endlessly. I have a feeling I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank in the end. This is the second time in a week that the curbside wait was horribly long. The only difference this time is cars were moving through the drive thru just fine.

I only have problems with this place whenever I go at night or in the evening. But it’s so frequent now. For starters, they have 2 drive thru windows. I’ll be at one window, and the other window will be helping car after car before you’re even helped at the drive thru you’re at. You have people who come to the drive thru after you that pass you because you’re still waiting for someone to take your order. The food service has gone horribly, the staff at night fools around in the back. Get a grip people.

but you’ll receive diddly squat for communication about that when ordering. Chronically understaffed which leads to cascading failures in service time, order accuracy, and food quality.
There are two other McDonald’s locations in Oshkosh; you’d be wise to choose either over this one.

Ordered online. Since it showed processing on their end and then when we showed our bank app statement it showed pending on our banks end they initially refused to give us our food. Excuse me? Do you not understand how transactions work? Then my husband asked for the managers name and she refused asking why he needed it. Ummm ma'am bc if I don't get my food you WILL be giving me a refund for the payment that although pending, already deducted. That's why. She then decided to have our food made. Smart choice. Absolute ignorance, unprofessional and inappropriate. 10/10 would NOT recommend this McDonalds ever. Worst service we've ever dealt with at an already subpar fast food place. Oooph. Happy 4th!!!!

Went back in tonight after my order was wrong and asked it to be corrected. I only checked the kids meals once I got my order because my son was hangry and it was wrong so I went in to get it corrected. The manager was rude but finally got the right burger only to get home and find out my order was wrong for a third time because the adult meals are all wrong. They won’t refund it via the phone and said I’d need to come back again. I am not driving back four times in a night. Stay away. This place is a hot mess and not worth wasting money on.

I highly discourage anyone from going to the Jackson street location for anything. The service is worse then getting the craps in the middle of church. They don't greet you, you have to wait about 20 minutes for anything. Then the workers ignore you like you are the plague. Very slow workers that don't care about their job. Just slid thru here and wow!! The wait was worth it..drive thru was packed but I really wanted fries. Got my fries finally and sooo hot and crispy but not overcooked and not over salted !! I waited 15 minutes at drive thru speaker to have someone take my order. No one ever spoke to me. Not the first time this has happened. Actually ridiculous figure it out. I use to work at one its not that hard. There's always a beep in the headset unless you turn it off. Which then means your blantly ignoring someone. Ridiculous multiple times this has happened. And to add that when I told the manager about the situation cause I pulled in through the drive through. He was completely rude and told me that I needed to go through again and wait my turn. Bogus.

Please someone tell me why every single time I order from this McDonald’s my order is WRONG. But anytime I order from another McDonald’s in town… it’s right. Clearly the management doesn’t know how to train their employees or there’s no repercussions for regularly screwing up orders. When I asked this girl if the sauce was in the bag, she told me she personally packed it herself and all the sauce was at the bottom of the bag. My fault for not double checking, but I didn’t think someone would lie straight to my face. ALL of my kids food had onions and pickle, despite asking for plain. So they absolutely will not eat it. The absolute lack of care and attention to the BIG details shines a light on the management of this store. Again, that’s my bad. Also my bad for continually giving this store a chance because it’s 3 minutes closer. I’ve learned my lesson.
Updating to add I ordered a happy meal and instead of chicken nuggets, I got a box full of literal Mac Sauce. Un freaking real.

The order was wrong and it was a pretty simple order. No special request. I specifically ask for the burgers to be bagged separate from the chicken sandwiches and nuggets, that didn’t happen. It was an order for work, so I specifically ask for a receipt. I didn’t get one and had to go back. I ordered food for five meals and did not get one napkin in any of the bags. Two of the three bags were torn when they handed them to me. The guy is on this cruise specifically asked for McDonald’s. Next time I will suggest they request something different if we’re near this restaurant

4 Things:
1) There was ice in my drink after I put "No Ice" in my kiosk order.
2) There was no number tent at the kiosk. This confused the poor guy who brought my food.
3) I did not get my receipt. If I had gotten my receipt, I would have posted this privately on your website instead of here in public.
4) PLEASE turn your beepers down and train your crew to turn them off. It was like eating in a hospital room as someone dies.

On the weekends they turn off the monitor so customers can't see how far they are behind on orders, and management must not care because they have been doing this for the last year. Killian Management is awful at this location. When you order online through the app, they don't check to see that your order is ready and sitting behind the counter waiting to be sealed with the tape. Average wait time is about 25-30 minutes for a basic meal deal. Bathrooms are sometimes horrendous.

