Id like to give this 5 stars, but I cant. Blonde girl running the window was cool and cordial. The two African girls were dancing in back basically my whole drive through visit laughing making tik toks. I told the blonde girl they should be making food for customers, not tik toks. She then proceeded to tell the girls what I said, at that point the girls making tik toks said "who said that?!" Got upset and walked to the window to hand me my food, realized I was with my friend and gave me a stare from hell and said nothing. Also, not sure whether they pruposely or accidentally left out the fries. Made our visit extremely uncomfortable. Will not be back.

I came in through the drive-through this morning with a mobile app order, and the man who took my number was so unbearably rude, and even when I matched how rude he was to me and he still didn’t understand it. And this is not the first time it does, a man has been like this for at least the two months that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. And it’s not OK.

They like to serve raw quarter pounders and have done it at least off and on multiple times over the last handful of years. The last time this happened just a few months ago and I reported them they decided to retaliate against me and good night service because of my service animals claiming that my full service animals were not full service and that somehow they seem to think they can dictate what is and is not a full service animal. So definitely watch your food and make sure your quarter pounders are fully cooked as well as watch out for the ridiculous attitude and demeanor of the bogus staff. Please be careful and keep yourself safe when dealing with bogus places like this one.

Came here for 2 meals, they screwed up and gave me the complete wrong order. Guy who handed me the food didn’t even talk at all just handed it through the window and expected me to know he was just there. Came back around to get my order and dude was still pretty rude. Food was stale and cold 👍

The guy today that works at the drive through window that handles the food should not be working with any food. He gave me my large REGULAR coke a Diet one and it tasted like chemicals. He is very dirty looking and I had to ask him 3 times for a straw. He doesn’t interact at all. I dealt with him about two weeks ago and ask for a snack wrap spicy meal. Told me a could only have one wrap. With it clearly comes with 2 with the meal. And at that time he was very dirty looking and his hands were filthy also. He needs to be cleaning instead of handling food or drinks. And have a better attitude!!!

The crew was very helpful and very nice. However, the establishment had extremely too many flies and nets flying around. I couldn’t enjoy my flu from swatting so many nets and flies. Also, the food must have changed because the quarter pounder was very thin so they must’ve changed their meat. It’s not the quarter pounder I used to get just a little disappointed.

So let's start here. 1st off, I pulled up to the window, and the employees were TOO busy playing on their phones that it took a few minutes to acknowledge me. 2nd, I waited at the window for about 4 minutes and then asked to pull up to the rail where I was waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes for the food. 3rd, the food came out cold. my burger was missing a patty, ordered a triple burger got a mcdouble. when i got the burger back it was soaking wet, asked for a refund only recieved a partial refund. went back in, to get the the full refund. the associate did fine with the refund. two punk kid customers in the restaurant doing spitballs with the straws. will not be ordering from this location again. 🗑️

I ordered the new double quarter pound smoke house burger. Without the mayo on it. That's not what I got.. I ended up with a quarter pounder. With whatever that sauce is on it. We asked & were charged for extra caramel on my two frappes, the second windows girl did the regular amount then we asked for extra again and said that’s what we ordered, and she proceeded to hold them out the window stating this is extra. The 60 cents isn’t that big of the deal, but it’s the principle if I’m gonna ask and pay for it I should receive it not act like the caramel is being taken out of paychecks. Our visit occurred at 610 Pm on April 15.

Slowest service, including employees viewed involved in extended horseplay several times. Also no answer at drive thru order board or at drive up window. Went to drive thru for free fries from app and was told the code was already used (it was not). I asked if she would just comp the free fries that cost a dollar with another code she said no. I called McDonald's thinking it was this store and spoke the the GM of another McDonald's and she was super helpful and said she would help and comp it. I go to the other store and just to see if it would work tried the code again and it worked now... So now this store lost a customer and a bad review and the manager on duty Denise did not care at all. I went back to speak with her and she was still hard-core don't care attitude. Do not do business with this location because management does not care about you or your business.

On Sunday 9/24 at 9 a.m. a woman was training at the register. Her attitude was terrible. Mgmt should watch the footage of her standing there with her arms crossed batting her giant fake eyelashes. The young lady who took our money was far from friendly. She, however, greatly eclipsed the young lady who handed us our order. Other than to pass the order out the window, she did not even acknowledge our existence. The last time I ever visited a McDonalds, it was the one on Lathrop and it was the worst day for experience ever. The staff was so incredibly rude to begin with... But then I was threatened in the drive through window by multiple employees on the shift, saying to meet them outside and telling me they were going to beat my a**. That is the last time I ever visited a McDonalds. I cannot believe they allow people that act that way to work for them. I wanted to call the corporate office but there's literally no point, they don't care. Not worth it. Go somewhere nice.
