I’m a big fan of mc donald’s, and obviously know that it’s meant to be a grab and go kind of thing. I usually have a good experience at mc donald’s though. This store has let me down consistently unfortunately. The people who work at the store seem nice, but have absolutely 0 drive in service.
In a packed drive through, missing items are understandable, However, this location is always slow or empty. 3 Times in a row I have had items missing, and soggy/seemingly old and left out food totaling in over 25$. I’m extremely disappointed about having food left out of the bag, especially considering that the menu prices are alot higher in today’s age. I’m pretty well off, and lucky that I’m financially sound, But imagine if you are leaving items out of a persons bag who relies on your store for their meals. How sad is that situation? At your store, I’m sure it happens.
I called about having my 8$ bagel sandwich missing from my bag the other day, and the kind lady said that I could have a coupon towards my next order. Never got it, and they continued to mess up the next few orders I placed.
This is the closest mc donald’s to my house, and I’d appreciate it if any manager or general manager assigned to this store would take a step back and realize that quality is more important than fast drive through times. General manager, this isn’t on your employees, this is on your absolutely terrible leadership. Do better.
During slow periods, cook the food to order. It goes a long way for customers who are expecting something tasty, rather than a sloppily pre made big mac that may not even make it to the bag. Nobody wants a lukewarm sloppy burger.

I hope McDonald’s eventually hires enough workers. I know how challenging it is now with staffing shortages.
The manager was very friendly and kind during my visit.
It was a very busy time, and despite the stress fast food workers face—studies show over 80% report feeling burnt out due to high pressure and demanding conditions—she handled it like a true pro, staying calm, cool, and collected without losing her professionalism. From professional experience, I’ve seen how all corporations try to do as much as they can with the least amount of staff possible, which takes a real toll on human beings.

Over the last several years this location has gone downhill severely. Lately the only thing I could count on being decent was a steak bagel. Well, that was until this morning when they succeeded in lazily preparing that as well. Raw everything but at least the chewy piece of steak must have been microwaved for 20 seconds. Raw onions and no bagel sauce. Was down to the last thing I’d order on occasion and now I’m completely done.
Drive through people rarely smile and are pleasant, they act like you’re bothering them with your order.
If I were Killian’s, I would put more effort into being in the stores and getting the standards back up. But….things I’ve heard about Killian’s aren’t good either, so I guess it makes sense.

We have been regulars of this McDonald’s for many years and I have to say that the service is faster than it’s ever been and the staff is great! We love everyone, especially Tyler! He’s friendly and helpful and strikes up pleasant conversations with us while we wait for our food. He apologizes if there’s a mistake or if there’s a wait, which is hard to come by these days. We’re very happy with the service we get from everyone there and we will continue to visit. Thank you for your hard work!

I went through a he drive through and the associate working was not paying attention at all, asked for my order twice, then after handling my cash she ate a fry out of the container before putting it in my bag, and put an ice cube that fell on the counter into my drink with her bare hands that had just been handling my money and eating my fries, it was absolutely disgusting. When I asked old her that’s something she shouldn’t do I was given attitude. I’m pretty upset with how things are being handled at this location.

Went through drive thru and ordered a sausage biscuit and steak bagel(both meals) and was told to pull forward. We sat 20 minutes and had to go inside to get our food. Several cars went through behind us. Normally I wouldn't review a bad one, but this has been happen several times for us at this location. Went through the drive thru and ordered a #7 with a small OJ. They took forever to get up to me and then forgot the hash brown. The "burritos" looked like they took the ingredients for one and spread them across 2. They were less than 3/8" thick. Seriously. They were poorly wrapped and poorly wrapped in the paper as well. Practically fell out of the wrapping. Tasted mediocre at best. Really poor service this morning on 11-7-24. Spent $8.64and got $2 worth of food. Complete rip off.

This McDonald's is absolutely horrible in either going inside to order to going through the so called drive thru. You go inside nobody wants to take your order. So called workers , mostly kids aren't even working. Horsing around in back to even eating the food and paying more attention to their phones. In the drive tru yesterday , say in line for over 10 minutes and there wasn't any other customers there except the ones behind me. What was going on was 2 employees over by the dumpsters screwing around the entire time I sat in the drive thru line getting no service. On more than one occasion I just left and went somewhere else for food. They won't be seeing me or anyone of my family members again. I will also be not recommending this place to anyone I know, family members, friends, and even strangers!
So in regards to the response, if you really do value all customers opinions, loyalty to your establishment , then why don't you do something about it? My complaint is clearly not the only one, all most of the reviews on here are of the same problem for quite awhile now and nothing has changed! All I see and others is a clear lack of regards to any service problems at your establishment!

Disappointing, I expected this to be one of the better McDonald’s in the area, but it’s not. My experience here was a bit surprising so I decided to leave a review.
At this moment its a beautiful 75 degree fall Friday evening and people are out and about and driving around.
And the Ice cream machine is Down for Cleaning and routine maintenance..?
(As I type this review I’m sitting in my car, near the drive thru order area. Every other order is for ice cream. I watch frustrated, disappointed look of potential customers as they drive away. Smh...)
Anyway, so I changed my order and then the teller lady started getting snarky. “You want what, lol?” She said. I repeated myself. “Are you sure, Lol.” She questioned me. “Yes” i stated. She continued, “So you literally just want...” “Yes please”, i interrupted. “Ooookkkaaayyy, lol”, she giggled.
(If anyone is curious what my super crazy order was it was just 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickle, no meat. That’s it. 🤷🏻♀️)
Because I don’t like eating fast food meat, I order the same few items whenever Im at a McDonald’s.
This was the first time a McDonald’s employee couldn’t wrap their head around my order.

