The teens working there this past week were unhelpful and rude. I ordered a drink with no ice and I got what looked like 1/5th of the cup. My wife's fries had no salt even after specifically requesting for it. Nobody answered at the speaker and when I drove to the payment window I could see this boy just laughing and not even clarifying. They gave us one napkin when I went to the drive-thru. I was driving with family and we didn't clock it until later but the last bit was what sealed the deal and made the whole ordeal same intentionally unprofessional.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fresh food. We stopped on our way to the Dells and again on the way home, and the kids now excitedly sound off whenever we pass the golden arches.

Ordered 3 French fries and a hi-c at the window, we were told to pull up and wait for it to come out, after waiting for 10 minutes I went inside to go check on the food and was told it was still being made, check in 3 more times over a 20 minute period and the final time I asked one of the workers started being extremely rude to me and told me they didn’t see me waiting even after I came inside and asked about the food multiple times. When we finally got our food after an argument with the employee and a 20 minute wait for only a small amount of food, all 3 fries were incredibly soggy and luke warm, terrible service, terrible food, counters were dirty.

This is literally the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every time I drive from Madison to the Twin Cities, I go out of my way to stop at this location. It’s clean, service is great, and the food is the freshest McDonald’s I’ve had. I’m never let down. My wife said that the changing table had a full stock of diaper bags and changing pad liners for our toddler. Not surprised by this as this location has the highest standard. I’ve been stopping there for years. I don’t leave reviews in general but needed to for this location.

We went through the drive thru. We had a longer wait for our food even though we ordered typical meals (cheeseburgers) and pulled over to one of the wait areas. We ordered our meals, parked to eat and what a disappointment. My chicken sandwich was not cooked, couldn't even bite into it. My kids happy meals were without their apple juices, and our fries had no salt to speak of. The place on the inside looked modern and new. Was clean and inviting. The interaction taking the order was strange. The place was busy and it seemed the goal was to take orders as fast as they could without thinking about how it was backing up the kitchen. Cashiers don't listen to customer orders, instead taking it upon themselves to "make things easier" for their coworkers and showing preferential treatment to personal friends and family members during the busiest times of the store, like rush hour. Management openly blames Cashiers and attendants for wrongdoings in front of the customers. On top of the hostile environment, their ice machine gives you plastic.

Manager lady at 6pm on this good Friday shouldn't work Mc Donald's if she can't handle pressure. Really rude and unprofessional. And me being the only person of colored & her whispering to an employee in my face after I return my burger to be corrected.. made me feel very outcast. Even if said whispering wasn't about me it's still rude & unprofessional. I've worked Mc Donald's and it can be hectic but as a manager esp.. I expect more when I'm a paying customer and was respectful. I didn't forget to put extra cheese on my sandwich. Correct it and move on. My chicken sandwich was raw in the middle... as in still very pink and oozy. I was very disappointed to have to throw the whole sandwich, which was the only reason to stop. I remember Macdonalds as a fun place to go to. Great menu, happy smiles from servers were all a part of it. We recently stopped on a short road trip.
