I don't know why the folks working here are so spiteful, but damn. I just watched an elderly lady ask for napkins on a takeout order. The employee refused to believe the customer.

The customer then emptied her bag in front of her employee to show the employee her carryout order had napkins.

Are napkins that serious of a coveted item? Corporate certainly must have an established rule for how many napkins per item ordered.

Previous visit: What's up with the employees wearing Kandi and keeping their personal drinks in the work space? You can't properly wash Kandi while serving food.

I saw so many safe food handling rules broken while standing here. Yikes. No wonder this place has so many complaints with food safety.

Every time I come for breakfast than going all the way to Sheboygan I get a bacon egg cheese bagel they never put the sauce on unless ask it’s part of the sandwich I shouldn’t have to be asking. Never get my hash browns people need to pay attention to what we are ordering she was going to order a drink when I asked for a mocha frappe. These fast food businesses will be costing themselves money because they give us free food if the order was mixed up slow down and listen people. I see it at other locations not just in falls.

From my last experience, I’m pretty sure my kids and I got food poisoning from this location . We walked in and were served by an older gentleman who had been mopping. No one was at the register at that moment, so he stopped mopping to come help us. We got only ice cream cones which were served by him, but I’m pretty sure he did not wash his hands prior to serving us. I was busy with my kids to focus on how he did his job. I’d assume he would take the proper steps to ensure sanitary service, but it doesn’t seem like that was the case. We all got sick shortly after, and after thinking about what the last thing we ate - the ice cream - and the conditions of how we were served, it made sense.

I pulled into the McDonald's parking lot, easily finding a spot near the entrance. Walking inside, I noticed it wasn't too busy, with a few families and some people working on laptops. The familiar smell of fries and burgers filled the air. I ordered my usual McChicken and small fries, grabbing a seat by the window. The food arrived quickly, hot and fresh. It was the classic McDonald's experience - nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. As I ate, I watched the cars go by, appreciating the simple, familiar comfort of this fast-food staple.

Don’t eat here unless you want to wait around for 30 mins to get an order through the drive thru or curb side when it’s completely dead inside. Every single time I come here, it’s the same issue. Always waiting. What’s the point of ordering online if you wait longer than you would if you ordered inside and sat down. I’ve come here a handful of times in the last year and literally it’s the same problem every time. I will be taking my money and business else where and letting everyone know to not waste their time at this specific location.

The food was not good. the quarter pounder was burnt and definitely tasted burnt. Big Mac bun was hard and was cold, one pickel, that's all it had. Fries smelled and tasted like they were cooked in weeks old oil. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I miss the days when people took pride in their jobs and the food they made.
It's sad that this particular McDonalds has gone downhill on quality and service. It's in a great location!! They are not giving Sheboygan Falls a good reputation.

I waited 15 minutes for Cheesy Bacon Fries. The lady apologized for the wait. That's great, but some fries that weren't ice cold would have been better. You're better off going to Falls Cafe. Faster service, better food, 2 blocks away. *Now it's 5 years later. After waiting 10 min in side parking, was told 15 minutes for the shake. Got a refund. DQ next time. Or anywhere else.

Manager is almost always on her phone when we go through. There's often times she's sitting in a chair at the drive thru barking orders to employees.
She's so rude when taking orders
And tells "go ahead with your order" and gets mad when you provide your code.

I have been having alot of issues with the Sheboygan Falls one. Every time I go my order is messed up and they also say that there frappe machine is broken. So when I go to Falls to visit my friend I get our food from a different one and bring it to them instead. I am updating my review because since I wrote this review I have gone back there and they seem to have new management and my food has been better and the people seem very nice and friendly there too now. I have yet to have any issues with them now.

Awful... messed up my tea- gave me sweet instead of unsweetened. Messed up cheeseburger- asked for ketchup and pickles, gave me one with only onions. Thanks to this McDonald’s for helping me give up fast food! The last 3 times I got food here my order was very wrong.

A few weeks ago I got a deluxe big breakfast here. Got no syrup, condiments, utensils, and no hashbrowns. Had to drive back.

Tried again with another deluxe breakfast - this time no syrup for the pancakes. Drove back.

Tonight I ordered thru the app. Ordered my burgers with no cheese cause I’m lactose intolerant. Drove 15 miles…. Cheese on my burgers. Drove back.

I get mistakes happen, and most places are short staffed. My issue is not so much that my food was wrong. All 3 times the managers replaced my food, but offered no apology. 2 of the managers even seemed annoyed that I was talking to them. If a restaurant makes a mistake, I expect some type of humility or ownership of the problem. These employees just don’t seem to care.

Evidently, if I ever DO return to this McD, I’ll need to do an itemized inventory of my food before I drive away. McD used to pride themselves on double checking everyone’s order in the drive thru - Times have changed.

It's always a disappointment. Never have the ice cream machine working. I was even told they are not allowed to sell ice cream at this location. I got 2 breakfast burritos that were still cold. And a bagel sandwich that was sub-par. I took 1 bite and threw it away. Seems I keep giving McDonald's a chance, but no matter which one I go to, it's the same issues. One of the worst McDonald's in Sheboygan County. Stood in the lobby for about ten minutes while the manager and other employees just kept looking at me, didn't say a word to me. Didn't acknowledge me at all, just kept ignoring me so I left, drove all the way to Sheboygan to a different McDonald's. The service always sucks and the food is always worse. This is the worst spot. I try to give the chance every time and they fail. Either it’s old fries, messed order or not open when they should be. SO IRRITATING‼️‼️ If you don’t want to work ; DONT.
