This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. About a week ago, I ordered a couple of burgers and had to wait 30 minutes to receive them. When I got home, I realized a Big Mac was missing. I called the restaurant right away, and the woman I spoke to took down my name and told me I could claim the missing item the next time I came in.
Today, when I returned and explained the situation to the manager (Michael), he told me they only offer a coupon or send an email in these situations. So I waited 30 minutes, did not get what I paid for and was lied to.

The playland area is scummy and worn down. Their service is horrible every time we go there. Why do I still go there? Who knows. Almost every time there is something wrong with my order, you have cars backed up waiting for food while employees are walking around not knowing whose food is whose. I went to this Mc Donalds because my Granddaughters love the play area. We ordered 2 happy meals and a meal for me at 11:59am. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching others get their food I went to see where ours was. The manager asked what my number was and just said they have it going. She didnt attempt to move it along. After some time of standing at the counter we finally got our meals with no apology, no reason or no smile. Placed a mobile order this morning for 4 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns. Order was placed at 9:41am. Checked into pickup spot #1 at 10:03am. Waited and waited and waited. Finally I sent my husband into the restaurant at 10:20am. During my wait 4, count them again, 4 Doordash drivers came and left with food. While my husband was inside questioning about my order, another mobile pickup lady arrived and was given her food immediately!! I went inside after that and had a conversation with the MOD (sorry didn't catch a name). She tried telling me that my order never showed up on their screen to make, yet she was able to tell me exactly what time i checked into the curbside pickup spot. Don't lie to my face, I know how those screens work. Either a worker closed it on accident or you never scrolled your screen! This is the worst service I've ever gotten from this place, but after reading these other reviews, I don't think ill be coming back!

So yesterday March 11, 2025 around 6pm my family and I visited this McDonald's. The young man who took my order was very pleasant did a great job. After waiting 25 mins for our food I am still in good spirits. My number is called I go pick up the tray the Manger Chelsea is looking the try over to make sure everything is there. I ask are we good she said yes. I get to my table we are missing 2 orders of nuggets and no BBQ sauce. Immediately they give me the nuggets that were just sitting there on the counter. So now I'm standing there waiting 5 mins for BBQ sauce still in good spirits. Get back to the table my fish sandwich that I paid to have extra tartar sauce added to is dry as a bone. Now currently they have a 2 for 6 deal so I open the second sandwich same thing no tartar sauce. My sister had the fish too neither of her sandwiches had extra but at least she had a nickle size worth. Again I go back to the counter in good spirits and explain to Chelsea that my 4 fish sandwiches didn't have extra tartar sauce. She tells someone to get me a cup of tartar sauce. I know I said 4 sandwiches didn't have extra tartar sauce on them. Chelsea approach the counter with one of the smallest dipping cups I've ever seen for 4 sandwiches. Then she slammed it not like a smack down slammed but an I'm irritated slam. So I say to Chelsea as calmly as I can that I require more sauce. She then proceed to ask why after I told her I had 4 sandwiches. So she calls back to get more sauce. This time she basically tossed it at me. Now up until this point I was in good spirits had it not been for the fact that 1 I was with my family and 2 I would lose my medical license I WOULD HAVE WENT VIRAL WITH CHELSEA ASS!!! My advice to you Chelsea is get you a job that makes you happy because with your current attitude it's only a matter of time before some hops the counter on you!!!

Did Drive thru on 3/6 at around 630pm. Placed order at kiosk ordered my food that was needed. Asked for the 3rd straight week now if their shake machine was up for a shamrock shake. got the no sorry our shake machine is down. Made me sad. Pulled around to first window and paid at 635 from what the receipt tells me. Was told at pick up window they are backed up and asked what drinks i had. I got my two cokes from them. Was told to go as far forward as I could to park and wait for my food. As I pulled around and forward there was three cars parked in the spots right in front of the pick up window. I had the person that was in front of me park closest to the exit parallel to it. I pulled into the second angled spot in front of the play place. I sat there for 22 mins before I went in to check on my food. So that was 657 pm. I gave my receipt to the person behind the counter which was surprised i was still waiting for my food he then hurried to look for it. They had to remake all my food which took another 5 minutes to get. They gave me a MEDIUM FRY for my inconvenience of waiting over half hour to get food I had paid for and waited. Between this and the shake machine being down for 3 weeks now. Im done going to this mcdonald's service is at most par 30% of the time the rest it is sub par 70% of the time tonight showed it on full display.

