Absolutely horrible. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to even take my order. Meanwhile about 10 ppl in back of me walked out! Then it took another 10 minutes to get my food! Unacceptable!!! The lady kept saying will be with you soon. When next week? She was waiting to put orders together when she should of been helping customers at the counter while waiting. She also was not the nicest. I understand places are understaffed so I was trying to be patient I should of just went to Culver's across the street.

Ordered lunch at drive through last week. Didn't get a receipt at first window. Got my drink and still no receipt at pick-up window. Was asked to park in the passthrough area between their lot and a neighboring business because there were 9 other cars waiting for food and spaces were full.
20+ minutes after I had placed my order, an employee dodged traffic like the old frogger video game, between the five through line traffic, indoor customers leaving traffic, and waiting customers finally trying to get out of parking spaces after they got their orders.
Still no receipt. THHHEEEEENNNNNN, I OPENED MY BAG TO FIND THE FRIES WERE ONLY HALF FILLED AND ONLY HAD TINY BITS OF FRIES(MOST UNDER AN INCH, NONE LONGER THAN 1.25 INCHES.
I ONLY GOT 8 NUGGETS IN MY 10 PIECE NUGGET BOX. AAAANNNNDDD MY PLAIN... P.L.A.I.N. CHEESEBURGER HAD ONIONS ON IT. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS CORRECT WAS THE 2ND BURGER IN THE BAG.
But since that was right, I left as I had a wheel chair bound friend waiting for me to bring her that for lunch.
Thought I would call the store later or call corporate but, like I said, I had no receipt to provide them with store location, transaction number, or order details.
Terrible management, overwhelmed team members, lack of quality control, lack of timely service, failing to provide receipts for purchases.
Basically I got ripped off and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to do it.
I'd say they owe me, but don't trust them enough to go back, even IF they said they'd make things right(and correct, in proper quantities).
I hope they close, TBH.

We all know mcdonalds has gone from fast food to slow food. You now have to wait as if it were the quality of culvers or in-n-out. I can accept poor process management to a certain extent, but this is ridiculous.

My last visit was about a 15 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger meal. They said they had to go to the freezer to get more and that's what took.so long. This time, it was a 26 minute wait. Only 2 people were currently waiting when I pulled up. Then 4 people after me came and left before I went in. They said the chicken for snack wraps takes 6 minutes and the people after me didn't order that. Okay, 6 minutes, plus a few to put it all together. That's not 26 minutes!!!

If you have time to wait, you can. But culvers is across the street.

I don't go to the Ripon store often at all. It has a horrible reputation. Wanted some breakfast and ordered a mcgriddle. Got a biscuit instead . . . Hear the store manager is a tyrant, and all the crew hate her! Owner of the store is not much better, if not worse. Everyone I talk to who goes there tells me about long wait times. Went through a week ago for someone else and waited for 15mins if not longer for one McChicken. There are better rated fast food joints in town. Business that actually care about you the customer not thier pockets. Please look it up on google and go to one of those. You'll have a much better experience!

Ordered a sausage egg biscuit at the drive thru and the bottom of the biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it. Took it back and they offered to make me another wich I declined. I shouldn't have to drive back out of my way because my food wasn't edible. And no napkins in my bag. For what we pay for this we should at least get a napkin. Whoever was working the first window was just rude. Asked for a rewards code while ordering, we said “yeah we have a drive through code” and gave it to him. He corrects us and goes “yeah that’s the rewards code” ….okay?😆

Then at the window, he takes my card without confirming total or the order or anything, we pay and get the receipt. Then we see he put in a oreo mcflurry instead of a small oreo frappe. No problem, they’re the same price anyway. So we just mention it to him and he instantly corrects us saying “you said an oreo mcflurry. That’s why I told you to check the screen” … well everyone in the car heard a frappe be orders, but okay, sorry for the inconvenience…. He just stares at us like ‘what do you want me to do’. I said to him “could we just get that switched please?” And he starts complaining that it’s gonna be a lot of work. Then 2 seconds later his manger just tells him to have them switch it at the next window. Wow such a big deal?

They just need some better customer service training apparently.

I've been there twice in the past few days. Charlie took our order today in the drive-thru. He is always so polite and in a good mood. Puts a smile on your face. My mom and I had the best McChicken today. I also got a large water and was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a charge for it.
Makenzie took our dine in order the other night. She was smiley and very patient with my indecisiveness. Kamryn had brought our food out. She was very polite and courteous. Even checked on other people in the dining area to see how their meal was and if they needed anything and checked on us again later on. I'm very pleased with our visits. It makes a difference when places have a good staff.

He says yes and slams the window in my face. I thought, how can I donate. I was. Upset. How rude to treat me that way. Not sure where to start...I always use the mobile app and check in well before I get to the restaurant. Upon arrival here, I give them my code and they eventually tell me to park off to the side and I generally wait anywhere from 15-30mins for a two cheeseburger meal. Meanwhile cars come and go. Service is extremely slow, there is no reason it should take 30 mins to make two burgers and a fry and on top of it you are serving 5 other vehicles fully before bringing my order out. I will not go to this location anymore and I live in town. Pretty sad.

Just a word of advice, if you go through the drive through to order and pay cash, always take your receipt, I didn't once and when I got home I was missing 1 item, called them, still had the order in the bag but was told if I didn't have my receipt it was just my loss, we do business there often and felt like they could have been more understanding, always take your receipt.

The people and the mood there made me feel happy like McDonald's should. My father Levi brought me and they asked if we where doing alright. The parking was phenomenal parking spots everywhere and when we where in there there was no one in there but then people just started pouring in. Overall it was a great experience and I can't even put words about how great the experience was.

Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through, just for our order to be wrong and ice cold. Called and told them I’d be coming back and I wanted the whole order FRESH. Was given a new order just for it to absolutely not be fresh and hot. Spent basically a total of 45+ minutes between waiting in line, driving home, then having to come back, and it still be horrible.
