First, we tried to maneuver our way through the checkout online. Inside the building, it was about 60 degrees in there. Finally we went to order to a physical person, he was very kind and helpful. It took about 30 minutes to get the food. It tasted like mc donalds.

During a 1,500 mile road trip, we stopped into the Platteville, WI McDonalds. The staff was extremely polite and made sure our visit was a positive one. They nailed it!! Prices at this McDonalds in Platteville are extremely high! Get your Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal in Dubuque where it costs $8.29, compared to Platteville's $12.59! All menu items are at 40-50% higher than Dubuque, which is only 18 miles to the south on hwy 151. Not sure why they charge so much.

I normally go through the drive through , mainly after 5pm and the group you have working there are always pleasant and helpful. I sometimes go through closer closing time and that group, especially management staff are always friendly and kind . Even know most of the time it seems that the group that has to stay till close is shot of help. Thats why I would say that you have a very good management staff. I can see that the one lady is running her butt off but is always very nice and really means it when they tell sorry for the wait , but in reality it didn't take long at all. So thank you for providing the people of the in this area with a top notch group of people to work at your McDonald's here in Platteville WI.

I’ve always loved McDonald’s the fries have always been the best warm and cooked exactly how I like it burgers always my favorite every time I go I get the same thing but this time something was different I’m not sure if it was who was working or something else but it want berry good my soda Ts are so flat and had no flavor my fries were cold and mushy and I found a ring in my burger and it hurt my mouth I am not seriously injured it just hurt I’ve always loved McDonald something. Ordered a number 7 (2 cheesebugers) with fries and a chocolate shake and extra pickles and then a bacon quarter pounder with fries. Sure, got the fries and the shake but the rest was not at all what was ordered. 2 cheeseburgers plain and a double cheeseburger with extra ketchup. Disappointed with the service but I guess on the plus side the fries were probably the freshest, best tasting fries I've ever had from there. The fries alone are 5 stars, but everything else not so much...

I think it's hilarious that it takes over 10 minutes to get a large fry and one cookie while other customers can get burgers in less than 3 minutes. With over 5 employees working, it's a shame the manager was saying they were "short staffed" and having a hard time getting orders done. When I was the only other customer ordering at the time, who got their order of burgers as listed above. In conclusion, this McDonald's is one I won't be saying "I'm loving it" to.

Ordered off of doordash and received a raw quarter pounder when we called they tried to say they temp all of their patties as a former employee of this exact mcdonalds i can confirm they do not temp any meat besides once a day when they do morning temps and once at night for night temps we called and heather the assistance manager answered upset already with a raised tone in her voice and my fiance explained our situation and tried to say we were lying that they temp all of their meat and that its impossible be aware of places trying to accuse you of lying for not wanting to eat horrible quality food

this is absolutely disgusting. we ordered from doordash from our local platteville culver’s and as soon as my fiancé bit into his burger it was cold and completely raw in the middle. we called up trying to be nice so see if we could get any sort of compensation and the general manger Heather told us “we temp our burgers so there’s absolutely no way that could ever happen” my fiancé is a former employee at this mcdonald’s and he knows for a fact they don’t temp their burgers. this is disgusting and you should be humiliated as a company to serve this to people. 🤢🤮

Did the drive-thru around 6 pm Friday to get my son a Squishmallow Happy Meal, and ordered myself a frappe because, as I told the operator, "I've had a rough week." As of Sep '23 their price hikes are GARGANTUAN. Over $10 for a combo? It was $6 a few years ago! Some towns are $12+ for one.

Been here multiple times, different times of day and days of the week and the quality here hasn't slipped once. Eating at this McDonald's was great compared to eating at either of the McDonald's in Burlington, Iowa, where I live. There was a young man named Robert that served us at the cash register. He also brought us our food when it was ready, and cleared our table when we were finished eating. It was by far the most pleasant eating experience that I've ever had in a McDonald's or any other fast food joint. I wish the rest of the franchise would follow the fine example set in this particular restaurant.