After Writing this review I finally took a couple bites of my Double Qtr Pounder and both Burger patties were Burnt on one side. REALLY REALLY ANGRY NOW.

Ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickles. No meal, just one single sandwich. Received a cheeseburger with a prep slip saying "no onions". Must have gotten someone else's. Opened the burger and it had ketchup, mustard and ONIONS on it. No pickles at all. I was getting the sandwich for my mom. Even when you double check your order and you make them confirm your order at the pay window. They confirmed you're ordering. You ask him if there's napkins in the bag and of course they say yes. You open the bag and there's none. So you ask him can I please have napkins oh yeah sure they say. You get all the way home to find out you're missing a whole sandwich. This restaurant needs a lot of work. They are severely overstaffed which leads to chaos. It's clear nobody understands their roles and management is doing nothing in terms of leading. Nobody is wiping tables down, food cones out slow, and their whole process no longer makes sense.

For example, they deliver your food for some reason but they never bring your drink. If you mention it, they'll bring you an empty cup. You then have to get up and fill it. They do this every single time meaning a team member has to walk out to a customer twice and it's still not even a convenience for the customer. It would be better to just go back to calling the customer to pick up at the counter.

I will never return here! The last time I was here was March of 2019. I ordered two McChickens, a large fry, and a drink. I waited 20 minutes for food that was sitting for who knows how long. I asked for a refund, and the manager there was very rude to me. I noticed that one of the kitchen staff was picking at their hair while making food. A MAJOR health and safety violation. I just did the Drive-thru. I ordered a #1 combo (Big Mac, Fries). When I got home, I found that I had a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets meal...the last time I went through the drive-thru, I also got the wrong order. I called, and the manager said I should come back to talk with her...

From now on, I'll be going the extra miles to get a correct order from Culvers...they have better burgers, anyway.

Asked the lady 2 times for a receipt from the machine that I placed my order didn't print a copy....plus the light was blinking orange/red....ended up leaving the restaurant with no receipt nor help from her in getting me a receipt and the restaurant was not busy at all. French fries could have been done a little more, for they were mushy. I think the machine just needed a roll of paper to allow receipts to print when you place your order....so why bother having these machines to place your orders when the real person behind the counter doesn't even help you.....very frustrating.

Once again got the order wrong. I swear it's a 50 50 shot when going to mcdonalds to not have something go wrong....... ordered lg coke got diet coke. Then did get my fries I ordered either. Then going in it takes a few minutes for someone to help you. Cause the drive thru is jammed up due to mess ups.

Your typical McDonald's although it pains me to say this service at McDonald's is "you get what you get". FOOD could be great or just really bad I feel like it's a hit or a miss if your looking for a quick bite and don't mind stop by McDonald's overall will satisfy and if not you can always complain 🤷

I came in and got 3 ice cream cones for my 3 little boys and played in the indoor playground afterwards. That’s the biggest and best McDonald’s or any restaurant playground I’ve ever been to. They played for over an hour and it was the most peaceful part of my day.

Service was well enough and associate was more than helpful. But shouldn't take more than 30 minutes for an order and seeing nearly a dozen orders get their items before when they are relative in capacity. Get better wait times dining in at actual restaurants.

Extremely poor customer service. Waited at counter and nobody looked at me. All hiding in back. Went to a table and ordered thru the app and no food delivered. After 10 minutes, went back to the counter with my order number and was told "We called out your order number and no one showed up". Last time I go to this McDonald's.

Drive thru was slower than molasses in January, fries were old and cold, no large cups available. McDonalds quality has really gone down hill in recent years, probably will stop going there.

Night shift orders take anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour if you're lucky. And I've seen worker just lounge in the lobby while people are waiting for their orders. The lack of productive staff is disturbing.
