I HIGHLY recommend this McDonald's!! The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful. They're also very attentive. I went there 2 days in a row and ate inside. On both days, 2 different employees at different times came to my table to ask how my food was and if I needed anything. Great people work there!!

We live close by and visit this location frequently. I'm particular about my food and always order it cook to order. I usually don't have an issue and am pulled ahead to wait for my fresh food. Which I'm okay with because that's how I ordered it. Lately they have new crew members that like to pull me forward and deliver me cold soggy food. Needless to say I'm happy Wendy's and A&W are now in town and close by since this place is going to trash.

they forgot an item in my order so I called to ask for a replacement and was greeted with hostility from the manager, desiree. She told me she was too busy to fix her mistake and hung up on me not once but twice. I Usually come to this McDonald’s and their food is good. There are some minor issues I noticed with the maintenance and staff. It’s not cleaned as much as it probably should be. But the food isn’t bad it taste exactly like it has for years. I would recommend still but there is definitely some things to improve.

Horrible service. Ordered a DBL CB extra value meal, and a 2 CB extra value.meal, was told there was no such thing as a DBL CB EVM. So when I just ordered the sammiches and fries, no drink, when I get to the 2nd window, I was asked to pull ahead in the wait line, where I sat for 8 minutes. When my food actually came, they still screwed up the order by missing a medium fry. I pull around to go in, and right on the window, is a picture of a DBL CB value meal for $5........ are these people really that lazy??

Always a toss up if you get what you ordered. Meaning... missing items are typical... ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. Specializing an item it is a toss up if you will actually get it the way you ordered it. Even if you used the app to order where they can physically read what you ordered. Chaos is the norm here. If it wasn't so close to our home I would avoid. The running joke in our family is to order and see what they will actually get right. The last 4 out of 5 times there was at least one thing incorrect. We just accepted this is what will happen when ordering. Calling and telling them what was wrong doesn't seem to change anything.

Told the girl when ordering no cheese on my quarter pound and medium fries. Got to pick up window and said there was cheese on it and told him I said 3 times no cheese!!!! I had a Big Mac Meal. It had the traditional delicious quality, I have come to expect at well managed McDonald's locations. I received my meal at the drive thru quickly and the Associate was neatly dressed and courteous. The parking lot was clean, as usual. This is one of my favorite McDonald's restaurants. I highly recommend them. It can sometimes be a little loud with such a celebratory environment. Kids love the play area and Happy Meals 😁

I just ordered curbside pickup for a single large shake and after 15 minutes I went inside to see what was wrong only to find my shake sitting unmarked on the counter, where it had probably been for at least five minutes. I eat at McDonald's pretty often but live on the other side of town so don't often go to this one. However, I have repeatedly had terrible service at this McDonald's. Twice out of five times I've actually gotten the food that I ordered through the drive-thru. It's frustrating when you get home and find out you got somebody else's food. I do understand mistakes can be made, but there seems to be a pattern here. The last time I went through the drive-thru, I witnessed at the second window for associates having a little pow wow. They completely ignored my husband and I. They kept talking while they passed the bag out the window. Not sure if there was more, I looked at them with wonder. Then the one who gave me the bag appeared to be confused or concerned that maybe he gave me the wrong bag. Then he tried to hand me somebody else's drink. When we got to DC Everest and had a chance to open our food, everything was haphazardously slapped together. I suppose I should be grateful that we at least got the right order. I won't go here again.

I had to edit my review. I gave it a few months to see if the service would get better. I don't know if it partially is because they are short handed but the one girl doesn't care. Same girl multiple times. Cold fries. Tells me to pull ahead and forgets about me. I ask for ketchup oh ya it's in there. Nope not there. People throwing napkins around. It use to have a very good crew. I write this review after waiting 12 minutes for a double cheese burger and only 2 care behind me and 3 cars waiting before I pulled up. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no pickles and a Mocha Frappé. I had to park in the drive-thru waiting spots for my Mocha Frappé for almost 10 minutes. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was one that they simply took the pickles off of it. So the sandwich still tasted like pickles. I ordered no pickles for a reason. I did not want that flavor.
