Everyone here is incredible. I know many of the employees from school, and on top of that, there’s one employee who’s just a legend, Tommy. He’ll help you with a smile on his face any day of the week. I swear this specific McDonalds is the reason happy meals have smiles. I may be a bit biased because my boyfriend, Alex, works here, and I freaking love him, but you really should check this place out. You won’t regret it!

This place has the loudest cooking machine alarms...and they continually let them run for long periods of time. This makes eating inside so unpleasant. Ok this isvthe last time U visit this McDonalds. Below I posted a review and its got worse. 3 cheeseburgers and not one correct. 1 puckle and ketchup, nothing else. The fries are stale and cold.

Traveled through Park Falls, WI on Sat 10/5. We used the drive thru ordering our regular when traveling, Egg McMuffins and Coffee. The sandwiches were the best we've had. Fresh muffin, hot egg and cheese. Delicious.
Coffee tasted the best I've had in awhile.
We will be back next travels.

My family and I go here all the time and Joe always makes the best iced coffees!! Food is hit/miss depending on how busy or staffed they are which is typical anywhere in rural WI.

Yesterday I stopped by through the drive through and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a large iced mocha plain no caramel. I received just a large iced coffee, ok fine McDonalds coffee menu is so confusing even the workers can't understand. My real problem is after I consumed this I had excruciating stomach pain for hours , almost went to the Hospital until I vomited . I noticed the nuggets were chewy like they sat along time. I sure hope I wasn't food poisoned!

The Park Falls McDonalds used to be good but the last month or two they suck. Super slow service, like ridiculously slow drive up, some workers that don't seem to even know what day it is let alone get your order right. Ask for and pay for extra oreo in your McFlurry and oh yeah I guess it has a couple specks of oreo in it. After 3 times of this not even going to buy one again.

The two times I've been there once they forgot to put meat on my hamburger. Second time was a quarter pounder that was disgusting. Their customer service isn't very good either. EDIT: McDonalds only offered to replace the burger that they forgot the meat on, and it had an expiration date of a few weeks on the coupon. I threw out the coupon, it wasn't worth the drive back. I recently wrote a negative review about this place…but I deleted it and this is why. My review was based on a couple of angry employees that I’ve had experience with on quite a few occasions, but my bad experiences are isolated incidents specifically with said employees. There are a lot more super nice employees here that genuinely care about the customer. They clearly work very hard. They go above and beyond what you would even expect. I wish I would not have written the negative review. I do recommend this particular location especially in the afternoons or evenings. They really do a great job and the food is always exceptional.
