When we pulled up there wasn’t a line of cars we Ordered our food at 7:26 and did not get our food until 7:47. Went inside to try and talk to the manager “a lady with a black bun cover in her hair” she completely brushed me off and ignored me when I asked where my food was. Completely disrespectful to do that to someone. I’m not sure how you can have a car wait for 20 min at McDonalds

Took our daughter here for lunch since it was raining around the time and it has an indoor play house. It was also empty at the time.
Food tasted old like always which is unfortunate ,but we went for our daughter to play.
Tables in the play house were all dirty. Not a clean one at all.
Trash everywhere.
The floor has food stuck in them looks like for a long time. Looked like no one had cleaned it in a few days to be honest. Who knows the last time it was mopped.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…
How is this McDonald’s still open & operating like this?
When we arrived we were the only people in the lobby, and there were no visible cars in the drive thru.
We ordered 3 burgers on the kiosks in the lobby and then proceeded to wait over 25 mins before asking why things were taking so long.
When we asked the cashier about where our order was and why it had been over 25 mins, she walked away without a word and never came back. We waited 5 more minutes then had to yell to someone in back to issue us a refund since there was still no food and we refused to wait any longer. The manager then told a different girl to help us and when she refused the manager finally came over, took our receipt & delivered the refund without saying a single word or answering our questions. Our entire experience here not one person spoke to us. All the staff in the kitchen were running around like it was chaotic. No one will help you or look at you & how does “fast food” take more than 30 minutes??
Will never go to this place again.
We had a much better experience at Culver’s down the road. #culverssavestheday

I ordered a delivery through DoorDash which was a 6 piece McNugget meal, and my drink I ordered with my meal was a large Dr.Pepper. I thought it was tea at first but then I’m like “tea doesn’t have bubbles”, turns out it was just carbonated water with a little syrup in it. I posted a review to DoorDash but didn’t save the pics. I understand yall are busy and don’t have time to check the syrups, but if you get time please check them cause that was just disappointing. The order was placed 4/6/25 at 7:46pm.

Today I went to Mc Donald’s in Reedsburg, where I’ve currently lived for almost 10 years now. I realized that Mc Donald’s isn’t what it used to be… The food was fine, except for the fact that the burgers were messily put together and there was a bunch of ketchup that was splattered in the wrapper, which made it sticky. The service was absolutely awful, when we pulled up to the first window to pay and the young man who was there just told me my total and gave me back my card when I paid, he didn’t even say “have a good day!” or even anything. Then we were stuck at that window because the line was being held up, and the young man was just sitting there on his phone the whole time, not even doing his job… Then when we finally got to the second window to get our food, it took them 3-5 minutes to make 4 Mcdoubles….Fast food my ass… Then when we were given our food we weren’t even given an apology, just our food and “Have a good day!”, Not to mention, 3 weeks ago I doordashed Mcdonald’s at night, around 9-10 o’clock and when I got my burgers I opened them up and on the bottom there was a sticky, creamy, milky white substance splattered on the bottom of my burger bun… I was so disgusted I threw my meal away…Mcdonald’s 5 years ago used to be friendly and hardworking, now all the people here care about is their paycheck and getting home.

Excellent coffee. I always recommend. I avoid the bland poor food options. Every McDonalds restaurant has a feeling of "needs a cleaning." My biggest issue with McDonald's is consistency with the latte and mocha drinks. Always tastes different. Management needs a more thorough training to rectify this discrepancy.

The staff here really needs to focus on the basics. The past 4 times I have ordered here they have missed items that I have ordered. Today I went into the store, and ordered a happy meal and double quarter pounder with cheese in the drive through. When I got home and unpacked the food, my Double quarter pounder was missing. The time before that I ordered happy meals and the apples were missing. the time before that I ordered happy meals and we received no french fries with them.

My advice is DO NOT go through the drive through. Go into the restaurant and order, then check your order before you leave to ensure that you get what you order.

Used to be pretty good but has been getting much worse recently. Constantly waiting 10+ minutes even when there are few cars in the drive thru. If you ask for any kind of change on the sandwich it will most likely be wrong. Also I used to get plenty of fresh food when I came with very little old food. Now I swear Everytime everything I get is old and mildly warm at best. My fries are always stale and never filled up all the way. The employees are either pretty nice or just won't acknowledge your there except to tell you your total. This place used to be way better than it is now and I hope it gets better.

I’ve lived in Reedsburg my whole life and when I moved out of Reedsburg I said this place will hopefully get better. I can say i am very disappointed in this location for not only getting the meal wrong but when correcting it they gave us the wrong drink yet again. Either get better workers that know how to read and present an order or don’t have them working. Mind you they asked us what we ordered to verify they would get it correct and still got it wrong.

There are bad old crusty McDonald's and some new remodeled. This is one that is remodeled and nice. The food is still exactly what you expect for McDonald's, but the kids' play area is really welcomed in the cold winter. Also the indoor seating is like a hotel business center, with Wi-Fi.
