This is a slowly dying establishment. We pulled up to get our food and the worker sounded half high. We ordered 2 lemonades. We ended up getting water with a few lemon pieces in it. Our fries were rock hard like they'd been sitting all day and by that time we couldn't even finish the burgers as we didn't trust what they had given us. The service was poor and the workers didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. We have tried and tried to make this establishment work but I don't think we will go back again.

I’ve came here two times for breakfast the first occasion I asked for extra breakfast sauce on a number 10 order and I did not get it. Today I came through the drive thru I used my McDonald’s code to get 20 percent off I asked again on a number 10 order extra breakfast sauce and when I got home there wasn’t extra breakfast sauce didn’t even look like any was on it. Very disappointing. Makes me not want to order breakfast fast here again. You ask for something expect it and it never comes out how you want it. And I mean that’s every place every place has their own flaws I used to work for Mc Donald’s out in Indiana so I know what it’s like. But doesn’t give anyone right to keep messing up over and over again. Especially when it wasn’t even busy, I can see if it was busy but I order around 6am and I was the first car and then there wasn’t another behind me so there should be no reason or any excuse why I didn’t get extra breakfast sauce. I would call and they would probably give me a free remake of my order but the reason I went and got food and brought it home was so I don’t have to leave again for awhile so it is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️ just very disappointing.

Not to mention I order a sprite berry blast yesterday and remind you there is no warning I did not watch any reviews on this drink I knew they were coming out with the cosmic sprites but didn’t research it so I don’t know what to expect again no WARNING. I order the drink and I was asked to pull forward yesterday and I stuck my straw through the sprite very blast and it started exploding all over me. When the girl came to my window to hand me my food I explained that my spite exploded and she very well knew this happens and apologized and came back with napkins I told the girl to tell her manager to put a warning about the sprite because I wouldn’t have known it did that. I was kind and respectful even though I just had my drink explode on me.

Came through, pulled up to an empty drive thru booth, watched three cars get served ahead of me, rudely asked “you been served yet?” “Well then what do you want?” Only to have the person be confused about a happy meal and the new drinks advertised. Area was dirty, while workers sat in lobby loudly talking about another co-worker of theirs. The ladies who I know work here were yelling in the lobby, me and my friends were talking but we couldn’t keep a straight conversation as thoughts were lost, like literally. Bathrooms were even more disgusting as they had toilet paper everywhere. Dont go unless you want undercooked fries and greasy food, not to mention they couldn't get a simple meal correct messing up the fact that there was 3 cheeseburgers ordered, got 2 hamburgers instead and they completely forgot my quarter pounder, then when I asked for what was forgotten I was given a box soaked in grease to the point that the box was dripping, and when asked about the cheeseburgers they took back the burgers which already left the counter for over 10 minutes and slapped a cold piece of cheese on them, thanks you so much for possibly contaminating other peoples food and to be lazy instead of getting the order right the first time, the people working there were extremely rude about the experience, prolly not going again.

Drive thru line moves very slow here! Two cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to place my order. Ordered an egg mcmuffin with cheese, a hashbrown, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The sandwich was not what I ordered, neither was it the second time, or the third when they replaced them with biscuits instead of english muffins. The hash brown was cold and saturated with grease. The smoothie was flat...no strawberry or banana flavor to it. As I was waiting along with several others, for them to fix all our orders, several others came in with the same complaints. Since I'm a frequent customer there, I know everyone that is usually working there. Not this morning! Every face was new except one. New management for sure and absolute chaos within! As I read thru all these bad reviews, I see that every reviewer gets the same response. You need not bother responding to mine. Instead, use your time and energy to hire better management and train your employees. Then maybe I'll be back. In the meantime, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Food is nearly always stale nowadays, it takes 20 minutes to get through drive thru, window doesn’t even greet you when you pull up. I don’t know if they’ve gotten new staff or what. 34 mins for a plain cheeseburger… we had other things on our order. Our tray of food was sitting at knee level on other trays on the floor while they “ waited on meat” for the PLAIN cheeseburger. While waiting there was a guy sitting at a booth with an ankle monitor cutting his toenails.. WTH you’re in a restaurant. An older lady with a manager name tag came out and asked what we were waiting for and I had told her we’ve been standing there for at least 20 minutes for our order. She said where is your order and I pointed to the stack of trays on the floor and said right there. She said what are they waiting for? I said I don’t know you ask them. Her response was “ well I’m going on break.”

I don't eat at McDonald's all that often, but I'm extremely worn out and didn't want to make dinner tonight. I went through the drive through and ordered a 4pc happy meal and a large fry for myself. I was shocked that those 2 items came to almost $10.

I get to the window and asked how much the large fry was, because I know the happy meal is $4.29. She advised that the fries are also $4.29. I thanked her and said I would have to remember that (not even being rude, I know they don't necessarily make the prices). She looked at me with the longest, dirtiest look. Because I'm tired and overwhelmed with an irritable toddler, I truly didn't care about it.

But then we get the food and realize the fries are stale. All of them. It makes me mad that not only am I paying premium price, but the service and quality was not good at all. I don't have time to run back and wait another 20-30 minutes in line, either.

If you're going to increase the prices by 25% (I looked into it), I expect great service and quality every time.
