It is one of the better McDonald's! I walked in to order takeout. It was nice and clean inside. The customer service was excellent! Food was good! Got it at reasonable time frame. Soda was excellent!

We were on the way to pickup a relative, but we ended up getting hungry. So, we decided to stop at this McDonald’s. At first, it was a nice place. Decorated nicely, and looked clean. We ordered the food, and it didn’t take too long honestly. My food was okay, but the others food was literally disfigured in a way. How do you even manage to make disfigured food? I thought it was a mistake until I saw the reviews with the same problems. We also had a nice attitude towards the worker at the cashier. She was giving attitude. My lemonade came out, but the others didn’t. Then another worker came to ask her, “Did you give them their cups?” She said “no, they walked away.” Mind you, we were right INFRONT of her. Maybe she was hallucinating, but I honestly got a bit bothered since I was right there. The atmosphere did not feel right. It felt very judgmental here. I do not recommend going here.

Sitting in the driveway through now. extremely long wait times. talking 15 minutes+. I had to wait 5 minutes after the guy in front of me toneven give my order and the guy behind me left after I gave mine, rather than wait as long as me, as did the guy after him. feeling like a fool for waiting and there's 3 vehicles ahead of me as I write this. Also, these guys don't carry bags of ice, just FYI. I just wanted a bag to keep my fish cold a little longer and thought I'd multitask and get dinner and ice, but no dice. Still 3 cars ahead of me
It's going to be about a 25 minute wait time. How did these guys get a franchise?

The service was sub par. The snippy girl in the drive through must own the place because i ordered a coke and got diet. Heaven forbid she would do anything to correct it because she argued with me about it. But at least the service was slow in the drive thru. 15 min. for 2 cars.. We wouldn't want anyome to enjoy their meal on their lunch break. They might actually figure out they were eating slop. So, if you want a poor experience and to waste your time, they got it nailed down.

I went in and ordered at a kiosk. I selected the dine-in option. There were no table tents, nor did I get a receipt, but that’s not unusual at a lot of McDonalds. I was the only customer at a table, so I figured they’d find me. I waited for about ten minutes and went to ask about my order. I was unceremoniously handed a takeout bag and my empty cup. I noted this was for dine-in, and I had been waiting. Instead of an apology, the counter person grabbed my food and went to put it on a tray. Never said a word. Yeah, that solved the problem, all right. I got the feeling they do this with all dine-in orders.

I waited 20 mins at curbside and I still didn’t get my food so I went inside and got it and they “claimed to not have the order” , showed them and they said 5 min, okay cool, I get my food and tell me why I bite into the egg and it’s cold and old. We came to the drive thru at 5am and waited until 5:05 before we gave up and drove off. We tried getting their attention but we were ignored. Online says restaurant and drive thru open at 5am. Went up to the window and the people inside were hiding in the back. Lights in the restaurant were turned off. Just saw the other reviews and glad we didn’t get served- dodged a bullet.

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Unfortunatly it is the only "fast food" place nearby my work, and it is anything but fast. Numerous times I have gone and ordered a simple burger and fries just to wait at the window for 10+ minutes to be served cold food. The employees are more often than not, very rude or just unpleasant, and they have zero urgency in anything they do, not to mention if you order a frappe, expect an inch or two of air to be served at the top of your drink.

Food normally tastes pretty pretty good, the place tends to be a bit dirty at times and is normally understaffed. I have been here often and one out of three times something is usually wrong with my order. It's good enough to go back to because the food normally tastes pretty darn good. Could just use some improvements in areas.

This McDonald’s is normally very iffy and often times is not great. But I gave it an extra star and am writing this review because I want to give credit where credit is due. An older gentleman with white hair working around 9:00pm on 4/28 gave me the best drink I’ve ordered from all the McDonald’s in the area around Germantown and Richfield. Every single other one is liquidy, no taste, and next to no Oreos when they should be blended in and I pay extra for them. I get a mocha Frappe with Oreos normally for reference. The one he made was perfectly portioned and the best one I’ve had yet. Absolutely made my night after a horrible day. If they all turned out like that, I wouldn’t go to any other McDonald’s in the area. Please teach other employees your great skills sir!

Simple right? No

1st time I brought it back in and the fries were cold. They already had some boxed up before I placed my order.

2nd time, praise Jesus I got my bacon but they forgot it was with no onions.
Fries are still cold. Must of been from the lunch rush. I scraped off the blackened bits of onion and regretting eating here at all.

This might be the worst experience i’ve ever encountered at a McDonalds. That’s saying a lot. The girl taking drive through orders was beyond rude at the intercom. When I got to the window she didn’t smile or greet me. She looked angry like she was going to walk off the job. When I said hello, she didn’t respond. My kids and I waited for 30+ mins in the drive through. Not because it was busy. The workers were busy messing around and socializing including the young manager. To make matters worse, the manager confused came to the window and asked me what my order was. She also asked me if I paid. I said yes it was a mobile order. She said she was sorry, but she was in the bathroom. We didn’t say anything but she was lying. We could see her through the window talking to a friend in the lobby not working. She said the wait would be longer because of the fries. When we got home, the fries were burnt and they forgot to give us a juice box. Avoid this location.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru and it took 40 minutes to get my food. There was a line so long that people were honking their horns wondering why we weren't moving. My nuggets were cold and missing 2, they didn't have the Frappe machine working so they said I had to get a refund from the app - which I found out is not true. Also, the fries were old and burgers were awful. How do you manage to mess up McDonald's food? The girl at the drive thru was rude and dismissive. She ignored my requests to speak to someone and got rude with me then just closed the window and walked away. This McDonalds needs new staff who aren't rude and can handle entry-level work. Yikes - don't bother stopping here - unless you're into that sort of punishment and bad food.

