I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to one particular employee at this McDonald’s—Kurt, who was working the first drive-thru window. In just a four or five-second interaction, his positive, upbeat attitude completely turned my mediocre day around. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and spreads that energy to others, but Kurt absolutely did. There was just something about his vibe—friendly, energetic, and real—that left a lasting impression. Way to go, Kurt. I truly hope your managers see this—you’re the kind of person every business should be proud to have on their team.

This place has seriously gone down hill. The last 2 times weve been there, there has been ants in the diningroom due to the food all over the floors. Today we went and waited well over a half hour for our food while we watched them push out food to the drivethrough nonstop and then they served 3 groups of people who walked in AFTER us. It wasnt til we walked up and asked what was going on that they finally made our order. When we finally got our food, my husbands burger was cold and mine tasted like they dumped a gallon of salt on it. On our way out we tried to order a milkshake for our daughter and were told the machine was broken....how am i not surprised? Now we are home and my husband doesn't feel good.

Personally, I hate doing reviews, but today I ordered one cheeseburger and 2 medium hi-c's and it took 35 minutes exactly to get that, i had to ask to get my cups first but then had to wait for the regular cheeseburger. I went through this McDonalds for the first time today for lunch. I don't normally write reviews but I had such an experience from Kurt who took my order and payment in the drive that I had to say something. I work in customer service and this man was memorable with a great attitude and funny jokes while helping me. You could see that he genuinely enjoyed his job and he definitely made my day! I hope his manager and employees appreciate what they have because good employees are hard to find.

Two lines were open, but only one individual was working one window. Making matters worse, at night orders are only made when ordered. I totally understand this cost wise.
What I don't understand, at the only window open, why the car is not told to move ahead to wait for their order to be brought to their car upon completion.

Asked for 11 ice cream and for 2 of the ice cream have a cup for it, waited for 20 minutes or even more (5-7 cars already passed behind me) got it highkey deformed and some ice cream already melted. Asked for 2 of the ice creams to have cups but I didn’t even get it. 4-5 people were at the first window just chatting not doing their work for some reason. A very helpful management and staff. I was having an issue with the mobile app but the new trainee at the register wasn't able to answer my questions. The manager was very professional and even though it was at a busy time of day she was helpful and friendly. She's a good person to have on the team and the whole staff there is excellent. The food was hot, fast, clean with plenty of places to plug in and recharge yourself or laptops. Overall it's what you come to expect from McDonald's. The only thing I would like to point out is for individuals who have children there is no Playland at this particular location. So I would suggest a different McDonald's in town if you are looking for the Playland

The food I had at this location was splendid! However, when I went to use the restroom, a young child went into the stall next to mine. This kid started to grab for my leg, and ended up pulling off my shoe. I had to the leave restaurant immediately, leaving my shoe behind. Went thru the drive-thru, on a Thursday morning, they seemed very busy only in the drivethru, there were only about half a dozen cars in the parking lot, but also very slow. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, putting me as the next car to place an order. However it took about 10 minutes for me to be able to move up and place an order. In the mean time, I watched 2 other vehicles behind me leave. Even after placing the order, getting my small order took longer then one would think.
I was very disappointed, as when I've been to this location in the past, they are much faster.