I was eating at this restaurant with my colleague yesterday. It all looked pretty dirty, I ordered at the terminal and there were no stands with numbers that you can take with you to the table. There was also no paper for the receipts, I could not just listen to my called number but had to look carefully that I get my real food. The Big Mac tasted strange, a little too sour. Probably something was wrong with the food, I've had a stomachache and diarrhea since last night.
I travel all over the world and eat at Mc Donalds from time to time. That was my worst experience! Even in Saudi Arabia and Brazil it was much better. Never again. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Food missing/ messy food, prepared with 0 to no care at all. Workers constantly cussing swearing,being rude, taking forever to prepare food, joking and goofing off and relaxing in back while supposedly clocked in, vaping while working in back.
The service is awful, I gotta say the only time I’m ever impressed coming here is when the day shift managers are usually keeping some sense of order and urgency to get food out and keep the workers act in line. Everything from the guests that come here to the workers they hire are awful, no expectations of any professionalism to this establishment, I guess that’s why it’s McDonald’s. I have to get and deliver orders from here occasionally and the orders are either missing/super late/or stolen by other people.
This establishment is a blight on Oshkosh. The only perk being it’s one of the few remaining 24/7 establishments in oshkosh. But you’d have a hard time coming here at night since it’s usually overpacked especially after 11:00PM.
It’s unfortunate, all the oshkosh McDonald’s have awful service and expectations of there workers.

Order a meal for myself. Asked for no onion and of course, they put onions on my burger. I called and they said they would remake it. They remade a burger but it wasn’t the right one. Brought it back and got my money back only for the burger. The burgers looked dry and the bun looked about 5 days old. There were so many people just standing around not doing a damn thing. Ordered the Classic Big Mac Pack (Two Big Macs, Two Medium Fries, and a 20 Piece Nugget), two sodas, and an extra medium fry.
Order was delivered after the dashed waited at the store for over 10 minutes.
All I received from McDonalds was a single Big Mac, one Meduim Fry, and one Soda.
They were literally missing 5 out of the 9 items. How does that even happen!
I called McDonalds, the “manager” Jaden asked me what time my order was place and while I was looking, mind you it took me all of 30 seconds. He HUNG UP on me. I called back and asked him why he hung up, and he said “there was an issue with the phone”.
We then called Doordash and got it all redelivered and were STILL MISSING a Medium fry.
I understand one, maybe two items are missing but a whole meal its absolutely RIDICULOUS. Ontop of that, all the store had to offer was for me to drive to the store to pickup the missing items, as if I didnt DoorDash it for a reason.
When I said I was unable to drive to the location he said that it's not our problem but that its DoorDashes problem, you have to contact them.

Obviously from the recent reviews of this restaurant, the owners / managers have no desire to improve the service. Why would one have to wait 30 minutes for a burger at McDonalds? Kiosk is ridiculous and didn't even work properly. Young people, supposedly working here, are just screwing around. Loud rap music coming out of the kitchen area. Is anyone in charge? This was about 07:30PM. Not sure how this place even stays open. I have never had this kind of experience at any other fast food restaurant. Certainly don't plan on returning.

The staff at this location is incompetent. Every time we place a Door Dash order, something is missing. I highlighted everything that was missing from our most recent order. Don't these employees know how to read and check off a list? I know a lot of them are high schoolers which is why I didn't complain sooner, but you shouldn't be getting every order incorrect. Door Dash thinks my husband and I are scammers because we have had to report missing items so many times. No, we aren't scammers. The employees just don't know how to do their jobs properly. We won't be ordering from here again. There are plenty of restaurants that get orders correct. Sadly, this is not one of them.

Had to drive back from my place to get my fries as they forgot to put it in my bag, they refused to make the fries, so I opted to get a full refund and left them the luke warm food. Server wasn't remorseful or cared to handle the situation properly, I won't be returning to McDonalds anytime soon, if you want a late night meal, Kwiktrip is sooo much better, their customer service is a ton more positive, seems like people there actually like working there, unlike Mcdonalds, where they state their short staffed, have half their menu unavaliable, and long long waits. 5 stars for Kwik trip, 0 for Mcdonalds

Might have been worst experience. I've ever had at any mcdonald's anywhere across the nation. I was in the drive through line. At eleven thirty pm and yes, it was busy, I understand that, but it wasn't two a m busy... The people in front of me, smoking weed with their windows, open their music, blaring. People behind me, smoking weed music, blaring other people yelling at them. And after 55 minutes, when I finally arrived at the window to pick my food up the a staff that was working inside there. Head stepped forward into the building and started screaming. Move up, move off, you're holding up the line. This person was not just yelling. He was, she was screaming. I finally screamed back and said. Are you talking to me?She comes back and says no.... By the time I finally drove away, I was there for 60 minutes. Yes, yes, that was my fault. I should have left the line fifty minutes prior.

If I could give them no stars I would!!!! The orange juice was horrible and they never put utensils in the bag! And I feel bad even writing a review but they didn’t answer the phone so I will put it online! I know it’s these young kids that take no pride in what they do- generation Z could care less about customer service and the reputation of the places they work! I feel for these establishments! Generation Z is ruining the reputation of a lot of places due to lack of work ethic, customer service and everything else we all take pride in! And they are also disrespectful and they wonder why GenX is always goin upside their heads! I feel for you McDonald’s!

