Specifically this location, I always love. Tina/Tia (not sure) is always amazing and has great customer Service. I never write reviews for anything, but I think she really deserves the praise. She always has the kindest and happy energy, even on a day you can tell she's tired. Happy birthday, and as she loves to say "God bless!" She 10000% deserves a raise.

Horrible service. Amanda, who said she was the manager, although by the way she treated us and took our order, seems hard to believe. She was so rude and so disrespectful it ruined our dining experience. I don't want to accuse her of anything but it seemed like maybe she was on something. Who knows. Just avoid going there when she's on duty.

They closed at 10:37 or before on a Saturday night. What is the point of having open hours? If you do not stay open for the hours. McDonald's should absolutely investigate every person on management for this restaurant.

Terrible everything. Im not one to bash on places but jesus christ. Arrived at the drive through with 2 mobile online orders. A car was already there, lord knows how long they've been waiting and then I pull up in the second drive through lane. Completely quiet for 7 minutes as other cars were piling up behind us and other cars left, I decided to go into the lobby and the employee at the register DID NOT know what the hell she was doing, nor did she seem to care to help. When it was finally our turn to order, I told her we had 2 mobile orders, we were waiting at the drive through for years and no answer and then she asks us the code. I tell her and all she does is goes into the kitchen, says nothing to anyone, and says "umm i think theyre working on it". YOU THINK OR YOU KNOW? GO FIND OUT. Absolutely terrible. We then proceeded to wait 10 min and all she did the entire time was stand there looking straight and didnt even bother to check our order so we then just went back through the drive through and finally got our order. Mobile orders are supposed to be quick and painless but this location just doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing. Last but not least when we got home, the burgers we ordered had half assed to no ketchup or mustard. Will not be going to that place ever again. Either get better training or better employees , this is ridiculous.

What can I say other than wow I understand there’s a wait for quarter pounders, but I turned around the corner. I waited about 10 minutes. They came out and said two double cheeseburgers. I said no actually 2 quarter pounders. So she goes back inside so I can wait some more. Meanwhile, I bet they kept my fries in the bag so now I’m just gonna have cold fries, this place can’t get their Their crap straight. Do yourself a favor drive the extra 10 miles down the highway to a different McDonald’s what a joke. Or go across the street to Wendy’s I’ve never really had a problem there. Congratulations McDonald’s. You are becoming the joke of fast food.

Ordered two steak bagel sandwich meals, got two bacon biscuit sandwiches and one hash brown but not the other. I would have given them a chance to make it right before I left this review but since they left their phone off the hook for 2 hours this morning so no one could get through -that time has come and gone. I can only assume that they left the phone off the hook because of all the complaints they probably get.

Slow and disorganized service. Went through drive through. Had us pull around to wait at noon on a Sunday. After waiting 10minutes they handed me wrong order. Took them an additional two tries beforeI had correct order.
If you are going to have cars pull around to wait you should keep track of their order and what position you have them waiting.

The food here is decent, just like at any other McDonald’s location. However, what keeps me coming back to this particular one is the exceptional service provided by Tia—a warm and kind-hearted woman. She is incredibly sweet and attentive. Tia pays close attention to detail and ensures you never have to wait too long for your order. If you need anything or feel like something is missing, just let her know—she’ll make it right without hesitation.
I honestly wish Tia could be there all day to provide everyone with the outstanding service and bright smile they deserve.

What an absolute disappointment this morning. I did the order through app. Still a long wait. I get the window. The order was incomplete. I mentioned it then I’m challenged on an automated order. You give me my pancakes. But zero syrup or butter. No pepper but 7 salt packets. Then I called and zero response. I would like my refund. Come get this thing terrible example of a fast food out of my work garbage. I understand it’s low grade fast food but you could at least do your job.

We are inside the restaurant and it was not very clean or sanitary. The women even took our order was not even in a uniform she was wearing sweatpants and sweatshirt and she had slide sandals on with socks. Our fries and chicken nuggets were beyond over cooked, and extremely hard. The big Mac my mom ordered had a small amount of sauce on one bun only and the lettuce was turning brown and all over the place. Also the customer service was extremely poor.

I go to this location on my way to work for coffee sometimes and ALWAYS so friendly. Well It is National Burrito Day and I called 10 before I was going to be at the location to see how long it would take for an order of 25 burritos. I apologized that i did not order sooner and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said that the had enough to be ready in 10 minutes and not a problem at all. When i got to the store i went through the drive thru and said i called about ordering these and they said yep we were told you were coming and they are ready for you. Everyone was so nice and had everything all set to go. Awesome team work!

Waited forever in the drive thru, with one other car. Lines started backing up behind us. Finally someone took out orders, but cut me off, then without verifying my order told me a total that was completely wrong. He never told me what window to pull up to. I pulled up to the first window to correct my order and pay, and no one was there. One employee walked by the window, phone in hand. I waited, and no one came. Another car was blocking the 2nd window, but not waiting for food... They must have been checking their bag to see if THEIR order was right, so I left and went across the street to Wendy's for MUCH BETTER SERVICE. I'm never coming back to this McDonald's again. Horrible service every time I stop here.

