Was taking a break from a road trip, so I went inside instead of my usual pattern to go through a drive-thru. Positive is the bathroom was clean and kiosk worked well. I ordered two double cheeseburgers off the extra value meal just before 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, it took more than 10 minutes to get the order. The drive-thru didn't seem busy, and I was the only person inside who placed and was waiting for an order at that time. When I got the order the meat was lukewarm, so the delay wasn't because of waiting to get it off the grill. Therefore, the cheese wasn't melted and there was a super thick layer of minced onion. No, I didn't complain because I didn't have more time to waste before getting back on the road. Also, I normally wouldn't comment on the fact that someone who seemed to be a friend of the manager was taking up a couple tables to study or work with her computer and seemingly settled in for the day...eating her own snacks and had her own water bottle...except there is limited seating and part was filled by other diners and most open ones had dirty seats or tables.

This particular location has unfriendly staff and they have messed up 4 of the last 5 times that we've been there (and countless times prior). It's such a hassle to have to turn around and go back to have them either give you what was missing or fix what they made. I would suggest you don't waste your time and go to a different fast food restaurant.

Once upon a time, my friend I came to this mcdonalds shielding ourselves from the blistering heat. The lady helped me with my deal she was so sweet I didnt even need to get ice cream!! Our food came out in less then 15 seconds and the fries were so fresh and warm! The chicken nuggets are piping hot and beautiful 😍

we ordered two ice cream cones on the kiosk didn’t get them for atleast 10 minutes. mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant. we finally sat down and there were bugs crawling and flying surrounding us. there are drink spills, scraps of food, and garbage throughout the whole building. workers are sitting around lounging on their devices and goofing around. explains why it takes 10 minutes for me to get an ice cream cone. this is bs and after today i don’t want to come back.

Waited for 10 minutes to get somebody's attention just to take my order. Then we're treated like I was an inconvenience for trying to have somebody take my order. Worst experience I’ve had in a lonnnnng time. I went last night with my son to let him use his gift card he got for Xmas. The girl said it wouldn’t swipe so she couldn’t use it. I told her she should be able to type in the gift card #’s/or pin instead. She still said she couldn’t do it. So I asked if a manager could instead. “Manager” came over & tried to swipe it again & said they couldn’t type it in there. Which I know is bullshit. You can always find a way to use a gift card. I’ve had many retail/food service jobs in my life and there’s always a way. But they just didn’t even try. Just a bunch of young kids trying to play management which is just a joke. If you can’t train your employees properly then don’t let them run it. Such a joke. Never felt more disrespected in a long ass time. These are the kind of people that give McDonald’s a bad name. The food was McDonald's it was fast and warm. We went in to eat and as we sat down to eat one of the managers came out to the lobby to yell at one of the young staff kids about his break. My kids were unsure why she was yelling. We got our food and one of my kids had the wrong toy (we wanted an under 3 toy) and were told they can trade it now. The toy was unopened.

Here’s the story… me and bros just got done with TWO long baseball games. We thought that McDonald’s would be a good place to relax and have a bite to eat. But then all of a sudden… the rude lady working said we can’t come in. And we were scratching our heads because it was only 10:27 and their inside dining area closes at 11! So we were compliant customers and decided to head for the drive through as another car was in it too. They REFUSED us service at 10:32! All of the workers were extremely rude and sassy. Keep in mind we were tired and hungry and had been playing baseball since 5. I couldn’t believe that refused us service. Maybe it’s because one of my companions was of color? Maybe it’s because the other had diabetes? Also his blood sugar was extremely low! On top of all of this, this is all happening 30 minutes before posted closing time! UNACCEPTABLE!!

