Need to fix their hours of operation on google. Says they’re a 24 hours McDonald’s. I arrive there at 12am and their drive through screen is off and all doors are locked. There were 2 cars in the parking lot however. Not sure what good those employees were doing if they were in fact in the building since both doors to enter were locked and drive through screen was off.

Can’t get service at the drive through . Came there 2 times already and every time I pull up to speaker they never answer unless you say hello is anyone there ? Then only 1 person working there speaks English so they get mad at you for if you don’t speak Spanish .
This is the eorst McDonald’s in the nation that I’ve been to lately and I’ll never go to this McDonald’s again.
I shouldn’t have to learn to speak fluent Spanish to order food there . Terrible service .

We ordered from this location through the McDonald’s app as we were traveling past on 94.

Our order was 2:09pm on Memorial Day and the restaurant was not busy.

We ordered on the app to make the stop as short as possible and used the in app directions link.

1. We had to wait an extra amount of time in the overflow drive-thru. At least four cars behind us got their orders as we waited for ours.
2. They missed a sandwich. We bought four, but got three.
3. They didn’t provide sauces we ordered.
4. The restaurant voicemail box was full when no one answered as we called for a refund of the missing sandwich.

We will not return and are not happy that the app does not allow us to rate our experience.

Quick and accurate order taking is non existing at this location... came in on a different day at a different time in the drive through, it wasn't busy and I was the only car in line. I said my order of 4 items. Nothing was punched in on the screen to read order accuracy. When I finished ordering I wasn't told a price and to pull forward. Wasn't told a price at the window and they missed the fries I ordered. Wish I can do negative stars for accuracy

I can’t believe this is what McDonald’s is serving as a Quarter Pounder meal. I paid over $10 and what I got was a sad excuse for a burger—with no cheese, completely burnt patty, and a bitter taste that ruined the whole thing. How does something like this even leave the kitchen? Absolutely unacceptable. McDonald’s, you need to do better.

Exceptional breakfast experience at 6:15am on our way to Tennessee! The two staff members, who were the only ones working at that early hour, went above and beyond with their fast, friendly, and professional service. What a rare and wonderful surprise! Usually, early morning stops can be hit-or-miss, but this McDonald's truly shone. Kudos to the team, particularly the two dedicated Hispanic women who made our morning stress-free and pleasant. We'll be sure to recommend this location! 😊

Ordered 2 kids meals just to get home to find there weren’t any nuggets in either. I called the store to see what could be done and was told unless I came back there was nothing they could do. If I could give this place negative stars... I would. Giving them one is too many! I ordered my normal... Two Filet-O-Fish an unsweetened iced tea. First, they gave me sweetened tea. Then I look at my first Filet-O-Fish. It has half a piece of cheese on it. I look at the second one... It also has a half a piece of cheese on it. I went to the counter and said these are supposed to have a whole piece of cheese. Very rude... The lady at the counter said, "no they don't". I said I have been eating Filet-O-Fish sandwiches for 50 years. They come with a full piece of cheese. She said abruptly, "I have worked here for 15 years Filet-O-Fish sandwiches never had a full piece of cheese". Then I showed her the picture of a Filet-O-Fish on poster in the window... Clearly seeing it was a full piece of cheese. She said, "no that is a half piece of cheese". Obviously she forgot her glasses... Or saw she was caught in a fib. Either way, a good manager would have said, "let me check on that" or "let me get you another half piece of cheese".

My first review of this location after close to 30 years of coming here. Every McDonald’s I’ve been to in Kenosha manages to mess up my order. I’m so fed up with this location and how many times they’ve forgotten an item. It never fails….missing fry, missing nuggets, or a missing hamburger. It’s always something!! Tonight was no different! Me and my bestie ordered fries and shakes from this McDonald's.

Her vanilla milkshake had a brown ring at the bottom and looks like dirt spots on the rim of her cup 😤

And our fries were stale! Yes stale!
No flavor, dense and you know their fries is somewhat greasy which proves they came straight out of the fryer... NOPE!

These fries were freezer burned and had been sitting in their freezer for awhile.

I know this because I experienced it by leaving a bag of store bought fries in my freezer too long.

We are not going back and the one star is for talking to polite customers.

Drive thru order. Recieved two large French fries that were cold. I asked for hot French fries. He took the ones I had and warmed them up but put so much salt on the them I was unable to eat them.

First of all, they ran out of fries? How? It's McDonalds, you're supposed to have fries.

After being very disappointed in not being able to have fries,I realized I had to go to the bathroom. I walked in, only to be attacked by a horrific odor. There was toilet paper strewn on the floors, flies, and filth all over. Out of the 3 toilets, one was clogged, the other out of order, and the other was too unsanitary for use. There was an indifferent employee doing her mascara in the mirror, and she sneered at me when I turned and retreated out of the horrific scene. Would avoid at all costs.

All McDonald's are not created equal. The Pleasant Prairie location consistantly has good speed, responsive employees, is clean, and hot food. While no restaurant is perfect, this McDonald's is top notch compared to other McDonald's and other fast food joints.