The quality of this location has severely declined. The food is now always cold, your order has a 50% chance of being wrong, and you end up waiting 15-20 minutes for one meal (sandwich, fries, drink). The drive thru speaker is near broken as you can barely hear the employee on the other side. None of the staff is capable of saying "thank you" or "you're welcome" even when it is said to them. This place used to be fast with friendly staff and good food, but just over the past couple months it has gone downhill fast. I really hope it turns around eventually.

I hate that this is the McDonald’s on my way to work for my seldom visits maybe once every other month. Every time I go they take forever and the food that they apparently take forever to make is never right! The drinks they make suck. This place used to be good, not even too long ago. To be frank it has gone WAY downhill. I don’t recognize hardly any of the employees anymore, looks like the entire old crew quit or got fired. Just the cocky store manager and the Blonde who has been there forever that don’t know what’s going on. I’ll never be going here again. Absolutely horrible for years.
In the past, I've sat at the drivethrough menu for over 10 minutes with nobody a head of me. Finally, I say, "Hello?" And I get told 1 minute. For what? It's not a busy time..

Today, I got 2 sausage biscuits and had to wait 10 minutes for them. When I finally got them they smelled like onions and towards the end the taste was overwhelming. Had to spit it out.

The young boy who took my order and money was nice and did his job appropriately from what I saw.

This is a management/ owner issue. Close this location.

I recently went through the drive-thru at this McDonald's and ordered a 1/4 pounder with bacon and fries. I was pleased with my experience. The order was prepared quickly, and everything was correct. The burger was delicious, and the bacon added a nice touch. The fries were crispy and fresh, just how I like them. Overall, a solid visit with great food and service!

Says they are open 5am that's wrong. They open up when the workers feel like it. I work in the industry park across the street and they won't open untill 6 sometimes. And what a great place to waste an entire 30 minutes lunch waiting in line for something cheap and easy to eat. The owner needs to retrain the employees on how to open and how to handle lunch rush instead of keeping slackers hired in. Another day September 11th 2024 at 11am I got to McDonald's got a sweet tea and a McCrispy chicken sandwich, 20 freaking minutes for a sandwich! Unacceptable! The owner needs to do something fast!

I stopped by this morning. When I arrived there was only one person in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. I placed my order and then had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Now if the food were fresh, I would understand the wait. But, the food was barely warm and tasted stale. Very disappointed, Savannah and Anthony need to learn about customer service. I ordered a happy meal, french fries was cold, nuggets were nasty not fresh and got diced apples for oatmeal instead of apple slices. I also ordered the $5 meal deal with a McChicken and the lettuce was brown in several places and of course french fries were cold along with the nuggets being nasty. I was told by Savannah she would have to charge me for sweet tea after I had already paid for it.

When asking what her name was and the guy would took my order, she said WHAT and mumbled her name as well as his.

Noone is wearing name badges.

No hair nets are being worn for long hair Anthony has and he helped in the kitchen.

I also had to get my order for the $5 meal deal corrected.

I called the phone number provided at the counter for the general manager Brian, he said he would get with the employees about the concerns. He sounded very much like the one at the counter a very young guy.

The tables also needed to be cleaned.

Another location with no ice cream, why do they even bother to have it on the menu.

I'd have to say I think I found the slowest McDonald's there is, man before was waiting for about 30 minutes to get his food. Apparently the only speed they had was super slow, the guy that got mine ready I have to say was very meticulous about putting stuff on the tray but could've been much much faster doing it. It seemed like they thought they weren't busy but the 10 cars in the drive thru and 5 people inside would properly argue with that. One lady came in from drive thru saying 5 cars have already got their food before her, they found it sitting behind the stack of bags they had on the counter. Gave her the bag without so much as an apology for the long wait. 1 guy observed what was going on and left his order unfinished on the kiosk and just left.

Before you leave the store location on Hwy 145 in Richfield, check your fries. Mine were literally cold, but I was already on the freeway. I also ordered the quarter pounder deluxe. The condiments (mayo and kerchup) were put on all the way to the edge so it was dripping out.

Forgot why I didn't order here and tried again. Remembered that everything is old and cold, even the fries. Service time was pretty quick and the store was basically diserted when I ordered. Chicken nuggets so hard they were not edible. Fries cold shriveled. Even the dbl qtr ponder was cold and rubbery, so much for made to order qtr pounders. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Food was mediocre, ice cream and shake machine not working again. Lost so much business just while we sat there to eat! Cashier couldn't give us our money back for paying for a shake so gave us cookies instead, but she didn't know how many cookies would equal the cost of a shake. Scary.
