When the employee came out with 3 orders ( which is fine. No problem) however! Let’s not roll the bag down when it’s 63 degrees and lightly sprinkling. I asked why he didn’t and his response slowly “I didn’t think of it” halfway smirking. I ordered both of my kids the $6 McDouble meal one with tomato and lettuce which is an up charge and the other with tomato and extra pickles again another up charge. Removed ketchup and yet they both come with only ketchup. Didn’t get the bbq sauce or game piece that’s suppose to be on the cup. After spending $30 and this is the outcome and not just this once. I AM DONE with this location!

I hate to say my experience was subpar,bas far as the service I received in the drive-thru. My Big Mac sandwich was clearly made with carlessness and haste. I understand the food industry, and how the busy hours can get crazy and stressful, but my BigMac could have been a perfect one if they'd just spent a mere 20 seconds more while making it. It really is very easy to not anyone's order being visibly noticable that it was thrown together in a massive rush.

Pulled up to the drive-thru on 8/31/25 with 7 minutes left to order breakfast for my family. Barely any cars moving and when I get up to place my order the menu flips and it is exactly 11:00. I kindly said that there seems to be a large hold up and it seems unfair to miss out on breakfast especially after already waiting a short time. She kindly agreed and said it was actually not a problem and took my order. Now 15 minutes after placing my order I get up to the very first window to pay. I'm sorry sir We stop serving breakfast. WHAT?? I told her I did not understand as I was already insured I was getting breakfast. She stated sorry we all make mistakes and it's not our fault it's 15 minutes after breakfast. I could not believe it My blood was literally boiling. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of somebody that mattered and asked who the manager was she stated it was her. I asked her for her name she ignored me I asked her for her name again she closed the window. Then she opens the window and asked me to pull aside with no reasoning. I stated that I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was. Another person appeared in the background and tried some sort of explaining that didn't make sense. Again asked for her name and she just says Brianna. I always remember employees wearing name tags for reasons like this. So after spending 25 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast I left with nothing. We definitely won't be back. I'm sure McDonald's does not care because if they did they would have things in place to stop these types of problems. Very slow drive-thru and unprofessional management at the very least. I mean seriously if breakfast was not going to be allowed I could have saved 15 minutes of hunger by leaving at that point.

I door dashed an order of breakfast along with 4 drinks. I never received any of my drinks and my door dasher never received the drinks due to them not being able open and confirm everything was apart of the order the door dasher was not at fault. So we tried to call the store 5 times and each time no one picked up. As a ex-fast food worker I know and understand things can be hectic but when you receive calls back to back a manager on duty should make that their priority. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I’d like to assume it’s a fluke and wouldn’t be writing this review if they would have simply answered my call and my concerns.

Sad place. We usually go to the Oak Creek McDonald's for it's error free operation and fast response service. Why this place isn't out of business is anyone's guess and it's been that way for some time. We thought it had changed. This 4 mile and Douglas location is a complete JOKE. I always go through the drive thru. Nearly everytime I'm in one lane and there's another car in the other lane. That car will order and pull up, then they skip me and take the next car in the other lines order! Once I had this happen and three cars passed me. I drove to the window and some girl told me to go back around to order at the menu. I refused. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. When I demanded to speak or have a number for someone above her, then she brought out the real manager who actually took my order. Completely unnecessary and poor customer service skills. I always get wrong food so ALWAYS make sure you get a receipt so when u pull away and u don't have what u ordered, u can get it. Among so many other little things. This location needs to shape up or let another fast food place get in this building.

The employees usually close down the play place at a certain time...To clean up and sanitize. We didn't realize the time and headed in to play. When an employee brought us our food (which was very prompt) he made us aware of the usual schedule but wanted to make sure my littles got enough time to play. He kept it open an extra 30 minutes! I just went here to buy a Large HiC, no ice, at approximately 9:15pm.. With tax, the total was $1.77.. I gave the cashier a $5 bill and only received $3 in singles, no receipt.. I see why most people take it to go. Sit inside and they give you a number but don't call it out every time. So you wait until it's been an unreasonable time and find your food has been waiting. This place has turned into a real pit...It used to be the best in Racine and now I don't know if I will go back. It was DIRTY...Garbage on the floor, dirty tables and a pile of foamy substance(I would assume some kind of hand sanitizer) just leaking out onto the floor. I get to the register and this mopey young lady...no name tag, starts to take my order. From the moment the transaction started to when I got my change and no thank-you of any kind I felt uncomfortable. Reading the other reviews on here about the help...I totally get it. Then the waiting started. Now I understand noon hr is the busiest but this was a Saturday and just a few people in front of me. I only ordered a Big Mac meal. Well after 10 minutes I asked. I was told very bluntly "It's very busy and you had people in front of you(who were all taken care of a eating by this point). Anyway, the whole experience turned me off so much I grabbed my food and drove to my destination(about 5 minutes) which was long enough to make that food even more undesirable. Rubbery and cold.
You REALLY need to take some lessons McDonald's from Culvers. They take care of just as many customers as you and their food is 10 times better. Their restaurants are always cleaner than yours. It'll be a while before I go into one of yours again.

Good tasting food, rude workers. The workers Forgetting stuff I ordered, eating the food on the job, constantly being stared and glared at. When I dine in, I expect to feel comfortable while eating. I’m constantly uncomfortable due to the workers rude attitude towards me and others. Being stared at constantly while trying to dine in peacefully is not needed. Workers need to respect their customers and remember our orders as expected. There’s been multiple complaints towards managers about missing items on my order or being ignored as the workers go back to the kitchen to eat the food and not be up to the counter to take orders or when try to give what customers paid for. One of the workers came to my table once and asked my company to use their smoking device they had and try take it to the bathroom to not be caught. *my company did not give the worker the smoking device* and then proceeds to go back to work after the attempt. Hopefully the workers and staff learn to follow the rules, respect their customers, and be on task with the orders along with having a person up front to take orders that