I was in the drive thru and the worker at the window was sooo rude . I looked in my bag to make sure I had everything because she was asking questions at the window about my order and when I look in the bag all my fries were at the bottom of the bag out of the package I showed her and simply asked for new fries and she said “ I can’t do anything about that ,eat them out the bag” I could not even belive it came out her mouth. Stopped by later at night for a drive-thru order. No one else was in the restaurant, so I didn't think it'd take long. Ordered and paid, then waited. After about 5 minutes, second guy came to the window telling me the total. I told him I had already paid. After another 5 minutes, the second guy opens the window again and lets me know I already paid 🤔 After another 5 minutes, there are 3 cars in back of me, they finally give me my food. Getting home, they didn't get our order right.

Went to drive through, pulled up at the same time as another customer (one of us in each lane), 5 cars in line ahead of us. They took their order, left me hanging. Line ahead is moving. Another car pulls up in the other lane, I'm still left hanging. Recording plays in the other lane, I watch the other driver (that rolled in after me) sit for 10-20 seconds waiting, then I hear their speaker chirp up, and watch him order... still had nothing on my end after 10 min at this point. I drove off (car I pulled in with was at the pick-up window when I went by) and went to Wendy's across the street. This was the last straw, will drive across town or out to Falls for McD's, or go to BK, Wendy's, Hardees, Culvers, Arby's, or even Kwik-Trip before I come back to this store.

I went through the drive-through. I ordered a number seven with a Sprite which is a two cheeseburger meal. The girl says what size fries I said small. She says is everything correct on the screen but there’s nothing on the screen. Finally, I start driving away and the screen pops up and says one cheeseburger and a small sprite. The total was three something. I didn’t have time to screw around with this, so I settled for that. I go to the window guy hands me the sandwich takes my money gives me my change, says thank you and walks away. I start driving away and realize I don’t even have to drink. I decide to grab my receipt and go in there and complain. Then I realize he never even gave me a receipt. I am so done with this store.

I ordered at the counter was given a number. I waited finally I heard over loud speaker order 244. Went up to the desk and said my order was not take. My meal was cold when I mentioned my meal was for inside she said it was to go and it was up at the counter. Employee was very and insulting this was witnessed by other patrons. Went during off hours. Was told my order was waiting on fries and was directed to wait in a reserved spot. After 15 mins of waiting and watching multiple cars go through the drive thru, I went inside to ask what was going on. Employees watched me from the back while I stood at the counter with no other customers in sight for 5 minutes. The sausage on the McGridle sandwich was burnt! Muffin soo dry. I ordered the egg McMuffin and my sausage was burnt, the muffin was burnt! The hash brown was dripping oil. The only good part of the order was coffee and OJ. The gentleman right next to us had 2 egg McMuffins and didn't even finish one of them cause they were both burnt also. The muffin and sausage! I know this because I know that gentleman. Really!!! We will never go back to that McDonald's again.

The manager took my order at the kiosk and was very rude. I ordered a quarter pounder and asked for no pickles and she goes “so what do you want? A burger with just ketchup onions and mustard?” and I said “yes, the burger with no pickles I said” and she said “well okay” and rolled her eyes at me. Can’t believe someone with this attitude would be put as manager. Ridiculous

Very poor service. An order placed 2 cars ahead of ours was very large. We waited to get to the pay window for 10 minutes. Backlog of cars behind us. They should have had the large order pull ahead while others behind were served. We finally get to the pay window and they don’t have our order! We get to the next window and they tell us to pull up! We get our order with no ranch sauce and no napkins. Staff very poorly trained. This location has been declining in service and quality over the past year. Won’t be stopping here again.

I frequently order food from this establishment due to its proximity to my workplace. However, over the past few months, I have consistently experienced subpar food quality. For instance, during my last order of McChickens two weeks ago, the paties appeared flattened and squished in the shape of fingers, and all toppings were displaced into the wrapper. Today, upon ordering a kids meal, I encountered another issue – the food was served ice cold, with undercooked fries. Unfortunately, I was unable to address this concern immediately due to work commitments.
Moreover, I have observed a concerning trend in employee interactions. While two individuals, one older and the other with short brown hair, have exhibited kindness, the majority of the staff has displayed negative attitudes, given me unwarranted glares, or ignored my orders. This trend persists during both in-person visits and pickups. While I acknowledge the challenges of being short-staffed, the visible disinterest and lack of enthusiasm among most staff members create an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. Despite attempting to give the benefit of the doubt, it seems this issue persists as an ongoing theme without resolution.

What can I say?
I must say, my experience at this establishment left me quite disappointed. Instead of being greeted and assisted by a friendly employee, I was directed to a kiosk to place my order. While I understand the challenges faced by the industry, such as poor working conditions and low wages, I reluctantly accepted this change as a reflection of the current era we live in.
To make matters worse, when my order was brought to me, it was missing my drink. I had to wait for another employee to return with an empty cup for me to retrieve my own beverage.
Coming from a different time, where even fast food chains like McDonald's offered a more enjoyable dining experience, I can't help but feel disheartened by the decline in quality. The atmosphere is now less inviting and personal, and it seems that everything has suffered except for the costs, which have only increased without providing much value in return.
Regrettably, it appears that this is the unfortunate reality of the world we live in today.

I was originally charged for the wrong order, after the drive thru cashier already made mistakes on ringing up the order. Then the manager who came to help refunded us for a different order, and charged us a separate amount for our new order. When we finally pulled ahead to the next window it seemed like our order was never rang in since the beginning, but at least at the second window the lady knew what we ordered and made sure to have everything in it. They're either incredibly understaffed, terrible at training, or hiring people that just don't care.
If it seems confusing, don't worry, I was confused too.
