0 Stars, ordered curbside and wanted to play the monopoly event. I got about 9 things that were supposed to get a token but I didn’t get a single one! Very disappointed. I tried contacting them through phone to verify if they participate in the event but nobody answered, on top of that I had to go in to get a forgotten happy meal that they knew they forgot(had it in hand as soon as I walked in).

I would always come here every once a week or twice. Or maybe even like twice a month. I remember my dad taking me here almost everyday when I was a kid for a simple happy meal. One time, my siblings wanted mcdonalds and me and my mom go over there to get some. Instead of the drive thru, we went inside instead and see a man standing waiting for his food. I simply wait if there was anyone else who could take my order but none. Around 13 minutes later their manger comes in and asks what me and my mom want. We asked for it and it took at least 25 minutes. Doors were closing and the man that had been waiting was able to leave. I was the only one there while my mom was waiting for the car. I had my meal and went home. The fries were dry and hard and chicken nuggets were not good. Usually it would be 10 times better but this was a little down dropping. My siblings didn’t like it. Neither my mom. We took one Mcdonalds from Kenosha and it was better than here. I consider a drive-thru than taking your order inside 😅

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you expect fast food to be fast, I would go elsewhere. I’ve learned I have to place the order on the app, lie that I am there, wait 10 minutes to go over and it’s STILL not ready 9/10 times. The owner needs to get their act together. I don’t have high expectations when I go to McDonald’s but this experience was truly not worth the cost of the food. I know food prices have increased across the board, but for what you get at McDonald’s, seems pretty overpriced. We placed our order on the app for pickup and the order was wrong, all the fries were missing along with the ketchup (which they gave you two packets per order and then charged for any additional). The chicken nuggets were cold, the new chicken strips were hard, cold and dried out. The kids meal cheeseburger soggy.

So I just went there Sunday of 4/13/25, and all I needed was some quick food. They got my food to me very quickly, and so I parked in the parking spot. I wanted to enjoy my very tasty hot fudge Sunday and turned off my car… suddenly my car wouldn’t turn on anymore.. so I went inside and I let them know. The manager, I think her name was Abby offered to jump my car for me (my battery light was on). So we made nice conversation as she jumped my car. My car still wouldn’t start so I had to sit inside and wait for a ride home. They were all very friendly despite it being busy. They kept it professional. The manager let me keep my car there overnight. Now my car is being worked on hooray!! I think I’ll celebrate with a happy meal once it’s done..

Always bad experiences. .AVOID This Taylor Ave McDonalds. They were Closed on a Friday morning during Breakfast hours and many people were trying to get in. I placed an order online and was charged and did not receive it. And why is a damn hash brown $2!?!? You people are insane, I know because it takes one to know one. There is a manager named Edith here that has absolutely no costumer service skills!!! She's horrible at her job parks all the vehicles when she's managing and she tells employees personal business to other employees!!! Completely unprofessional and also argues with employees when she is in the wrong! She'll take it upon herself to tell employees not to come back until the general manager is back from vacation, which sometimes is 3 weeks out!!! Also saying oh my God in Spanish when someone asks her A question, is very unprofessional!!! I do know Spanish and I have heard her say some things that were way out of line, but most people don't understand so I'm sure that's why it's gone as far as it has!!!! I was given an order and one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly. I called the store to notify them of their mistake and to see how they would accommodate me, I talked to Raina? Not sure she wouldn't give me a correct spelling. Regardless after about a short 5 minute phone call she wouldn't assist me and Raina hung up the the phone. So I drove back to the establishment on my own time. Where no one in the establishment other than a little old woman in the back who is making the sandwiches would give me their name I was refunded the money. But the disrespect from the workers at this McDonald's especially workers who call themselves managers is uncalled for. Especially when you make a mistake you need to go above and beyond to rectify. It doesn't matter if you're making sandwiches or if you're a doctor saving somebody's life take pride in what you do. They proceeded to get mad at me for their mistake and nobody wants to take responsibility what an establishment.

Awful experience. They forgot one item and messed up another item on our order. Went inside to get order corrected and not only were they employees apathetic, but just rude about fixing the order (i.e telling us the order was in fact correct, not believing what we actually ordered, never gave us a receipt).. They forgot 2 kids chocolate milks, fries unsalted, no sauce, messed up my husbands order he asked for a plain bacon double cheeseburger, and he got a double cheeseburger with no bacon. I thought the Mcdonald’s on State Street was the worse until I had the food here. Start by the fact that we ordered a nuggets meal, 2 hamburgers with no onions and mcflurry. The guy said the ice cream machine is down but someone behind him said it was working. Ok you lost your upsell. The two hamburgers had onions on it after we said no onions. Now here it is today I have been throwing up off and on since I woke up this morning. I missed a half a day at work all because someone was careless. Sunday I ate nothing. Just 20 minutes ago I threw up again. Y’all begged for these wages but are doing a half ahh job and that sucks because you deserve a livable wage too. Management really needs to get on their job.

I consistently have issues with incorrect orders and have had to come back on several occasions. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg and both came without egg. 2/26-9am. Ordered Egg McMuffin meal with oj. Steak egg and cheese bagel with hash brown. Get to the window to get food. The girl had long curly hair to her waist. Not in a pony tail. Had a cap on but her hair was swinging all over. I received bacon egg and cheese bagel. 2 egg McMuffins no hash browns. No straw for my oj. All the food was hard and stale. One of the egg McMuffins had two tops for the English muffin. This is constant with this McDonald’s. Always wrong always bad food. Never going there again even tho it’s right around the corner