They put too much seasoning on my McDoubles a few months ago. I thought I’d give them another chance but I was there for 40 minutes. I went in the drive thru and inside to get my messed up order fixed. When we went inside there were so many flies and the floor was so dirty and sticky. The people were nice though. Our food was cold by the time we were able to eat because of the mess up

I will only go to this McDonald's, through the drive thru, for coffee and such. The atmosphere inside and in the parking lot is no longer suited for families. There is a lot of riff raff, and kids with foul mouths, literally playing around, yelling, and rough housing. It is ridiculous!!

Updated: WOW, please do not eat here. It’s so dirty and the food was not cooked properly. I genuinely feel like if the food doesn’t get us sick, how dirty the lobby will. MOLD GROWING ON ORDERING BOOTHS, no receipt paper, no sanitizer, no numbers and all the tables are sticky/filthy.

Waited in drive through for 10mins as they had one person taking orders. He takes another order from the car I was after in the other lane and skips me. Uses my order screen to place the order. Then when I drove up the guy in the drive through literally was he high or just clueless? He could of been all No problem let me get your order but nope.

Usually a great place for lunch or dinner. Last Sunday we were kind rushed. We got or chips & drinks and ate about 5 chips and the food was served. We've been here over a dozen times and when the food is served they warn you the plates are hot. This time no hot warning but the food was an the cold side and plates weren't very hot. Warm at best.

2:30am Asked for fresh food nuggets and fries made to order and the fries were re-dipped back into the fryer they were extremely crunchy an tasted like they were sitting that’s just sad when you are a paying customer asked for only ketchup an pickles on burger there were onions , I’m allergic to onions , the mc chicken also was dry an old ! Come on now to mess up an entire order is rediculas ! llWoman who took order was very unwilling to fix what she put on the screen I asked to switch sauce a she added it to charge it instead , I told her to switch the sauce not add one ! This mcdonalds is so trash, flies are everywhere inside they will land on your food and they seem not to care. When I was sitting outside and me and my friends were laughing at something and joking around they kicked us out, yes for no reason didnt give us a reason why or anything not a warning or nothing. He kicked us out because a worker told them something which I dont know what she said. They’ll kick you out if you do a minor thing and Is very strict, the managers are really bad and seems to never let people eat in peace. This is my opinion and ive been coming here for a few months and Its my first time getting kicked out for no absolute reason. They are bad at multi tasking if your getting food it’ll take 20-30 minutes to get your food if you are inside and they get some order before your even if you ordered first. L resteraunt overall and im over it. Then I ordered a chicken sandwich the meat was stringy and it was tough, when I ordered the chicken sandwich again the chicken was so small it was like a chicken tender. Manager are extremely rude and and are very poorly trained because they wont even tell you why you would get kicked out just tell you to leave.. the place is always dirty. STOP KICKING PEOPLE OUT FOR NOTHING. When I ordered a frappe it never came out.. but the managers are the worst part!!

Asked for a receipt at drive thru after giving the cashier payment. She replied, I’d get a receipt at the next window. She lied, or needs better training because after receiving my meal at the next window, I asked for a receipt and all the worker could say was, should have gotten it at the first window.
So what, McDonald’s doesn’t give out receipts anymore? No one wanted to help and after my baby was crying, I drove off.

Negative stars. Incredibly rude employees. I sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes and then was berated why I didn’t place an order. The employee wasn’t using his microphone properly and I didn’t hear him the first “4 times” he asked me. It’s evident the employees are not even minimally trained to do even the most basic functions of their position. Don’t expect any real feedback from management as whoever is delegated to respond to negative google reviews just copy/pastes the same response to every single post. Do yourself a favor and choose Chick-fil-a instead.

The night crew of this McDonald's doesn't seem to ever get anything right. Every single time I order a burger from this location, they can't seem to follow a simple grill slip that specifically says how to make the burger. I always order through the app so that I know the order is correct. Every single time, they mess it up. I've even had them make it wrong, make me wait 30 minutes to get help and remake it only to have them mess it up again, wait another 30 minutes and have the 3rd time messed up. I've reported this directly to the Killian ownership multiple times, they've sent me out coupons for something free, but nothing seems to change. They also don't fill their fries. A few nights ago, they brought me out what was supposed to be a large fry that was only half full and they were overcooked.
It's not complicated. Just follow the ticket. High school kids do this job and don't mess up this much. If this location wasn't open 24 hours, I would never go here again. I honestly can't understand why it's so hard to just make food as ordered.

They are doing this because it has become the norm. Double the price and half the service. 7/1/24 look at the food before you eat it! My son is extremely allergic to mustard. Asked for no mustard, wife asked again and was ignored with no eye contact. Open up hamburgers and they wiped of mustard leaving mustard still on the food. Called and the guy says you can come get some more. How about a sorry for trying to kill my son with your crew’s stupidity!!!
