The food was disgusting! It was cold and rubbery. My fries were very salty like as If they dipped it in oil and put it in the salt thing. I was waiting for someone to come and do my order for like 10 minutes, while one of the workers was just standing there staring us? She had blue hair. The same girl in kitchen, with blue hair was eating one of the nuggets from the crate without gloves. I was deeply disturbed and disgusted, I was also across the store in the corner minding my business when you could hear people in kitchen swearing! Unbelievable. No worker should be swearing with customers around that’s unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Absolutely horrible service. There was swearing going on in the back area and in the kitchen.
Waited almost 10 minutes just to place the order another 10 minutes to wait in line to pay and then almost 15 minutes until my food was done. The fries were burnt and my food wasn’t even put together. It was just thrown together. For all that waiting And when I brought up that the food was thrown together I didn’t even get a sorry we’ll fix it. They just looked at me and shrugged.

When I go to order food, I got an order of a 20 piece cook to order nuggets and extra onions on my mcdouble, the nuggets weren't fresh, the breading on the nuggets weren't crispy at all. I can tell by how it tastes and how the box doesn't feel as hot. The mcdouble however, only had a sprinkle. A SPRINKLE. Never ordering food from here again unless it's different people working in the kitchen honestly. No sticker of cook to order on my nuggets either.

Literally went through the driver though and we got one of our order as a meal and we didn’t want a drink and he said “well it comes with a drink so you have to get one” and half the time they don’t make us and it’s just like why have an attitude. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years and with the new owners I feel everything has just been a mess. I have been finding hair in my food the last couple of times. Employee cooking in the back without hair net and hair hanging over her face/shoulders tied improperly.

My experience here was horrible. There was nobody at the front counter for several minutes I was the only one in line waiting. When I finally could I then asked for a small fry and an iced Carmel coffee and with an extra shot of espresso. I'm sure I just got a cup of caramel. I waited 10 minutes for my drink and fries. While I was waiting a guy came in upset that he's been waiting 25 minutes for a fish fillet sandwich. Never again will I be going to this place. Oh also worth mentioning my drink was not the large that I ordered and my fries were half full and cold. Not even warm but cold.

Waited for 10 minutes for my meal deal, when she came out to give me my food she seemed confused. She left and returned a few minutes later stating " I didn't know there was nuggets in the meal." Probably because it wasn't on tic toc, the dozen flashing signs about the meal deal wasn't enough. By the time I left the fries and nuggets were cold. The chicken sandwich was so flat it didn't even look like it was on a bun, it ended up going to the dogs. Only reason you get one star is the soda was good.

Haven't been to McDonald's in a couple of years and used the drive-through on a Saturday. The line was long but moved along quickly. The exterior of the building and the parking lot were clean. I use the app so I can order my food quickly as I only, as with most of us, have a thirty minute break. Typically, it is faster. Here, they shout out your name, even though the app offers what kind of service you want. Mine is always table and at a FEW McDonald's only, I never receive it. Either the sever at the counter says it didn't say table, we don't wait on tables, or we're far too busy to provide table service. I arrive between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM to avoid the rush as I, too, must beat the days work deadlines. Typically, McDonald's isn't busy this early morning.

Classic mcdonalds and they follow order instructions and are nice and friendly. What more can you ask for from a fast food place. One of the better mcdonalds in town, its worth the extra few minutes to go here when picking between them. Last 4 times I’ve stopped at this location I’ve had issues with the service. On occasion I’ll grab breakfast at this McDonald’s because it’s conveniently located on my drive to work. 3 times in the last two months that I’ve stopped the opening employees had flagged me down in the drive thru to inform me the opening manager did not show up on time and that they couldn’t get in the store. I can understand that issues come up and people can over sleep, but when it’s happened multiple times at this location I’d have to chalk it up to lack of discipline amongst the managers. Additionally just this week I stopped for dinner after work one day, got my meal drove home and realized I was missing a large fry. Called the store had to drive all the way back to get it. Definitely needs to be some improvements made at this location.
