Ordered the new snack wrap, the person who made it, Jill has clearly never made anything in a burrito/wrap form because putting all of the sauce to one end is not how you give a customer an enjoyable experience. The rest of the entire wrap is dry besides some sparse lettuce then on your first(or last) bite all of the sauce that you’d been hoping for on the rest of the wrap is concentrated in one place and gives you a truly gross dining experience.

Of the last 7 visits to this location, 5 times the order was not correct or items were missing. The people are great but it's frustrating to constantly have to either go back to the store after leaving the drive thru or calling them because all of the double quarter pounders only had one patty. I normally don't say anything but it's getting ridiculous.

I've gone to this McDonald's before service was never as bad and this the young lady taking my order rushed me, after I completed my order she says "see you at the window" ok so I assume that it's second window seeing as I wasn't told first then I go to hand her my card she snatches it out of my hand, I was shocked I work in fast food I understand bad days but you never treat customers rudely, I don't get my card for another 5 minutes while I'm waiting for my food and still waiting on drinks, I finally get my card back after I get my food, my boyfriend who is beyond upset asks for the manager which never comes, so we go inside to find the supposed manager sitting in the dining room reading a book, we don't even notice him he looks like a customer, and when one of the employees point him out we go talk to him and he sounds so disinterested and uncaring it's shocking, if u are unable to talk to customers even with a little bit of care or even understanding dont work in customer service

I see alot of people here complaining about people being rude to them? I work here and know most the people are very kind and considering, we will give you anything you need if you ask, ofc if you payed minus water/condiments/bags. People are complaining about having to wait 5 minutes wich rarely happens and when it does we are very busy, yes this is fast food but it's not instant. Lower your expectations. I mean it's mcdonalds not some classy restaurant. This may be partial because I work here but I think it's one of the most honest reviews here. Thank you.

Everyone there is so rude! If I could give 0 stars I would! The owner is straight disrespectful. They messed up our 2 iced coffees and when we went back to get them replaced, they were messed up again! When we called, we were told to just come return the drinks! Painfully slow. They used to give free-food coupons for having to wait, but that doesn't happen anymore. And good luck not having to wait for your order. This particular restaurant seems out to snag you for extra money wherever they can. The other day I ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget, they rang it up as two 10-piece at $4.19 each, but the 20 piece is menu priced at $6.49. The order taker argue with me, and said her way was cheaper. Also, if you order a large meal, you will only get a medium soda unless you specify you want a large soda. In my mind, if I order a large meal, it should have a large soda and a large fries.
