I Just wanted too let yah know that we spent all day in the emergency room for my dad and we went through the drive through and we got nuggets because we were starving because like I said we were in the ER all day so we drove home and mind u we dont live close didnt give us any sauce for the food hoping they could do something for us on top of are already bad day said he couldn't do anything for us suuuper rudely I just hope whoever we talked too also has a extremely bad day .. Also remember to love your family.. and please train your employees better :(

This is a notoriously slow location, even with ample parking nearby, it’s not enough crowd control with the single drive thru lane

I don’t usually leave this bad of a review on a restaurant, but the service at this one, especially at night is awful. I walked into the restaurant and stood at the front counter for at least four minutes before having to yell To get someone’s attention. I was able to snap this picture of employees just playing on their phones and talking to each other. This was not the first time I was at this location and seen terrible service. Also spent literally 12 minutes in the drive-through one night waiting for food why the manager was outside talking on his phone on speaker arguing with someone. Granted he was probably on break, which is fine but this conversation that was on speakerphone so the whole world could hear was inappropriate for anyone let alone a manager to be having in front of the restaurant. I do not know if this is the store manager or just a shift manager or something.

I use the drive-thru at McDonald's to get a snack; I often need to wait at Walgreens. Good and conveniencei is BP. BP has great car wash. My dogs love going through Drive Thru. Hamburgers are salty, extremely expensive, and of poor quality food with smaller portions. I make the drive and go to KwikTrip instead..

Just just stopped in for a quick bite to eat ordered a large fry with no salt rib or McChicken cheeseburger and a Big Mac the fries were heavily salted my daughter said she would eat them but I specifically asked for them with no salt my doctors put me on a salt restricted diet but I still like to have my French fries and if McDonald's can't do a simple task of not salting my fries I won't be coming back to McDonald's and this was The Paddock Lake location

Food was very good as was the service. Was not very busy so I think it was made fresh. I am not a big fan of fast food as too many don’t care for the equipment and cooking oils properly. Had 5 grandkids with us is why we stopped. The person operating the register had a disability but did great. Kudos to you for hiring them.

If I could give negative stars for the Manager Angel. Extremely rude customer service, she will yell and argue with you through the speaker ( Personally she has done this twice to me and I do not argue back.) I would love to contact the branch Manager and speak to them. When I asked for the number Angel would not respond and her employee that tried helping me let me know she is very mean to other coworkers. 10/10 go to a different McDonalds customer service here is sad.

I asked for extra salt and they drowned my whole meal in it. Its in my nuggets, fries, and napkins. I wasnt gonna say anything but the napkins really got me because thats how i discovered all the salt. I pulled a napkin out and the napkin threw a handful of salt in my face making me drop my nuggets on the floor. It may not look bad but its a whole handful. Lighter for comparison.

They made the best Carmel Macchiato with a triple shot of espresso, carmel syrup, 3 liquid sugar shots, 7 sugars, whole milk, cream and whipped cream, for me at 11:15pm Friday night October 18, 2024. The guys that work at night are life savers for a tired door dasher. Thank you guys.

Went through drive thru and ordered a hamburger Happy Meal with ketchup ONLY and added an additional burger patty. Go to pull away and it had EXTRA ketchup AND onions, mustard. Brought it in to have it fixed. The lady that was a manager or something tells me in a VERY SNARKY voice that we ordered it with EXTRA ketchup and patty BUT with the other things too. I said no we didn't. She takes the burger (quite angerly) and says under her breath "I know they ordered it with EXTRA ketchup and everything else as it was!" So I had to wait a bit after being insulted and talked down to by her to finally get what I ordered. Luckily, it's not a McDonald's we go to or we wouldn't anymore ( and won't now). Not a good experience. Especially considering McDonald's employees don't really interact with customers other than the ordering and receiving food.

Had to get my girlfriend dinner here one night. We ordered it correctly, but what we got did not match what we ordered. They added onions to the Big Mac when we specified no onions. I had to go back there and get the sandwich remade. It seems the quality of ALL McDonald's have gone down more now than ever before. Something must have changed with how they're processing the orders that are placed. My only guess is that they're making the sandwich immediately after it first shows up on their screens, before the order is finalized with topping changes that are to be made.
