The manager was busting her ass trying to work the kitchen by herself, appreciate the couple of other staff working with her. It was really slow but apparently it was just Aniya in the kitchen!! There was many people inside and all we could see is the manager Aniya full blown crying while trying to make food and take orders! This manager definitely needs a promotion!!

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru starting at 10 am was being told to hang on every 5 minutes then at 1023 was told were not serving breakfast anymore. Absolutely worst mcdonalds just go to the one in stevens point or by walmart. This one loves wasting your time. Always super slow getting your food ready always makes you pull forward even if just for 1 burger. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH TO AVOID THIS PLACE

I ordered and when about to pay, I was told to park at 2nd window. I pull up to the window with the number 2 on it. Unbeknownst to me, they meant the pick up window. So I sat at the number 2 window for maybe 5-7 minutes before walking in and asking what’s wrong. I was told they thought I left so they canceled the order. I said I pulled to the window. They said it was the wrong window and I ask if anyone was capable of looking outside and he said no one had. I pointed to the spot I was still parked in. He re entered the order in the computer and gave me my bags and drinks. My fries were cold so he gave new ones. Then I realized I was missing my daughter’s food and I called and he said they would mail me some coupons. I asked for a partial refund and he said they don’t do that it would only be full refund IF I CAME BACK AND SHOWED RECEIPT. I am not getting off the freeway to go back and then back on freeway. So we stopped a few exits down to get my daughter her meal. The guys fix was an apology and sending a few coupons in the mail to the address I gave. Glad I will never get a wrong order from this location again.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with only pickes and onions at the drive through. I verified my order when I paid for it. When I finally received it after 2 other people behind me got their order 1 of my burgers was wrong. I drove around and told the girl nicely at this point that one of my burgers was wrong. I was informed that I would have to go inside and in a very snotty tone I hope you ha e your receipt. Now I probably wasn't so nice and told her yes I have my receipt but no O won't be coming inside but I also will not be coming back to that location.

Their general manager doesn't know how to handle customers and complaints. The other supervisor Maddy is just rude and nasty like you guys made a cheese burger WITHOUT the bun and then get mad because I'm not being rude enough. Get out of here! Neither one of those 2 deserve their jobs I see why the place has gone down hill so fast. They don't even know how to have a serious conversation or simply apologize instead they started calling ME names! I have kids that work in restaurants I know mistakes happen but they also need to be made aware of their mistakes or they'll never learn. So I stopped in to talk to Crystal the GM in person and she couldn't even carry on a conversation without getting upset and telling me that I was lying what do I want to happen?? Lol wow ok this is the GM talking I hope someone does something fast, in March this McDonald's had 18 violations downhill is much to simple of a statement!

They refused to give me my doordash order because I was timing their service. A wild eyed manager with a nose ring practically threw me out of the store. Again, because I had a timer on my phone. I told her it was for accountability and she just kept threatening to take me off the order. So I said that she could do whatever she had to do; because she was getting in my face, about a timer.

Forgot our large fries, turned around and got them. Was not mad at first but then as we got on the road again we noticed they put Mac sauce on our regular cheeseburger. This drive thru is guaranteed to take at least 10 minutes of your day as then never have the food ready to go. Today, they had us sitting there for 20 minutes and forgot part of our order. Upon returning to ask for my missing item, I explained we had been in the drive through for 20 minutes, surely that was enough time to make sure our 5 items were in the bag? Someone started yelling about the missing sandwich, I was handed a cold sandwich and sent on my way. I used to like this Mcds but today’s service was unacceptable.

All around bad experience go to the drive through and got told to wait as the other lane took 3 other orders then got told to wait longer because the kitchen needed to catch up went and paid for my food and never got a receipt then wait even long to get the food which was burnt in total waited 30 minutes at that point just make the drive to cross roads and get better service and food

The slowest fast food I've ever had. They forget things in your order and ignore you when you tell them so you have to go back through the drive thru to get it. Order one item and have to wait 10 minutes for it with a screaming baby in the car. If you go inside, your food is so slow and just sits at the counter and they dont bring it to you for so long your food is cold. We also found cat hair in our nugget

Every time I order on the app, I order way ahead of time and I’m still sitting in the lane for 15 to 20 minutes. The last few times my fries have been cold and not been filled up as well as fries or other items completely missing. I complained to McDonald’s corporate numerous times, but nobody does anything about it so they clearly don’t care that they’re messing up people’s orders and having people sitting and waiting for long periods of time.

I have been buying 2 bags of ice once a week for over 30 years. I always go thru the drive thru, order, pay and they give it to me thru the 2nd window. Sounds easy, right?
Well… tonight I pull in the drive thru, placed my order and was told I couldn’t get ice thru the drive thru and that I would have to come in if I wanted it. ??? I told the young man at the window I’ve never been told that before. For over 30 years I’ve ordered McDonald’s ice in various stores across America. This is the first time I was told they couldn’t hand it to me thru the window! Well McDonalds, tonight was the very last time I Patron your store! I will never, ever patron your company ever again. Culver’s is now my happy place.!!

When I pulled up to the payment window to pay for 2 drinks, it was 4:09 p.m. I was the only car in the line. I moved forward to the collection window, and NO ONE was there! In fact, I could see 4 different employees in there, but they ignored the window. I honked a half-dozen times to no avail. Finally, after SIX minutes, someone came to the window, and then he got our order made. I took our drinks without trying mine. BIG mistake! Instead of Unsweet tea, I got SWEET tea! YUCK! the service here was stellar! i had a fantabulous time at McDonald's. my triple cheeseburger was the best triple cheeseburger i have ever had in my time on earth. the workers complimented my outfit and parked my car for me. the drive thru was on fire (like actually), but the smoke smell fit with the atmosphere. i was actually visited by ronald mcdonald himself and he kissed me after i received my order. 10/10

I visited today to get breakfast. I went inside because the drive thru line was long. The lady at the front counter was struggling with everyone’s order so I went to the self kiosks instead. I got my order to go and when I got home I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. I opened up the bag and it didn’t have hot cakes but it had the syrup so that was nice I guess. It also didn’t have any silverware or jelly or salt for my big breakfast. So I drove back to the restaurant and told them what I was missing and they gave me some pancakes that were for someone else and silverware with no salt or jelly but I figured I was going home so I would just be done. But the worst part of all is when I finally had all my food and made it home after two trips all my food was cold. Moral of the story don’t leave this McDonald’s unless you check everything over very well because they are most likely gonna screw it up. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order as well

McDonalds are ridiculously expensive now. I stopped by because I was on my motorcycle and I wanted to wait till the sun came up and a breakfast sandwich meal is eight or nine dollars.
I had hotcakes and coffee it was $5.15. And that’s with the senior discount. The pancakes were about 5 inches wide, three of them probably cost them $.40 to make. them. The restaurant was empty and I could see why.

I’ve recently moved and started a new job, I have came here few times the service sucks. It is what it is. It's fast food, there's typically teenagers working and it's their first job so they're learning, you can't blame them for that. You do have to check your food every time you get it if you do drive through because there is always a 50% chance that they will miss an order of fries or skip giving you the sauce but they always kindly give it to you when you let them know they forgot. You get what you pay for and you're demanding fast food, you can't really expect high quality.

Female manager was very loud and you can hear her screaming out loud as we ate in the dining area. Tables were dirty and food not swept off floor.
