I ordered online for table service at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food was good. They ask for your table number on the app so that the meal will be delivered to your table and the result was having employee yell across the restaurant rather than bring food to table. I guess my expectations are high for customer service. When I go to Chick-Fil-A my table service I receive is so pleasant. Thank you.

I've visited this McDonald's many times and usually get good service. On this visit I ordered from the Kiosk and chose to eat in the store. It had me enter a table tent number which I took to my seat to wait for my food. A few minutes later I heard someone call my table tent number at the counter instead of delivering my food. It was the morning shift manager. Not sure why you would have table delivery turned on, but then have your customer pick up. The store was not that busy and there were a bunch of staff working. Food was prepared properly. My steak bagel was a bit gristly, so I deducted a star for that.

I recommend opening up everything and checking it.

This time i even asked them to make sure it's made correctly because they forget items and the person asked what I meant. got home and order was wrong yet again. in the past they said they'd send me coupons for the mistakes but i never got them.

Very clean organized Mac dons. Nice and warm in here today even though snowing outside. They took away the iced tea but they have Powerade. Four self order kiosks. Tables and benches a plenty. A big plus for me was that their tv’s were tuned to Fox News, rather than some lame narrative driven channel that nobody watches. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels. Quarter pound bacon cheese was OK. Fries were good, but too many ends n pieces.

It's not just this mcdonald's it's in New richmond also ,they always ,I mean always forget food ,and the food like the fries are brown over cooked ,or sitting under the heat lamp for hours. They have forgotten pickles or cheese ,it's just has gone way down hill ,oh and they want to make 20 something and hour, I don't think they should get the benefits they are getting. Employees are either unwilling, or do not know how to help. I asked for help with an order of mine, and was told by the first employee that “he does not know.” Which was fine, as i was told he would go find someone who did. He then continued to ignore me. I asked another employee for help. Same situation again. Its aggravating. Same place has also taken money from my sister before, without us receiving any orders. This McDonalds is run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they’re doing.

PI enjoy stopping for a large iced coffee w/shots of Espresso. I have just the right amount of drive time to finish a Medium French Fries on the way home.

Had to ask 3 different times at the drive thru for bacon to be added to my sandwich. It showed on the screen, the tag on the wrapper, and the receipt for the order that bacon was added. Me and my friend ordered at the kiosk and were told to select a number tent and sit down and that our order would be brought to us. Even so, we listened to the numbers that were called out by the staff, just in case. We heard the number before ours, and the number after ours. When an employee (older woman, straight brown short hair) brought us our food, she kinda slammed it down on our table and snapped at us. "I called your number three times!" We apologized, but more just to be polite than anything. Ordering at the kiosk says that they will bring our food straight to our table, so we shouldn't have to listen for our number, but even then, we were listening and didn't hear anything. And we weren't even sitting in the back in a hard to find spot. We were very close to the front counter. But even if we were in the far back, it's the employees responsiblity to walk around and find us. It's not that large of a restaurant. It really ruined my experience because I try my best to be kind and understanding to customer service employees. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I don't really feel like employees should ever yell at customers. Unfortunately, that is not all. We realized we did not receive cups to go with our meals, so we went to the counter to ask for some. The woman walked past, made eye contact with us, and ignored us. We stood there waiting for cups for a minute or two, before finally deciding to grab them ourselves (it was right behind the counter in an easy to grab spot) and only then did she ask what we wanted. We also had to go back up to get sauces for our nuggets that they forgot to put in, but were helped by a different, much friendlier employee.

Normally have a good experience here. However, today when I went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast I had a not so pleasant interaction with the woman at the pay window. After I ordered and was waiting in line to get to the pay window, I decided to check my app for any deals. I found one I wanted to use and presented it upon pulling up to the pay window. The woman at the window acted extremely annoyed that I wanted to use the coupon on my phone and then proceeded to scold me for not giving the coupon code over the loudspeaker when I ordered, telling me it takes more time to do it at the window. Not a great look to infer that I’m being an inconvenience as a paying customer.

This experience today won’t keep me from coming back, but it certainly wasn’t appreciated. I felt it warranted a review in hopes that management can address this with their employee. Normally workers at the drive thru windows are very pleasant here.

Coming from someone who has tried McDonalds in seven different countries, this McDonalds in little River Falls, WI has got to be one of the best! I have come here many times of the day, and each time has been amazing! The fries are always (and I mean always) hot and fresh! There have even been times when they were so busy and packed that the actual store owners have come to help out, and I feel like that already says a lot about how much they care about both their employees as well as their customers!

My friend has a serious allergy to gluten. She called the River Falls McDonald’s at 10:15 P.M on 5/24/22 and asked Is the fries were fried in a separate fryer than the other food. The worker replied “well everything is fried in a fryer.” When I then answered that my friend has a serious allergy to gluten the man, very rude and sarcastically, said “seriously.” All we wanted was to make sure she could consume the fries there and he treated it as a joke.
