I really wish that they would clean up the bathroom because every time I go in there it looks like the whole floor is completely covered with toilet paper and you can't even see the tile of the floor! 😞 I like going in there because it's nice and quiet but now the bathroom floor is always trashy and messy with toilet paper all around the floor! Enough of going to a dirty bathroom when you need to go, very disappointed, and I wish they would keep the bathroom clean. 😞

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s within a 60 mile radius. They have never gotten our order right. Want extra pickles? You get none. Want a cheeseburger meal? You get two buns with a slice of cheese. Want a Diet Coke? you get Dr Pepper. Unbelievable.

How hard is it to throw out old nuggets so they are not hard as a god damn rock, and give me the correct sauce that I paid extra for. If I wanted ketchup I would have said no sauce and used the cold ketchup I have at home. Open your eyes and read the screen, give out the correct sauce and the correct amount. Lucky I am already ways away.

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger. When I opened it up it was not plain. This happens alot same for orders are wrong im tired of always checking my food in the bag before I take off because I can't trust you to put the right food in the bag. It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect. I didn't go in. The car ahead of me was clearly arguing with employees. I had to back out and use the other lane. My food came fast, it was hot and despite the car ahead of me being fist waving angry the employee who served me was super nice and polite.

Rightfully deserved. My wife tonight entered the drive thru, was was in line for over half an hour. After she finally arrived at the window, she finds out our food was given to the car in front of us. When i called to voice my complaint. The manager on staff hung up on me and would not answer and of my calls. Totally disrespectful manager. There was no apoligy or anything of the sort. Just basicly told its my fault for chosing McDonalds, and hung the phone up. Thank you for another wonderful service!!!!

i usually always have a good experience here nothing to ever really complain about but this time i got my food and i was eating my sandwich when i bite into a piece of hair which was a grey hair fyi…i took the sandwich back and they gave me a another one free of charge, with a free hash brown as well, so win win right? ok so i take my SECOND sandwich out of the wrapper and there is a long piece of RED hair wrapped around my sandwich…. now that was disgusting….i went back and showed her and she offered to give me another sandwich but i said no thank you! i’d like my money back instead. i also asked if their worker are required to wear hair nets since you HANDLING FOOD right???? nope. not a thing they are required to do. Pretty dang average. About what you'd expect from a McDonald's- relatively clean, fast service, decent drive through, and expected food. The employees often look like they get along okay, and every other time I've been here there's some training happening when it's less busy. I'm not a very frequent visitor of big chain fast food like McD's, but when I do go I pretty much get what I was looking for or expected to receive.

A couple weeks ago, in the drive-thru, I ordered a simple cheeseburger kids meal. The price was slightly more at the window than what they said when I ordered, but that is typical. When I got home, the order was completely wrong with the exception that ità was a kids meal. Wrong type, wrong drink, wrong condiments, wrong size fries. And it was cold. Now, I started thinking, and I realized EVERY time I've gone there in the last 6 months, the order has been wrong. I never complain. Not this time. I called to complain. Complain is such a negative word. Let's call it Enlighten. The manager apologized and sent out a coupon for a free kids meal.
A week later found me using said coupon for another kids meal. I opened it up and gave it a once-over and everything looked ok. Guess what. Up on closer inspection at home....WRONG type of burger.. COLD. Stale fries.
I'm done.
