I came in tonight and while i was pulling up the manager and a young girl employee was outside smoking or vapeing. They then proceed to take my order horribly giggeling and with someone the whole time. I asked for no onion and picked on my quarter pounder which was met but not without her asking if i meant no bun while laughing hysterically. Fry’s were cold. So cold that i don’t even think it was under a heater or made in the last hour. Quarter pounder meat was also lukewarm which was suprsing consdering that it’s a cook to order meal. I usually don’t write reviews, but when a customer service worker says, “I’m not stressing myself to make other ppl happy” I will. I was the first car in the drive thru with one other car. He told us to “wait” no please. Then proceeded to have us sitting there for 10 minutes. When I asked politely if I should go elsewhere, I was met was a very shameful attitude. I genuinely just wanted to know if I should go elsewhere as I was in a hurry, and this mc Donald’s worker proceeded to get mad at me and stated that he is short staffed and will not stress himself out to make others happy. First of all, if customer service stresses you out that much, that not the job for you. And your job kind of is to make other people happy… Secondly, when we left the drive they line.. you were not short staffed, there were 3 workers standing in the window, chatting. I refuse to go to McDonald’s at night anymore due to this. I was utterly disgusted with the way I was being treated. I’ve worked customer service and I know that it can get stressful, but DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!

First off, I needed help today for a technical issue and I asked for help about 3 times before the manager just told me to wait very rudely and then proceeded to not ever come to the front counter. Also I ordered extra ketchup on 2 of my burgers and there was none at all. I have had multiple times that they didn’t give me my fries that I paid for. The food is often mediocre or less. Not what you'd expect from even McDonald's. Customer service is hugely lacking. They're abrupt verging on rude. The employ definitely don't want to be assisting you. If you do curbside pickup. You will be waiting at least 10 minutes, potentially 13 to 15. 15 is the longest I've waited so far. And if you want table service? Forget it. The times I have tried to do mobile ordering to table service I've had to go get my order and it was most of the time wrong.

The main reason to stop here was to get a Shamrock shake. They didn't have any, even though it was on the menu board. I almost left for that reason, and really wish I had. The fries were limp and luke warm at best, the sandwiches were not fresh and the soda was flat. We took our order to go, if not I would have taken the food back to the counter and requested fresh food. It was beyond disappointing. The size of a slice of cheese on a filet-o-fish is now less than 1/2 the size of an actual slice of cheese. If you aren't coming here during rush time expect sub par and stale food.

I even had a slight issue with my order bring wrong but the problem was resolved and I had my corrected sandwich in about 3 minutes. The mistake is super common too...I order a double quarter pounder deluxe and either the cashier says the can't make it or the kitchen sees "deluxe" and makes a single out of habit.