I stopped in tonight (4/5) around 9:05pm for a bite to eat after playing a game at the local curling club. Not sure who was working the drive through that late, but she was rude. I had ordered at the Kiosk a number 1 and was never told my total, asked if I wanted anything else, never even told welcome. Just told to pull up to window 2 after i had ordered. When I got up there, I asked to add a 10 piece nugget to my order and she rolled her eyes and sorta shook her head. There was no one behind me and it didn't seem like there was anyone inside either when I drove through, otherwise I wouldn't have asked. I never was even asked if I wanted any sauce. When the food came out, it was pretty hot, so can't complain about that. What I will complain about was the same person hardly opened the window to hand me the food, didn't say thanks or have a good night....nothing at all. Still wasn't even asked if I wanted any sauce. I drove off with the food and went home. I understand if your short staffed or had worked a long day, I feel bad for the people that have to work short or long hours. I just think tonight service could have been better, especially when it didn't seem busy.

The last time we went there, and a few times before.. I've noticed they use the inside drive thru screen when we have to order on the outside.. so it makes it very hard to see the screen if you don't have glasses to see that far away.. so I asked about it.. and they said they CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I mentioned parking a vehicle in the drive thru, (had to do that at an old gas station pump we didn't want anyone using) and he said WE CANT DO THAT and slammed the window shut on me.. so I pulled to the next window. Where they forgot my drink.. where I didn't want hardly any ice... and I mentioned this... and they still tried giving me a lot of ice, and I said I understand you only wanting to give me like 1.5 inches of product in the cup. But the customer is supposed to be right, and the other guy in there was wanting to redo it with even MORE ice.. and less liquid. So I said now I don't want any ice at all, and I'll call corporate.. you guys are being ridiculous. The bigger guy in the second drive thru was trying to tell the younger kid, you neeed to do it this way! And he was trying to be respectful to me, but the other guy was being rude. So this was by far the worst experience I've had. Just like my other experiences where I ask for no middle bun on my big Mac, and they manage to not sub a sesame bun and put it in a pancake container... like?? All I said was I want NO MIDDLE BUN, not no bun at all.. I don't know how that correlated over the radio, but what?

Stopped by for a large dr. Pepper with light ice. When I left drive-thru, I noticed that the soda didn't look or taste right. I happened to catch an employee who had finished running another customer's order put to their vehicle. She asked if something was wrong and I told her about my drink not looking or tasting right. She investigated the issue and found that the syrup was out. She was kind enough to change the syrup and bring me a new drink. I didn't catch her name, but her professionalism and compassion were a 10 on a 1-10 scale; 1 being terrible and 10 being excellent.

I’ve been coming to this Mcd’s drive thru for over a yr. They have consistently had a hard time getting a full crew to run shifts. So I can understand the room for errors & closing @ odd early hours. My college bonus daughter has worked @ Mcd’s since she was 15. She often gets asked to fill in @ RL from her EC Mcds, as they’re short staffed a lot. When Chad the field mgr is in RL, things run better.
I’ve learned to be patient, speak very simply, have my order repeated back, and definitely check my bag before driving away!
I ALWAYS use the app for a good deal or freebie. My go to special order (which is “usually” right😉) is the bogo free Qtr Lber using my survey receipt: NO SALT, 1 piece of cheese, & dehydrated onions instead of slivered. I know it can be frustrating w long waits, messed up orders & moods but the mgr’s & teenagers are doing the best they can.

It's been a long time since I've been to a McDonald's. But I thought I would give them another chance since I happened to be in a hurry. That was a big mistake. They have only gotten worse in the past 3 years. The workers all have a bad attitude and they really cop an attitude when they make a mistake and get called out on it. Ordered a Shamrock shake through the drive through area, and what we got was disgustingly melted.

Pulled off to the side and took the shake in for a replacement - and that was the same. The server told me they had lots of orders for shakes, and the machine couldn't keep up.

This is not the first time at this McDonald's with issues with the shake maker. They should have stopped taking orders for the shakes versus sending out a known poor product. How many other customers went away displeased with their shake, and will they go elsewhere in the future? I will!
