Just went through with a fairly large order about 30 mins before closing, and service was phenomenal. The gentleman working the drive-thru was awesome. I wish his name was on my receipt because he definitely deserves special recognition. Food was super fresh and everything was right, which is extra amazing because like I said, big order. It was a usual morning run to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Made an online order using the app and deal.
Was given the sandwiches at the window, and when I opened the wrap, the sandwich was barely warm. Spoke with a manager who was very rude. She said, "I can't reheat this." I said I thought I would get a fresh hot sandwich when I come here. She did not offer a replacement sandwich. She showed no empathy at all. No, I'm sorry. No caring.
I responded that we will not be returning and she was "fine" with that. I will go to the Sheboygan Falls McDonald's any day over being treated like this.

Place literally ALWAYS gets our orders wrong, I don’t know how you get an order incorrect thats been placed through the app but it is what it is I guess, can only call them or go back for a correction so many times before you give up.

Everytime I come through this McDonalds there is always an issue. People can't make coffee right, nuggets/fries are stale/cold, and today my sauces were dumped all over my bag. I've given this McDonalds chance after chance, they just can't get it together. I will drive the extra distance to Sheboygan Falls, where it's a lot better of an experience everytime.

Every time I go through the drive-through and ask for regular hamburgers, with just ketchup they always have onions and pickles on and last night we asked for plain hamburgers, and the hamburgers came in a regular hamburger wrapper, but they were cheeseburgers wrapped up in a regular hamburger wrapper. After ordering through McDonald’s apps and everything is fine until I got to the window and she handed my coke and my ice cream cone. The coke looks yellow whiteish and it was disgusting. I asked her, what is this? She says, coke! I told her maybe you better check again. The manager told her it was out! If it was out, why did the manager told her employees about it before serving unsafe drinks to anyone. And my ice cream cone was so sad looking and I’m not even bothered to eat it because I know it’s not even white anymore! It looks yellow whiteish and it’s unsafe to put into my stomach. She asked me for another drink so I might as well accept it. Everyone in the window is unconcerned about our safety and food poisoning and everyone is not people friendly. I'm a truck driver, and I run all over the country. Every McDonalds I've been to starts serving lunch at 10:30 am Mon-Sat and 11:00 am on Sunday. Apparently, this store is special and doesn't start lunch till 11 am on Sat and Sun and refused to budge on the time limitation. We went through the drive-thru this morning just to start the day with anger and frustration. We ordered a caramel frappe with extra espresso; however, it was not on the board. Having to reiterate oursleves the lady aggressively asked if that was all we wanted. We proceeded to order a mcmuffin meal without cheese. "WHAT DID YOU SAY," The lady asked, eating the mic. We repeated ourselves 3 times before she asked if we didnt want meat. Then she continued to ask if it was in a meal. Driving home aggrevated, we realized the mcmuffin meal was in fact an EGG mcmuffin meal, costing us the extra dollars. If I wanted egg, I would have said "egg mcmuffin," I worked at Mconalds for 2 years and questioned why her position at the front window was so hard.

Not a pleasant experience. Very poor customer service and communication. I asked for mustard on my sausage biscuit. They didn’t put it on it. So, I asked for a mustard packet. This request was confusing to them. There were three people in the drive through and not one stopped to simply talk to me. They continued with their tasks while talking at me. No one understood my request and when it finally registered they said I could have a “cup” of mustard for 42 cents. I asked why I had to pay for mustard when I asked for it to be put on the biscuit? I couldn’t get an answer and realized it’s not worth the effort, The biscuit was good—even without the mustard.

UPDATE: I decided to give the Plymouth McDonald’s a second chance. HUGE MISTAKE! I ordered the Big Breakfast, which came in a cinnamon roll container. I questioned if I received the wrong order and was told they don’t have the traditional tray. I began to ask for jelly and the person closed the window while I was speaking. I called to her. She clearly heard, but ignored me. I patiently waited until she was done and then asked for jelly. She rudely told me it was in the bag. (It wasn’t—I had already checked.) At this point I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise, I was speaking to a manager! I left disappointed with the experience. When I attempted to take the container out of the bag it fell apart. The container obviously could not hold the contents of a big breakfast. Sadly, I won’t return.

I went to the Sheboygan Falls one and the service was horrible. The food I ordered was all messed up. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with only ketchup and got mustard and ketchup. I wanted a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup only and got onions and pickles and mustard and ketchup on it. The fries were cold and very soggy. I ordered 2- 10pc mcnuggets only and with BBQ sauce and didn't receive any BBQ sauce. I have asked several times if I could get a frappe and they always say that it is broken. The employees that are young kids just stood there talking and goofing around instead of doing something. I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. I now choose to go to a different one and go to falls to visit a friend instead of going to the falls one.

Counter staff was not friendly The entire woman's restroom was out of toilet paper and when I told somebody they didn't even attempt to put toilet paper in or tell anybody else there was no ketchup in the dispenser when I told somebody they walked out into the lobby looked in the dispenser and said yep no ketchup but the cover back on never replaced the ketchup the front desk people or the front cashiers were very rude to two of the other people that were in the dining room at the time and they also complained to the manager and while I was complaining to the manager the young man with a filthy mouth that was working the fry station and handing out the to-go orders through the drive-thru got very voiceless with me and told the manager that he was quitting will never and I mean never ever ever in a million years I could be starving and that McDonald's would be giving away free food and you would not see me there again