Absolute garbage. Fries tasted like they were from yesterday. Crispy chicken was mushy on outside and rubbery. No one ever came to register so we ordered at kiosk. Should have left. There was a couple people waiting for food when we got there and still waiting when we left. Could hear manager trying to figure out why nothing was prepped. All the employees looked lost.

Do not sit there and tell me that this sounds made up when I have picture proof that we got an ice cream cone today with a separate wrapper inside of the cone. When I called, I was told they are individually wrapped. I said it could have happened where it was manufactured and he told me it’s not possible. Not possible that an ENTIRE cone wrapper was inside of this cone. I have no reason to lie and make up a story. What if my toddler would have ate this? And didn’t know? She could have choked. I'm unsure why the service and food has gone downhill recently. Usually this location is spot on, but the last month or two has been horrible. We've had multiple orders where our breakfast sandwiches were missing the egg or cheese. The drive through is usually backed up and it takes upwards of 5 minutes for someone to finally come to the speaker. It's frustrating when your order is not right and finally this last time I drove back and requested an egg for my sandwich. Hopefully things start to improve soon.

Pulled up to drive thru at 1:58 pm. After waiting behind two cars I was informed they were closed. I questioned being closed at 2 in the afternoon. He said there were multiple signs posted on the doors, I was in the drive thru which doesn’t do to much good as the door isn’t something I look at as pull up to the drive thru! I don’t set the bar to high when going to a McDonalds, but you have to be kidding me on this one! I think I may have learned my lesson about eating at a McDonalds after this one.

We opted to go inside to purchase a McFlurry as the drive thru was reasonably congested. In trying to place our order, we were faced with an incredibly rude server who informed us in no uncertain terms that there were no staff and we would have to wait like it or leave it. When the ice cream was presented, it was basically pushed towards us with disgust. I will never use this establishment again, and I would caution others. There are other McDonald's in the area ( Saukville) with better service

Came here on my lunch break, ordered two mcgriddles. There were no cars or customers when I arrived and the restaurant was fully staffed. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching 10 other cars order and get their food, I asked about mine. I was told they were out of the type of egg that goes on the mcgriddle, no apology for the wait and no option for a refund. I would’ve been fine going somehwere else but instead I waited and was ignored for 25 minutes, my whole lunch break. Don’t go here the employees are beyond incompetent.

This is one of the worse MacDonalds!! The worse location ever.Almost all the time it is empty with no customers and to our last exsperience they Closed up and Locked the doors to customers and Only had drive through open they were understaffed again and this was in the afternoon on a weekend.We come from out of town so going inside for a hot fresh Lunch is a Joke!! The woman in drive-thru needs a major attitude adjustment and to learn how to interact with customers. My family ordered our food and while waiting at the pickup window, my husband asked for a few packets of ketchup. The woman responded with "you should of asked us before," and put ketchup on the counter by the soda machine and walked away. A young guy came to the window thinking we were the next customer and we said we were just waiting for ketchup. He looked puzzled and picked the packets up off the counter and gave them to us. Was it that hard to hand your customers some ketchup, lady? Service was terrible here; this employees attitude is why they can never keep workers. Unreal.

A very bad experience. I ordered a Big Mac, the patties were overcooked and crispy. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese combo, there was only a single quarter pounder and the fries were old and cold. I ordered 10 mcnuggets, they were old and overcooked. My whole order was unfit for consumption. Maybe it was the fact that I ordered at 9pm, maybe the staff just wasn't in the mood to properly prepare the food, maybe the management tells them not to make fresh food after a certain time. Despite those possibilities, there should still be some requirement for quality in such an establishment.

Went there on Labor Day inside the guy at register needs either retraining or maybe listen. I ordered two large fry , cheeseburger and a hamburger which confused this guy. He asked what a hamburger was I told him a cheeseburger without cheese he seemed lost. I mean really you want 15 a hour to be that lost. Only went to McDonald’s cause Arbys was closed. Then get my order and it had two medium fries the girl corrected it , there is more but I just know basically ignore ALL McDonalds

A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and after I was a block away, realized the boy didn't give me enough change back. I got ripped. And now today, drive through ordered 2 cheeseburgers, got a block away and no meat was on either bun. So had to go back and wait forever!!! I understand short staffed, but not cheating and not filling an order correctly.

This place can not be any slower. They had my order wrong even after I repeated my order twice. When they got my order, two mcchickens didn’t have anything on them. Meaning no lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup etc. Employee don’t know how to work here. ( Bathroom mirror shows how dirty their “cleaning” is.)

The little blonde teenager working the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. She could not have acted or looked more miserable and smug. I get that those jobs are stressful, but so the hell is mine believe that and I put on a smile regardless because it's called respect and common courtesy. I don't know what's going on with this world right now but I don't wanna be part of it.

Just passed through the drive thru about 20ish minutes ago. Receipt number #1593, one of our double cheese burgers was supposed to be no onion. We received a McDouble with onion instead. Tried to drive around to get the issue corrected and spent 8+ minutes being ignored in the drive thru, pre 11pm, both at the speaker box and the window. When we called, they ignored our call, we could hear them in the background when someone must have picked up the phone to stop it from ringing.
Finally a member of staff came to the window at 11:03pm after having to honk to get their attention, not classy we know, but when you place an order you expect it to be correct. We’ve all worked in the food service industry, both fast food and higher end restaurants, and this was a completely preventable bad experience.
